NewWest Property Management is the full-​service property management company owned by Gregg Neuman and run by his daughter April. We lease and manage properties countywide, however our specialty is the thriving Downtown San Diego condominium rental market. NewWest offers a number of options for those needing assistance in the leasing or management of their single family residence or condominium.

History

Established in 2003.

Leading San Diego’s most successful Real Estate team, Gregg and Debbie Neuman possess a tremendous amount of knowledge and resources where the San Diego real estate market is concerned. They have a total of 64 combined years in the real estate profession! After many years of outsourcing to various property management companies with mixed results, Gregg and Debbie decided the best way to have property management done right was to invest in their own company. When their daughter, April, decided to retire after 15 years of teaching high school and join the family business, NewWest Property Management was off and running. We specialize in the Downtown condominium leasing and management market, let us put our integrity, innovation and excellence to work for you!
