Conferences, webinars, IDEA Fitness Journal online courses and testing make continuing education both convenient and affordable. For me, the toughest part is deciding which course to take. Content is always quality, cutting edge knowledge I can use immediately with my group and private clients. Although continuing education is required to maintain certification, I prefer to think of it as career burnout prevention.
