I cannot say enough about this group. I have used their services on several occasions and my expectations have been exceeded each and every time. As for last night, thank you Debbie for putting up with me and my girls. We had an amazing time.

We only use Eddie when we need a car service. Eddie is prompt to respond to emails and phone calls. Masterpiece limo has impeccable service. We just used them from a return trip from Napa for the weekend. The driver was dressed professionally and offered us bottles of water and was mindful of the music choice and volume as he drove us home. We have used masterpiece limo in various occasions and we have received top notch service each time from a group night out to wine tasting in Temecula for a work event, they are reliable and the vehicles are always clean. We have raved to all of our friends and will never use anyone else. Thanks Eddie!

Wow! I’ve used some car services, but this company was unbelievably PERFECT in every way. A breath of fresh air. Showed up early to our pick up point, limo was stocked with all the goodies, making it extra comfortable. Clean and well maintained. I rented the larger limo for my husband’s parents visiting in town for the first time to America. We went to a Temecula Winery tour that Masterpiece Limos planned out for us with a horseback ride! After we scheduled a dinner in La Jolla Village.
Our driver Jack was so friendly and helpful adding to the experience. Very patient. It wouldn’t have been the same without him. He went out of his way to accommodate us in many ways and we went over our time due to dinner running late and he was very kind and understanding. He was within 60 seconds of our location for our pick up after dinner. Needless to say we tipped him well. This was last year in 2015 and I have rescheduled another trip with them for my business to take a client around. Very professional and very accommodating. If you call, just don’t schedule anything over when I need them. :)

On a whim, I called Masterpiece Limo to surprise my staff. I spoke with Eddie who was very helpful, and gave me a nice discount when I mentioned Unilocal.I was thrilled to hear that they had limo service available the next day, and he ensured we’d get a great driver. The next day, the driver — James — called me to let me know exactly where he was, and he was ahead of schedule. My team was so surprised and thrilled (one of them never rode in a limo before), and James was super professional. We had a beautiful white stretch limo with blue lights, chilled water and champagne was a nice touch. While we only had the limo for less than 3 hours, it was such a memorable time, and I would definitely book with them again. Thanks Eddie for taking care of us!

So I called up this place to try and book a limo for my wedding wrong!!! basically I was told I can only have the limo during the day on a Saturday but cant pass 5:00pm because all limos needed to be back by then. Unpleasant man on the phone explained to me it’s prom season there trying to save the nights for prom kids that are going be calling and reserving limos wow like I should’ve of been aware of that. Then the guy tells me the only way to get the limo pass 5:00pm is if I pay premiums $$$$$ I would have priority over the kids renting limos for prom. What business denies money I guess this place doesn’t go by first come first serve. They seem to go by more money first serve. Sounds like there scamming prom kids out of their paper

A friend of mine booked with them a few weeks ago and our group went along. Our driver — Chris — who was very tall — was amazing. Very professional & very knowledgeable of the area. The hummer limo was amazing too. It had fish tanks and a fireplace. Really cool. Would totally recommend them.

Well I was hoping for a great experience from Chris and Eddie, and it started out well on the phone and email, but here I am writing a review on Unilocal.They both seemed very concerned that my party of 12 for 8 full hours of wine tasting would be comfortable and I was told and shown on the receipts that I was getting a 20 passenger limo, but got a real Master Piece of Shit 14 passenger one. VERY uncomfortable. Headliner falling, no padding on seats, dirty, and way too small for my party. I was embarrassed to have provided this to my friends and family. It also had a bald front tire so I had worries of safety all day. Driver was a fill in from another company, but I think he was not told tip was included in my qoute from Chris as he hounded my guests for a tip. He also asked me for a trash bag afterwards and cleaned out the car at my house then gave me the bag to throw away. Very unprofessional. I asked to speak with Eddie about my unhappiness and was told he was in meetings. I said I would wait and it’s been a week with no call. They got my money so why talk to me afterwards, right? Look elsewhere, I will from now on.

Flawless service. Arrived early, the driver was friendly and professional and even made extra stops for us to buy more Champagne during the evening. The manager even called me to walk me through pairing my phone with the stereo so we could play music during the ride.
The limo was immaculately clean and very nice inside. I’ve used them 2 or 3 times now and the service is consistently great, including booking staff and drivers.

