RG Tile and Stone

Due to being very particular about my home I spent much time researching and then getting estimates to tile my newly expanded shower stall. My research paid off as my shower came out beautiful! Rene was always available to take my calls even on a Saturday. His crew was very professional and would consult with me every time any minor or major decision had to be made. Their suggestions were spot on and contributed to a job well done. Many man hours were spent to get my floating shower seat just right. After the job was nearly complete I made a change to the niches causing more work for the crew, but Rene took it in stride and stated «I just want you to be happy with it». In conclusion, my wife and I are extremely pleased with RG Tile and Stone and in the future would use nobody else.

We remodeled a bathroom with all new shower and tile, and RG Tile and Stone did an absolutely beautiful job, and this is coming from someone who notices every possible minute detail. We then decided to redo another bathroom, an even bigger project, but because of a scheduling conflict, we had to go with someone else. What a mistake. When they were almost finished, I had to fire them because of sloppy work and then hire RG Tile and Stone to come and fix all the mistakes they made. What a difference. They knocked it out once again. They were always on time, they always answered the phone or called back in minutes, and they even fielded questions and concerns sometimes after hours and even on weekends. Most importantly, they have true pride in craftsmanship, which seems to be a fading trait these days in all sorts of trades. I can’t recommend Rene and his dad the Jedi Master of tile, and their entire crew enough. Thanks again for everything! I’ll be calling you for our next project for sure!

I hired R G Tile & Stone Co to install tile in my daughter’s master bath and walk in closet. Rene and his crew are fantastic and very professional. Rene Jr. and Rene Sr. do a really thoughtful job. They are responsive and careful. When I had a small problem with some grout cracking a few days after installation, they returned promptly and fixed it completely. I definitely recommend them.

We had our living room (12’x17’) remodeled by RG Tile.
They removed our carpet and some 18″ tile and replaced it with quality porcelain tile from Arizona Tile.
Their preparation was PROFESSIONAL. They pay a lot of attention to details and always get it right.
The actual installation was 100% OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL & FABULOUS.
