Miguel was one of the easiest realtors I’ve ever had. Always looking out for my wants and needs in finding a place. I didn’t end up renting anything but not to his fault there just wasn’t much on the market. He put in a lot of time and effort in finding me a place and wasn’t pushy at all as most realtors can be. With movers on their way to San Diego and relatives coming to visit not far behind them, we needed to find an apartment in San Diego fast. Given our predicament my wife and I worked a number of options in parallel for locating an apartment, even going so far as to submit an application for a place sight unseen (for that saga see our review for Downtown Real Estate Consultants). Lucky for us, one of our options was Miguel whom we we referred to by Deskhub. Despite being well along in our search, Miguel ended up being the fastest and helped us locate a great apartment in the Grande North. We wish we had started working with him earlier in our search as this would have saved us a lot of time. He was very knowledgeable about the downtown area, efficient, and responsive. Was planning on moving to San Diego that is when I contacted Miguel. We were in the city a couple of months earlier and he offered to give us a personal tour of the area, he spent (4) hours with us and explained every part of the city in detail. I ended up taking a job in Los Angeles so we didn’t end up needing Miguel, when I told him he was great. It was like talking to an old friend who was exciting for me.

Miguel was the most helpful realtor I have ever met. He was prompt, timely, and very cordial. Miguel found the best places in San Diego, that met all of our requirements, and he set up convenient tours of the properties for us. Not only did he arrange all of our tours, but he provided insight into the areas and buildings. He knew the area in and out. He even recommended the best places in our area to eat, drink, party, get coffee, buy groceries, do activities, clubs, etc. After our initial search seemed to come to a halt, Miguel called me up the next day and said he found the perfect place (It was), and it wasn’t even on the market yet. When the property manager at the condo we moved into was not communicative, Miguel got on them and made sure we were answered and that things went smoothly in our favor.

Miguel = AMAZING! He defines white glove service. He takes the time to listen to what his clients are looking for, and goes above and beyond to find it. My fiancé and I were moving from NJ and when we did not find an apartment while I was in the area, Miguel continued his search for us and called my fiancé right away when he found the perfect place for us. Miguel took the time to take pictures so I could see the place, and even offered to Facetime… it is great when someone uses technology the way it can be used! Most importantly, he is with you every step along the way — making sure that everything is closed smoothly and if there are ANY bumps he handles them immediately. We are so grateful for the work Miguel does. I wish I could give Miguel more stars, because the work he does and his personality are definitely worth it!

Working with Miguel completely changed my preconceptions of a stereotypical realtor. Instead of suits, ties, and the pressure to close, my boyfriend and I felt like we were given a private tour of the city with a friend.
Miguel only showed us units he himself would live in, and gave us straight forward answers and advice. While we didn’t end up choosing one of their properties, we wish we could have — because he was just that awesome.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a genuine guy with genuine answers/​advice –especially for transplants such as ourselves.

Miguel helped me hunt for a rental condo in downtown San Diego. He really knows the marketplace, and he did a great job filtering the available offerings to meet my criteria, and setting up appointments to view them. His work saved me a huge amount of time. Back in 2012 I had been looking to buy my first property. I used a few local realtors and probably put in 6 offers, but no luck constantly getting outbid and realtors were not showing properties that were not within my price range. My issue felt like I had to constantly follow up with my realtors to see if any offers had been accepting and searching on the MLS for properties. I was then referred to Miguel by a close friend, at first I was hesitant because of the previous experience but decided to give him a shot. I first met with him 2^nd to last week of July 2012 and buy August 1^st offer accepted! He made the process as simple as could be. He was available anytime I had questions on documents. I have referred him to my mother and father in law they were very excited to buy another property with the experience we had. Currently Miguel and I are working to sell the property he helped me purchase to get a bigger house. I highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a property to buy or sell you would not regret this decision. I am glad to say he is my realtor.