Had an exceptional experience with these guys. The service was great from start to finish. I highly recommend them. The limo was pristine.

My wife used Masterpiece Limousine for her 50^th birthday. They went wine tasting in Ramona and dinner in downtown San Diego. All the girls in the party thought the driver was very courteous, showed up on time, and kept up good communication throughout the 8 hour adventure.
There are many Limo companies to chose from, and I picked this company because they offered a no hassle price at a decent rate. The car was clean and the interior was immaculate. The owner was very professional and was flexible with our itinerary and would even modify the route when the party was under way.
I gave 4 stars because there was confusion on gratuity after the driver dropped everyone off. The driver asked for gratuity and we initially complied, but the owner called us the next day and apologized because the gratuity (and all fees) was included in the hourly rate. He took the gratuity off the charge. I felt we paid «market rate» — not at a super discount and not too high either. You get what you pay for and the quality and professionalism was definitely there.
I recommend Masterpiece and I would use them again.

we all went to dinner and back…4 kids, 5 adults… tons of space!
we even made a slurpee pitstop!
our driver Brett was super cool and super pro.
we had full control of music, air, lights etc…
what a super fun evening! my kids loved it! (and so did i)…one of the best limo experiences i’ve ever had (and my kids first experience)

I cannot say enough good things about Masterpiece Limo. The owner, Eddie, really adds a personal touch and his staff, Chris, and driver, Debbie, were a pleasure to work with for our event.
Eddie made sure that our night was special. A group of military spouses got together for a special night out while their spouses were deployed and Eddie really went out of his way to work with us and gave us an amazing price. I called with only ten days before our event and was afraid we would not be able to arrange a limo — no problem with Masterpiece!
We had a little bit of complicated night planned — multiple pick-​ups, drop-​offs — and people changing their minds of times for those throughout the night. Eddie and his staff asked no questions and reassured us that our night would go smoothly. It could not have gone any better — and the service from Masterpiece Limo really was a big part of making our night special.
If you are looking for a clean, reliable limo service, with impeccable customer service — this is the company to call. Look at all of the other reviews — there is a reason people have taken time to write about them. Eddie and his staff go out of their way for you.
We will certainly book with them again!

So it has been a few years and Big Ed’s staff has been consistent each and every time. Lately I have been using them for airport shuttles. His crew is always 15min early & I get text and phone calls saying they are waiting for me curbside prior to me even landing!
In the past he drove a small group of us up to the wineries in Temecula and we had a blast doing summer Jazz Concerts.
Ed has also helped out my Rotary Club and set up transportation for aa Winemaker/​dinner night for all the ladies at the local fire station!
Next, I’m thinking of having his crew take me and my wife out for a night on the town for her birthday 10÷16…

Masterpiece had superior service in so many ways. My booking took less than five minutes because they know their business well and asked the right questions to help me plan my event. Refreshing after talking to employees at other limo companies who seem to just be there to answer the phone then have to ask someone else to get answers to anything.
To win my business – or maybe just to be nice because the staff is authentically in the business to ensure customers have great events – Offered a vehicle and included water, ice, cups and premium beer for free. Extremely courteous, prompt and reliable in every way.
Our event’s driver was professional and reliable as well and we had a fabulous event!

While I’m normally obsessive over planning everything, somehow getting transportation to our wedding slipped my mind until about 2 weeks before the actual date. Oops. The company recommended by our coordinator was booked except for a 10 person limo which was a bit excessive for our needs. We stumbled upon Masterpiece on Unilocal and decided to contact them. They were easy to contact 24 hours a day, were quick to respond to emails and super personable.
Sarah, our driver, showed up early to pick us up in an immaculate SUV. During the ride to the venue, she talked and joked with my maid of honor and I. Then she left to pick my now-​husband and the best man from their hotel. They had an equally pleasant experience. Pricing was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

