Wes and his team at Mastercraft have helped me for years. They are very knowledgeable and their price range can vary exactly to meet exact needs. They also have great advise for getting the best system for your home to not only be the best quality but also one that’s technology will last for many years. I’ve been so happy with them that I have also referred many people to them and have always had positive feedback from these referrals.

What a great sound solution Mastercraft proved to be for my office. I have a neighbor in my complex that plays music as part of their business, but although it is not that loud the sound of the base would come through the walls at most volumes. Mastercraft sent out one of their expert technicians and they drew up a solution that worked. Prior to that our property manager had tried several ideas and did not know what to do. These guys at Mastercraft truly have the right equipment to measure sound and build a sound barrier solution. I am very grateful. We are now able to operate in peace, and the business next door can operate their own business as needed. Next they will be installing some of out new AV equipment in the office.

In my opinion, Mastercraft is not a good company to deal with, again in my opinion stay away from them unless you want to chance the same kind of issues we encountered. My wife and I contracted with them to do a $ 143,000 home automation and home theater system in our home which was promised to be done in 6 weeks and is still not completed 7 months later. The number of different employees we had come through our home was not trackable as they changed on a daily/​weekly basis. They now refuse to complete my job and I have turned them over the the contractors state license board for job abondonment. In addition while I was gone on vacation (and they continued work in our home) we had very expensive jewelry stolen and they will not even turn the claim into their insurance. They also didn’t give us a proper home improvement contract under state law and the salesperson we had to our home did not have the required home improvement sales license.
