Wow! What great costumer service! I have a small business in PB and I met Leon and Johnny as they were servicing the building next door. Such friendly people! I asked him for a business card mentioning a small leak in the shop, and without skipping a beat I was offered help and five minutes after that there was no more leak! Thank you so much, glad to have met you guys!

We recently called Legacy Plumbing for a leak we had in our kitchen. They sent Leon over to diagnose the problem. Turns out we had a slab leak, words nobody ever wants to hear. We had no idea how we would be able to afford the repair and damage it had done. Leon was able to offer us several different options and solutions that were extremely helpful to us. He stayed to get started on cleaning up the mess. Leon and a few other technicians came over the next day and all continued until everything was complete. This big job was done to perfection with the utmost courtesy from all. They were also very neat and clean. I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing to anyone in need. I found Leon to be as honest and caring as he is professional. When you find anyone who has such a passion for their business as he does, you are guaranteed the perfect job will be done and it was.

Unbelievably unprofessional. I wanted to shop locally and read their Unilocal reviews which seemed positive. I made an appointment for Saturday morning. I waited all day for them to show up. When I called, and left a voicemail asking where there were, I never heard back. They didn’t call to reschedule that day, or offer a reason why they hadn’t shown up. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, I called three days later to reschedule. They didn’t offer an apology and said «someone had died.» They did send someone out to given me an estimate on cleaning my air ducts. The service person said he couldn’t clean them because the system needed $ 7 – 10,000 worth of work which would take up to a week. They system is barely a year old. I asked him to provide me with a list of what needed to be done. He said it would be emailed to me. A week later, I still don’t have it. I called to see when I could expect it. Their voicemail is full. I have since had another company come out and look at the ducts. They found NONE of the issues this company said I had. In short, don’t waste your time or money on these flakes.

Great company and service. The Onwer makes sure that his crew provides several options for every type of situation. There seems to be custom tailored solutions that can always meet any homeowners needs. The Onwer is a hard working, dedicated individual who is very passionate about his business and this seems to show throughout their operation.

Called on a Friday and the gentlemen said that someone would call that day 30 minutes prior to them arriving between the time of 1−3pm…to my surprise and after reading all the great Unilocal reviews, no one called me back. Made a call at 4pm to see if maybe they forgot about me? Call wasn’t returned. called on Saturday to still see if they wanted my business after a couple other plumbers told me that their schedule was full and still no call. These guys still haven’t called me back! Highly recommend Rooters Plumbing, great customer service and a very timely response from the plumber!

My ceiling was making a vary annoying noise when my Ac was on and after it shut off making it Very difficult to sleep. turns out my pump that pumps the water away from my air handler in the ceiling was old and failing it was unable to pump all the water out so it just would run every minute or so till it drove my family nuts. Thank God they sent a technician right away he found the trouble quickly. I would definitely recommend Legacy heating and air and will be calling them back in the future.

Life without a kitchen sink can be rough. It’s really tough to rinse a dirty blender in a bathroom sink. Luckily the guys from Legacy put in a huge effort over a Friday night and the following Saturday to snake and replace pipes and an old garbage disposal. We can finally cook, eat, and wash dishes in the kitchen again.

My air stopped blowing cold on Friday night at 6:00 so I called Legacy and requested a service call. They said the tech was in my area and could come in 2 hours. Right on time the tech named Leon showed up on time and found my thermostat was the problem, he showed me some options and I picked the Google Nest thermostat. It’s nice to control my temp in my house with my phone. The experience was excellent and I would recommend this company to all my family and friends.

I called Legacy out to my home to inspect some plumbing issues. Leon came out and was so friendly and helpful! I’ve never met a more knowledgeable and attentive plumber.

Wow, thats pretty much what comes to mind after receiving prompt service from Legacy plumbing heating and air. I was having issues with my shower over the past few weeks and over the weekend it just ultimately gave out. Water was not being channeled to the shower head and although it may sound luxurious I was forced to take baths. After calling around town looking for estimates, with some places even charging up to $ 100 alone, I came across legacy and they offered a free estimate. The operator had their lead technician contact me to discuss the problem. After explaining the situation and giving Leon a picture of my shower set up he was able to quickly diagnose the problem without even physically being there, this should give you an idea of the level of skill they operate with. He was able to come to my home within 3 hours of the initial call to the operator. He inspected my shower and confirmed the prior diagnostic he gave over the phone. After about 15 minutes of work my shower was working just as it had before this whole incident occurred. He was very knowledgable and offered explanations as to why this had occurred in the first place, which was mostly due to hard water and the initial installation of shower. He also offered ways to maintain proper working conditions and tested the Ph level of the water in my home. The price for the service was very reasonable and he also gave me a 20% returning customer discount for any future services I might need. It is safe to say that at the end of the day, Leon was very knowledgable, friendly, offered great advice, quick and efficient. I will definitely be recommending legacy to any friends or family that might need plumbing, heating or air repair or services. Now if you’ll excuse me I am off to enjoy a nice warm shower!

Really great service. We’ve been having problems with our toilets and Leon was wonderful help! Very fast response and arrival time which made the process a lot easier and he was very friendly!

We will never know if Legacy are good plumbers or not. They never bothered to show up. They were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 9 am. At noon, we called and the dispatcher said she would get the plumber to contact us. Never happened. We will be happy to tell all our friends about Legacy and their terrible service.