We booked Masterpiece Limo about a week before our Nov 30 wedding. PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW! I know it’s long but I want to share our AMAZING experience with them :) If not, I can tell you right now that their customer service is FIRST CLASS, their prices are the best deal and their limos are TOP NOTCH! If you don’t read the rest of review. that’s all you gotta know! :)
Let me start off with my initial phone call. I spoke with Eddie. who I believe is also the manager. He was so polite and answered all of my questions. We only needed the limo as transport from the hotel (the Hard Rock in Downtown) to the church (the Immaculata at USD). Just big enough for myself and our parents to get to the church and with my hubby and our parents after the ceremony. We had also inquired about their hummer limos, which fit more people. and although fairly priced, it personally was just not in our budget. So we decided on the black lincoln limo.
He explained that they do have a 4 hr minimum during the weekends for weddings. but since we really only need the limo from about 1 – 3:30. which is less than 4 hrs, he offered to send a limo to pick us up from our reception location. a «getaway car». which is normally an additional fee, but he would only charge us for the 4 hr minimum package we initially inquired about. he explained he wanted us to get our full money’s worth and he also didn’t want to charge us for a full 4 hrs that we really didn’t need. So we went ahead and booked a 9 passenger lincoln limo with the free «getaway car» at the end of the night. Since he knew our reception was on base (Admiral Kidd at Point Loma) Eddie also had the vehicle information ready for me to submit for the security list, and I didn’t even have to ask!
Now comes the big day. which is exactly why I’m writing this essay of a review. We get out of the hotel. walk out looking for the limo and people passing by that see me in my wedding dress yell that there’s a limo around the corner. so we turn the corner but all I see is a white hummer limo. nice, but we had booked a black lincoln. So I’m thinking to myself that our limo is late. But no, that was our limo. we had been upgraded for free! NICE!
Our driver, Sarah, helped everyone into the limo. She even picked up my dress and veil off the floor and made sure everyone, especially the girls in their long dresses who were wearing heels got into the limo all right. we were able to fit more people in too. The only thing is i wish i had checked my phone sooner, cause I guess they had called me. if i had known sooner we got upgraded then I would’ve had more of my bridesmaids (I had 13) ride with us. we had SO MUCH space. I believe we were able to fit more than 10 people in there. we were even able to have our photographers ride with us so we got a lot of limo shots.
When we got to the church, Sarah even got down to go look for my coordinator to make sure it was «safe» for me to get out of the car. then she stayed and kept me company til it was time for start of ceremony. After the ceremony, she was there on time and waited for us to take pictures outside of the church then got us back to the hotel for more pictures after.
At the end of night, we were expecting to get picked up in a regular sedan. since it was just going to be hubby and I. but they sent us the hummer limo again (which really helped in transporting our gifts) and with the limo came Sarah! She was GREAT! She even came down and went into the venue to let us know she was there when ever we were ready. Then when we got to the hotel, she flagged down the bell hop, gave them attitude cause they were moving too slow and even helped them load our gifts onto their cart! A-​class service right there! And of course she topped it off with a big hug and a warm «congratulations»!
I couldn’t have had a better experience on our wedding day! From the moment I talked to Eddie on the phone to the very last moment with our driver Sarah. it just added to our already special day.
Aside from their absolutely AMAZING customer service, the limo was of course clean, air conditioned. roomy. had all those funky light controls. There was even a bunch of bottled water for us in there, which really helped since everything was just going by so fast! I will def go to them if ever we need limo services again!
So if you’re shopping around for a limo for your wedding or special event, give Masterpiece a call. I’m sure they’ll take care of you like they did us :)

As a part of bride and groom’s wedding party, I witnessed an unfortunate tardy pickup even though the reservation was booked a month in advance.
To our surprise the limo bus did not arrive until 430pm, e.g. 45 minutes late. Prior to the tardiness, one of the groomsmen called Masterpiece Limousine to verify the scheduled pick up. Per the conversation, Masterpiece Limousine stated they are aware of the pickup and will arrive as scheduled. As a result of the late pickup, the wedding was delayed by 30 minutes.
After the wedding, both the groom and bride and Eddie (owner of Masterpiece Limousine) discussed the issues on hand to identify the bottleneck (s). Both parties came to an understanding given that the wedding was still a wonderful event despite the minor miscue.
