History

Established in 1980.

Our company is celebrating 35 years in operation during the year of 2015. Our owner and President Woody founded this company out of a single garage with just a few properties. As the business grew he was the first in the area to introduce the «year round» vacation rentals, he took a leap and began renting during the off season to Corporate Clients, Snow Birds, and Traveling Professionals. His leap paid off as it increased off season revenue to property owners and customers to local businesses. Woody’s dedication to the business not only in vacation rentals but also sales has established his company as an industry leader in Mission Beach. Woody has chosen to place dedicated staff in positions to serve our owners, clients and guests. Customer service has always been our # 1 priority and we look forward to assisting all of our owners and guest.

Manager

Kim hails from the great state of Tennessee. Her southern hospitality makes her a natural within the vacation rental industry, from exceeding property owner expectations to providing guest with the most pleasant vacation experiences. She runs a crew of dedicated employees that specialize in Mission Beach rentals. Our staff is available ²⁴⁄₇ to handle any question or concerns during your rental. SDVR makes every guest a priority. We are also pleased to have Traci Stevens as the sales manager of San Diego Realty Consultants. Traci will walk you through the sale or purchase of a property and make it seem effortless. Her extensive knowledge in Real Estate makes her the perfect choice to assist you in obtaining your own slice of heaven right here in Mission Beach while also generating great income from your rental property.
