We hired Jeff to help us find a house for us in San Carlos. He scoured the MLS and sent us listings frequently. We ran him into the ground looking at numerous properties. We had specific requirements and a budget to stick to. Jeff ended up finding us our dream home on a great street. The process was easy and Jeff was very attentive. He also communicated frequently (but not over the top). You can tell he really does care about finding you the right home, not just trying to jam you into a deal. Jeff– sorry about all of the questions from my wife! Anyone that can handle that is great in my book!
I would recommend Jeff to anyone that is looking to buy or sell property.

I have used jeff in several real estate transactions over the past 10 years. He is the hardest working realtor I know, he is great at negotiating and is a very straight shooter. He has found my some amazing deals and also gotten me out of deals that like great initially but once we got some inspections we found out they weren’t.

My wife and I were looking to rent a condo at Rancho Mission Trails. We had our sights on this particular property for quite some time, we were just waiting on the right time to finally rent.
We found an ad on Craigslist for a two bedroom/​two bathroom condo that fit our budget and desired time frame.
We scheduled a viewing on a Saturday morning. Upon arriving, there was no where to park. My wife and I managed to locate a spot out front near the office. Jeff was in a super hurry since he had booked another viewing at another condo there just a few minutes after ours.
Jeff barely had access to the property, we had to follow a car into the property to get through the security gate. Once inside the complex, it was a very long walk down the hill and then back up. He should’ve planned better and allowed us to park inside, near the unit.
The complex was very nice, quiet and well-​landscaped. The condo itself was nice. The layout was well thought out and the appliances were decent quality.
The current resident was still living in the condo, so it was slightly messy. It looked very lived in. The resident and his small son had lived there for at least two years, so there was a lot of wear and tear throughout the condo. Carpets needed to be replaced and the walls were really dingy. Oven was dirty and the fridge light was out.
Jeff was in a rush, so the tour was very short. He didn’t say much along the way and we left the unit with very little information, other than what we already knew, or picked up ourselves through touring the condo ourselves.
Jeff walked us back up to the gate and split — he must have had other, I suppose, more important things to handle.
A few days later, we decided to rent the condo and sent Jeff and email. He never followed up with us at all, we had to chase him down. Upon emailing him a few times, he informed us that we’d be renting the unit «as-​is» and there would be no professional turn over of the apartment. This was an absolute deal-​breaker. My wife and I have a 6 month old baby and this is the home she’ll be learning to crawl/​walk in… there was no way in hell that I was about to spend good money on this dump that someone had lived (heavily) in for the past couple years.
Jeff made no attempt to remedy the situation. He simply stopped responding to our emails and requests. He was the least professional property manager that my wife and I have ever encountered.

Jeff is simply the best! If you live anywhere in San Diego county, there is no good reason not to use him. He is honest, straight forward, extremely hard working, and very easy to get in touch with.
We recently closed on a short sale in Bonita. There were ALOT of different issues that came up, and I am CONFIDENT the vast majority of real estate agents would not have closed this deal. To say Jeff went above and beyond his general «real estate» job title is a huge understatement. From getting out a borderline hoarder, to fixing things for the appraisal, to helping us switch lenders last minute to get it to close-​Jeff just figured out a way to get things done.
He is kind, yet VERY direct (when needed), and always professional. Love him-​will send everyone I meet his way!

My wife and I just closed on our first house and used Jeff as our agent. He was great! He took a lot of time with us and was very quick to answer questions and track down information. We asked a LOT of questions and it was great that he really took the time to explain things to us and got back to us so quickly. He did a great job at setting our expectations and really helped us through each step of the process. Worked with Jeff through Redfin. Maybe from previous realtors I’d worked with, I thought that I would get some help finding an ideal place for me. Basically I was left with finding a place myself though Redfin. Jeff was helpful, low pressure, and fairly forward in his opinion in showing me the properties, which I appreciated. During my search, Jeff went on vacation a couple times at which time I got to learn how to fill out my own forms and sign for him. One of the times, his assistant was sent to view a condo with me. I waited outside for probably 30 – 45 minutes, just to find out the assistant had arrived before me and was talking to the sellers inside the condo on his own… waiting for me? Was a bit annoying as had no idea he was there.
Jeff’s ok, he shines in some areas but seem non-​participative in others.

Jeff is very down to earth. In the short time that we talked, I realized, very quickly, that he is of great character! Patient, sense of humor and an active listener. All of these qualities are desirable, especially in people that work in customer service!!!

Jeff Rosa sold our home in a really tough market. He gave us a thorough analysis of the market and advised us on listing price. There are other units still for sale in our complex that were listed before ours. Jeff did more open houses than we expected and followed up with everyone that showed interest. Once we had a buyer our sale was contingent on selling their home and Jeff made sure the deal was as solid as it could be. His negotiating skills are great. We got very close to our asking price!

Jeff is the best! I was in love with a particular property in Mission Valley (River Colony), and was determined to buy a condo there. I called Jeff, and he immediately set up a tour of every unit for sale in the complex! Toured us around, gave us print outs for every unit, answered every single question we had… he made the whole process completely painless!
We bought the condo for the price we wanted last year– and he still calls or e-​mails to check in every once in a while. Great guy!
