Audibel Hearing Center

EXCELLENT! It was a wonderful experience having John Kelly help me with my hearing aids! First I was given a hearing test (free test) and then the results were what I expected, a hearing loss. So John had me try out these tiny little hearing aids that fit right behind your ears and WOW what a new world that was for me! I could hear the cars zooming by, I could hear my arm rubbing against the chair, it was AMAZING. John was so very helpful to explain to my husband and I about hearing loss and how your brain will adapt to your hearing loss but you still will not hear certain sounds and when you wear your «friends» as I call my hearing aids your brain will be surprised and it will take a little while for your brain to get used to hearing these sounds and processing what is being heard. It was like a whole new world out there for me! My husband was pleased because I could hear him so much better without saying «WHAT, EXCUSE ME SWEETIE WHAT DID YOU SAY!!» and not to mention the TV sound level going down when I wear my new friends. I am really thrilled with my Platinum level hearing aids, they are worth the money (like George J said in his Unilocal review «There are three things I don’t go cheap on: eyes, feet and hearing. After all I only have one set of each.» plus I have service for life with John Kelly, he will help me with any questions I have. I highly recommend his services. The sweet front office gal, Diamond was very nice and made you feel at ease. She was so pleasant and welcoming when you walked into Audible Hearing Center. Do not be shy or afraid to go and have your ears tested and looked at, John will help you and will work with you with the up-​most care.

My wife and I walked into Audible on 12÷17÷15 for me to try on the hearing aids recommended by John Kelly after I had my hearing tested at the audible office. I elected to get the Z series A3 model. There are three things I don’t go cheap on: eyes, feet and hearing. After all I only have one set of each.
We we’re running about 25 minutes late and I had called and let Diamond know that we would be late. She said that that would not be a problem. When we walked into the office we were pleasantly greeted by Diamond at the front desk. She immediately asked us if I wanted anything to drink such as water, seltzer or coffee. We chose bottled water. The office is neat and comfortable.
We waited about two minutes before John came out to greet us and we went into his office for my fitting of the hearing aids. John went into a thorough explanation of what I could expect for my hearing aids once they were turned on, how to clean and how to take care of the hearing aids when not in use. He gave us much information as to what happens when people start to lose the ability to hear everything. The knowledge that he shared about hearing loss was very much appreciated by both my wife and I. John said that we would have to meet maybe three or four times to fine-​tune the hearing aids to tailor them to my hearing loss. I have now had the hearing aids in for three hours and the hearing aids are great.
