OPENING 2015… MishLicious is an upscale rotisserie «quick serve» local San Diego Organic food establishment prepared using a rotisserie, grilling and baking and sold in the form of what we call a «Mish-​My-​Dish» format. The operation will be based on delivering this amazingly Organic rotisserie tasting fusion cuisine flavors from all over US as well as other countries. All these items will be displayed on our menu in a fun and easy to read display. These food items will be offered over a bed of diced lettuce, steamed rice or wrapped in a lavash and be served with customs choice of freshly prepared vegetables to compliment our main food item. We will also offer desserts and smoothies.

Established in 2015.

OPENING 2015. Our in store experience will involve our customer to experience the elegant smell of rotisserie prepared food combined with an order system that will move one to our pay stations in a quick and efficient manor without feeling rushed. Through our creative approach and company imaging we will position our brand and systems to be scalable within the continuing growing «higher end» quick serve space.

A «Mish-​Your-​Dish» is a compilation of diced «all Organic» lettuce or rich served with choice of Chicken, Aged Steak, Sausage, Shrimp and Tofu as our main items and choice of organic vegetables. This offering of mixed items, seasoning, rotisserie, grilling and baking will create an array of delicious flavors. In addition, the actual «Mish» (diced) process allows for easier digestion and greater health benefits. Joseph Costa-​CEO President

Joseph is President and visionary for MishLicious. Joe’s passion for being an entrepreneur dates back to the early 1990’s. During this time, he built several businesses in, real estate, mortgage, marketing and retail verticals. He was involved and responsible for developing and marketing a product that made an appearance on the hit show, Shark Tank. Countless hours of research and sampling great good along with wanting to provide his children with amazing fun and healthy food, Joe has been inspired to create MishLicious the home to the Organic Brazilian fusion food offered in «MishMyDish» concept. The public will be introduced to this amazingly well put together Organic Brazilian «high end quick serve» concept in 2015.

A graduate of University of Maryland and a former New Yorker, Joe has done his share of traveling. He’s a father of twin boys age 11 and travels between California and New York on a frequent basis.
