History
Established in 2013.
ROI Property Solutions started as a way to apply years of experience managing property as the property owner to managing property for other investors. With a keen understanding of the principals of maximizing the return on investment of income producing rental property and the insight to manage property from an owner’s perspective, ROI Property Solutions provides owners with a partner in realizing the ultimate potential of their rental property.

Troy D.
Business Owner
Troy is a very involved member of the San Diego Real Estate Management community. In 2014 he served as the Chairman of the IREM Young Professional’s Committee and in 2015 he will Co-Chair the IREM ARM Committee. Troy was also named the San Diego IREM Accredited Residential Manager® of the Year for 2014.
Troy has a unique background that includes experience in business operations, property management, and marketing. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Operations Systems from the Univeristy of Colorado at Boulder. Troy has worked in property management for over seven years and held positions ranging from concierge and leasing consultant to managing a portfolio of properties including multi-family, student housing, and single-family homes. He has successfully managed underperforming assets; increasing NOI and improving debt coverage ratios from 85% to 125%. Troy is an IREM® Accredited Residential Manager® and holds a California Real Estate Broker License (#1 922 585).
