Anyone can help you purchase a property that’s on the market. One of the many things that separates me from the competition is my willingness to find you homes that are not even on the market. I’ll call the local agents and knock on doors in the areas where you want to live. With inventory so low, you need to the extra push to make sure you find your ideal home.

I invest in all my listings. I hire the best real estate photographer in the business to take outstanding photographs of your home. All our marketing materials are top of the line as well. If you need a hand in sprucing up your property I’ll help with that too. I’ve been known to get my hands dirty if that is what is required. I’ve planted gardens, washed windows, cleaned bathrooms, painted, tiled, etc. Of course I know great handymen and contractors too.

I have assisted many folks who’ve inherited properties and need to sell them. I handle everything, including the clean-​ups, fix-​ups, etc. Being a trustee is difficult so I gladly do anything needed to help someone in that position.

I also sell multi-​family properties. I deal with the tenants, property managers, etc. I’ve got experience across the board. You name it, I’ll help you sell it and we’ll have a great experience doing it too.

I’ve been helping local real estate buyers and sellers since 2004 and I’ve personally represented over 330 buyers and sellers in that time. I also have managed quite a few properties for my clients along the way. My hands-​on approach has served all my clients well.

I’ve been selling real estate in San Diego County since 2003. Prior to 2003, I spent my Summer breaks from UC Davis showing rental properties to renters in the San Francisco Bay Area. I Graduate from San Diego State in 2006 with an MBA, with an emphasis in Marketing. Every year I personally sell about 40 homes in San Diego County. I’m also an investor with 3 rental properties that I’ve accumulated over the past few years. My wife and I have also done extensive renovations to 2 of our properties. I can appreciate anyone’s desire to buy a fixer-​upper property and obtain some sweat equity from it. I own my own Real Estate Brokerage because I want the flexibility to to best serve my clients.
