Jeff knows loans and real estate like no body else! I was really impressed with his knowledge of the housing market in the San Diego area and the extra effort he would put in to find us places that would fit our vision. He would always arrive at the place before us and do his homework, giving us insights on what needed to be fixed, where we could save money and how we could any house into our dream home. We ended up buying a real fixer upper but it was because Jeff was able to create a vision for how beautiful our place could be with just a few minor things. He made sure the loan process went smoothly for us too. We now have lived in our home that Jeff helped us buy for almost 5 years and couldn’t be more satisfied!

Jeff Sharp has done excellent work as my real estate agent for the past three years. His depth and breadth of knowledge are an asset to any prospective buyer. The most specific thing I’ve appreciated in working with Jeff has been his patience. As my needs and preferences have changed, he’s remained both receptive and proactive. He’s updated my searches, and suggested options and areas that make a lot of sense. When I’ve had new ideas, he’s heeded them and also brought up perspectives and choices that hadn’t occurred to me yet.

I have worked with Jeff on 2 purchases and a few refinances. He financed my first condo in 2004 and did a great job educating me throughout the process and getting a great rate.
I then bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $ 650K in Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA where he really was able to get us through multiple challenges. My girlfriend and I were trying to buy that home from foreclosure in 2010. Because we are unmarried and I had another property, the financial and purchase required a strong understanding of the lender market and working with the sellers agent to get them to accept the contract.
He quickly identified a lender who was willing to finance us and fully recognize our income. Throughout the sales transaction process he was able to quickly and address any hurdles from the lender, along with managing a very difficult to deal with seller.
In the end, I was able to keep my condo and land a great foreclosure with a great interest rate. Since then we’ve used Jeff to refinance the house at an even lower rate.
