My wife and I used the party bus for a wedding last weekend and it stole the show everyone was waiting to be in their instead of watching us get married and they gave us a great deal couldn’t be happier thank you black onyx and we will see you again !!!

I’m sad I did not post earlier! I used the black onyx for my wedding a couple years ago and had the most amazing experience they were on time they were professional and did everything that they could to make us feel great! Not only did they have to pick up my husband’s wedding party and drop them off but they had to pick up my wedding party and drop us off and then come back to pick us up after the wedding and each time they were on time ready to go professional and prompt I’m sad to see that people had bad experiences with this company because honesty I had the best!

i agree with alma !!! the worst limo company i’ve ever used !! their drivers r horrible sharks trying to work clients for any amount of money they can !!! horrible «owner» with a vulgar mouth n attitude towards customers !!! i don’t recomend nor will ever use this limo company again and advise anyone else out there that chooses to use them to b careful n stay alert cause they will b looking to shark anyone they can !!!

I am rating this business one star due to the owner not returning my deposit after I cancelled within the two-​week time frame. It has been three weeks since I cancelled my reservation for a party bus and the guy that’s the owner refused to refund my deposit after Monica told him I cancelled within the time frame. He got on the phone with me and was very rude and unprofessional having an attitude, arguing with me about how I didn’t cancel within the two weeks. He tried to charge for me for 2 hours and said he credited back the $ 150 of the $ 400 I paid which never happened either. I kept calling and calling and eventually they stopped answering the phone. I had to call from another number to get them to pick up. I finally talked to Monica again she told me she told the owner to credit me back my money and that the papers had just been sitting on his desk. So basically he refused to honor a contract that HE wrote concerning the cancellation period. I finally had to call my bank and dispute the charge because clearly I was not getting my money back.
So my advice to all you Unilocalers about this SCAMMER, make sure you don’t cancel if you book a party bus because you WILL NOT be getting your money back!!!

Last weekend I surprised my husband for his 50^th Bday with a Party Bus tour of his favorite breweries. I had 27 of his closest friends and family waiting on the bus when he walked out the door. The bus was absolutely beautiful and really huge. They say it can seat 50, but I think that would be way too tight. We had 28 and it was perfect. We probably could’ve had 5 or 6 more people and it would’ve still been roomy enough. Monica was great to work with when booking the bus and did everything we needed to make things run smoothly, (including registering the company with Stone Brewery). Our driver was super sweet and very accommodating. He called my cell an hour before pickup and told me he was going to be on his way. My friends met him at a school down the street from our house and decorated the bus and loaded it with the beer and snacks we brought. His name was Levine or something like that but he said we could call him «V», which I did. Every place he dropped us off, he told me to call his cell 5 minutes ahead of time when we were ready to go and he would be there waiting. After the first brewery, when we got on the bus it was freezing cold. He showed me how to work the AC and light system as it was about to get dark. The same thing happened at the second brewery so at the third brewery I asked him to make sure the AC wasn’t crankin when we got on and he did that before pulling up to the brewery. He was such a nice guy! I would totally recommend him to be our driver again! Everyone had a blast and even our 40– 50 year old crowd made good use of the stripper poles, (my husband included). He was actually pretty hot on that thing even at 50!
I would highly recommend renting the «white tiffany» bus from this limo company! It is the sweetest bus around!

Great service, asolutely beautiful jaw dropping party bus. I used them last weekend for my birthday wine tour and liked them so much that I booked them again this weekend for another wine tour for my family reunion. The first time, our driver was Ray. He came off lacking confidence at first, but after the first winery, he seemed to have gathered his bearings. The second time, our driver was Idma. She was awesome! She took really good care of us. It was nice to be able to contact Monica, the woman in charge, anytime we needed to speak with her. I highly recommend renting their 50 passenger white party bus.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
I hired them as a «shuttle service» for my wedding guests to be driven from my home to the wedding (4PM-​12midnight) I also wanted the bus to take us (bride groom bridal party) from the ceremony to Balboa park for pictures then back to the venue.
When the bus driver (long hair pony tail) arrived at my venue, he got out of the bus and forgot to put it in PARK! When the bus driver realized, he ran back into the bus and threw it in park (two more seconds and he would’ve crashed into the SUV in front of him!) I spoke to the driver after this occurred and he was slurring his words, sounded wasted.
He picked us up and told us he had to leave us at Balboa park because he had another wedding at 6PM. He left us stranded at Balboa park, and our wedding guests with SUV’s had to pick us up.
After the event, we called customer service many times, we were told a supervisor would call us to discuss the situation ASAP. A few days later we received a call from the supervisor. After we told him what happened, he asked us to write a letter to the company, almost as if he didn’t believe us. WTF.

