Posh Pawn

This was my first time doing actual business with a pawnshop. I’ve been in a few pawnshops and they are always dark, dirty, and just give you a gross feeling. This was not the case at PoshPawn. The store itself is clean, bright, and comfortable. The owners are so nice and helpful. I had received a quote from David before I went in so I knew ahead about how much my ring was worth. After seeing it I got a little less than we thought but it’s understandable because the diamond isn’t the best quality. David actually gave me a little more than what he should have for it because I promised I would be going back for it. That was the nicest thing ever, I really needed it. I definitely recommend PoshPawn for loans, selling, and buying. I’m so happy I found them!!!

I happened by this accidentally, and have found Paola and David to be very professional! This is not your stereotypical pawn shop. This looks like a boutique and not a pawn shop! I have sold a few pieces and have received great prices! I have bought a variety of items from jewelry to designer bags! You can not get better quality of merchandise! You can not forget their mascot, a very cute and quiet dog! This is my go to place if I want a gift for myself or someone else.

David and Paola are the best! i have bought multiple items here and thought they deserved a review! Posh Pawn has great deals on everything from jewelry to cell phones. My last purchase was a diamond promise ring for my girlfriend. There is a great selection and the prices are a fraction off mall prices everyday. i bought a ring that looked exactly like one i had seen at david and sons but it was 70% off!

I love this place! Very professional and very easy! They made me feel at ease and confidant about my decision. I highly recommend anyone in need of quick cash to come here! I hope I won’t have to do it again but if I do I won’t think twice about going back!

The store is very clean nice and the merchandise are display in a very nice way. The people are also very nice and very helpful. Especially the lady that attended me: she spoke Spanish and without being pushy knew what I liked.

This place is amazing! No shady people here. Very classy and professional approach, pawning your priceless jewelry is truly a business transaction to them. Very very fair and knowledgeable regarding their wares (i say wares because you can also possibly purchase an Eric Clapton Guitar there and other artifacts). They truly look at what you have and give you a fair market value according to current market prices if your a novice at what jewels cost and valued at etc… etc. etc they will not pull a wool over your eyes. Very light-​hearted and worldly conversationalists, they explain what you can expect what your options are and give you ample of time to redeem your jewelry. They have traveled plenty so they understand the value of gems and minerals. they have boundless access to wonderful selection of engagement rings and various other rings and things, if they do not have what you want they can find it for you at a great price!

Not your typical pawn shop! This place is so classy! LOVE the couple that runs it (David and Paola), they are so sweet! And they have an adorable dog who is the mascot :). They are so fair and will give you a much better offer. I went to 3 or 4 pawn shops before bringing jewelry here. I also found a beautiful necklace in the store that they gave me a great deal on! If you want 2 new buddies (+ 1 furbuddy), or you want an awesome price for your preowned jewelry, or you want to shop for beautiful unique pieces, come here! They also have an amazing selection of engagement/​wedding rings if you’re looking!

My fiancé and I have been looking for the perfect ring for 3 weeks and I wish we just came to Posh Pawn from the start. We didn’t know anything about engagement rings, much less how incredibly expensive they are! I decided to check out a store at the mall where I found a beautiful ring in 14k white gold with pave diamonds and I fell in love the second I tried it on! Then the jeweler told me it was $ 4,200. Uh, what? Spending that much for a ring would be a foolish! So I checked out Posh Pawn and I am so glad I did! On their eBay page, I saw a ring damn near IDENTICAL to the one I tried on at the mall listed for $ 535! I thought, that’s too good to be true, so I went to the store and asked about the ring and it was even more beautiful in person! The owner was very helpful and since my fiancé was out of town at the time, he even held onto it until the next day for us. Posh Pawn has a great selection of other engagement rings for a fraction of what you’ll pay at a big box jewelry store, and they’re getting new stuff all the time so they’re a great place to buy a ring. The owners are very nice, low pressure and professional, they’ll help you find the perfect piece at a truly phenomenal price! Highly recommend!

I was really curious to see this place as I sometimes look for good jewelry deals on CL. As it seemed that PoshPawn had a lot of nice listings and pieces on Craigslist, I went to visit and it is a pawn shop LIKE NO OTHER! David and Paola are very nice, respectful and low pressure.
Good deals, really nice pieces and are generous with their time and educating me about pieces (debates about Omega vs. Rolex, pearls, etc) I LOVE a good deal, and never cared to pay full retail whenever possible, so I’m planning on returning again and again to Posh Pawn! The friendly no pressure owners, really great pieces, great prices are wonderful! You won’t regret it. They’ve definitely raised the bar as far as what we see or know as the usual pawnshops, I suppose. Thanks PoshPawn, you’re great and I hope your business is around for a long time =)

I adore this place.
I called before arriving just to make sure that I can bring in the item that I wanted to sell. Paola answered, and made me feel a little bit more confident about going into a pawn shop.
I don’t live far and it took me ten minutes to get here.
I walked in and everything was so clean, sharp, and precise. I didn’t get his name, but a man greeted me and brought out Paola so she could talk to me and inspect what I was selling. (I think they’re married!) But she was very fair about how much she ended up paying me, and she talked me through their entire process about buying and re-​selling. She was so warm and friendly, and I’m definitely going back when I’m in the market for jewelry. Posh Pawn is awesommmmmmeee!!! :)

I’ve been in the market for a diamond engagement ring that wasn’t going to cost an arm and a leg. I saw a gorgeous ring on Craigslist directing me here. So glad I came! Its a beautiful store, don’t let the display fool u… they have tons of stuff in the back too. Clapton autographed guitar +++ anyhow the ring! Exactly what I wanted and only $ 425!!! Over a carat in diamonds, love it. Really nice non pushy owners. Check them out, tell them your price range, gorgeous rings for $ 500 check my pic!

When I walked in I could tell my appearance worried them but none the less they treated me with respect and didn’t act like I wasn’t someone who should be there. They appraised my items and offered me a fair price for them. While I had gotten a little more at another place before for them, there kind friendly and professional environment made me decide that this place was just fine for what I needed and although I hope to not have too pawn anything again I will happily come back to look for jewelry to buy for myself or as a gift for someone else. Thank you to the owners. Oh and not to mention the fantastic deal I saw them do for the woman ahead of me. That even made me feel good

Bought some cute earrings here. I remember seeing them at another store for at least twice as much! I had to buy them. The lady that helped me was really nice. Great place to find some deals.
Seems like mostly jewelry here but they did have some very cool art and memorabilia