I booked a Party Bus with Black Onyx Limousines for a surprise birthday party for my wife, and they were absolutely fantastic. I have rented Limos and Party Buses before and have never had a bad experience, but I’ve also never left saying I need to use this company again. That change with Black Onyx. Marcia was very professional throughout the booking process, always answering questions promptly and the follow up was fantastic. It made the renting process very smooth.
Our driver was Idma, and she too was fantastic. She called 30 minutes before pick-​up time to let me know she was on the way, and sure enough she showed up early. The bus was incredible, plenty of room and extremely clean. Most Party Buses have kind of a funky smell, but this one did not and was extremely clean, with a killer sound system. Idma then took us up to Del Mar for the races, took a ton of photos for us and was extremely fun yet professional throughout. The ride home was even better,. The concert ended earlier than expected, and unlike most other companies I have used, Idma didn’t hightail back to our drop-​off point. She cruised us around and took the long way so we’d get our money’s worth. I didn’t even realize she had done this for us until a buddy pointed it out after she left.
In a lot of industries, customer service is really forgotten and it was really refreshing to come across Marcia and Idma, who deserve a lot of credit. My wife surprise party would not have been the same without them and that amazing bus!!!

Great Service. I rented a limo for a party and they showed up with a really cool Chrysler 300 that was all decked out. The driver (Odey) was great; pretty much went were we wanted to go. My friends also used them for a senior graduation and they were very happy with the service.
I will for sure use these guys again when I need a limo.

If I could give them NO stars I would! Worst limo service ever!!! Long story short. Booked a hummer limo for my sisters quinceañera about a month before. Limo was half an hour late. Sent a beat up Excursion instead of what I had booked and driver insisted on dropping us off 40 min before our 4 hours that I had payed for were up. Yes Monica deducted $ 100 but that didn’t make up for how disappointed my sisters were. After the driver dropped us off I tried to contact her to let her know we were robbed of those 40 min. she never picked up.

I don’t think I have anything negative to say in this review. I genuinely have no complaints.
I’m sure at this point you want to know the story now. Okay, don’t rush me, I’m telling it!
Me and gaggle of my closest friends decided we were going to get tickets to XFest. The 7 of us wanted to go together, so I was going to rent a cheap van and be the DD. I didn’t mind, as long as we were together and everyone was having fun. After some coercing, and a couple of beatings, they convinced me to shop for a limo. Everyone in town was giving me outrageous quotes. Since XFest is all day, I wasn’t looking to pay $ 800 to have a limo waiting for us the entire time. I mean, it’s not like we were going anywhere before the show ended. But I digress. I was starting to get really frustrated. Then someone mentioned Monica’s name and Black Onyx limo. I figured, let me give it a shot.
I called Monica, on a holiday weekend mind you, and I got her on the line. We chatted, and she said she would call me back. It was a holiday weekend, so I didn’t even realize that we hadn’t talked until Monday! But I wasn’t mad, because I’m not sure if I mentioned it, but it was a holiday weekend. Moving on…
Monica explained the logistics, told me how it would go, and gave me a very fair deal! (Plus I was super stoked about getting the stretch 300 with lambo doors). We set the date, made the plans, and all was golden!!!
The day of the show arrives, and we all meet up at a central location (read: bar that’s close to where we all live). We have a couple of lemonades whilst waiting for our car. About 2 minutes before our scheduled pickup time, the driver calls and says she is out front. I believe Debbie was her name. She tells me, «Hi, Joey? I’m out front. But, I don’t have the 300 as it ran in to overtime with the wedding party.» At this point I got a little nervous. She then tells me, «I brought the H2». Um, what?! SCORE!!!
I get everyone’s attention and let them know there’s something I need to let them know. They’re all intently staring as I tell them that the 300 was not available. They looked a little concerned, but when I mentioned the H2, they took off like the roadrunner running from Wile E. Coyote. Some of you may find it silly, but we were excited!
Debbie handled that stretch H2 like it was a SMART car! I swear!!! I never felt it turn and it was a really smooth ride. She ended up taking us the back way in to Cricket Wireless (not sure how she got the H2 there, but she did!). Since I didn’t know she would be so amazing at her job and get us there 37 minutes sooner than we anticipated, I asked her if she could pull off somewhere and let us finish our lemonades that we made in the limo. Without hesitation, she pulled right over and let us enjoy ourselves. She never once seemed annoyed with us, not that we’re a rowdy bunch AT ALL!
To make a long story longer, we got a nice upgrade on the car without and upgrade on price. Our driver was SUPER fantastic and really nice!!! (We definitely took care of her, and you would too).
Monica was fantastic and didn’t beat around the bush about anything! I was thoroughly impressed and will use Black Onyx any time the occasion calls for it.
