I’m from saved records, the company wanted me to make 1 tshirt plain with a simple design to then make 100,000 for a national marketing campaign. came here told them instructions and send them emails about how i wanted the t-​shirt done. It was simple, black with a disquette on the front. Of course they charged me really quickly $ 30+ and instructed me it would be done in 3 days. 5 days passed and I went in to the office for a refund and it was given to me quickly. The guy giving me the money back did not apologize and didn’t say anything. good thing that tshirtmart was able to make a tshirt in 2 hours and then place me on a future date for a order of 100k shirts.

Wow! And wow again! These guys hooked me up in a serious pinch. Ryan is so sweet and helpful with some SERIOUSLY great customer service, and the other gal (I’m sorry I have forgotten your name but Ryan referred to you as the «embroidery master,» and you are!) did a beautiful job. After an etsy wedding gift for my Dad and fiancé never arrived I called these guys in a panic. Both were calm, understanding and listened to exactly what I wanted. They helped me out on the price and took the time to explain everything working with my time and budget restrictions. Whew! Big problem solved in just about 24 hours thanks to these two.
The icing on the cake? My now husband cried as soon as he opened the gift and the photographer got pics of the whole thing. Bam!

Very nice people here, but… I brought in a kids sport jacket to have reflective lettering ironed on the back. Not a huge deal, but I didn’t think I needed to tell them «Water Polo» was two words. A bigger deal was that one day after picking up the jacket, all the letters started coming off! Brought it back and their investigation brought to light that they didn’t remove the plastic backing from the letters before ironing it on. Doh! They were totally willing to fix it and told me they’d call when it was done. Well, 2−½ weeks and one vacation after this promise was made, I hadn’t heard a word. I went by to pick it up and found out that it seemingly forgotten up on a shelf. A couple days later, I did get the call that it was done and I’m happy to say that the letters are still sticking. Total number of trips to the store = 5. Not so happy about that.

Awesome place! I went there to get a few hoodies for my real estate business and worked with AJ. He was very helpful and was able to find the exact hoodies I wanted and also helped me configure my logo to the right size and color way. I will continue to get all my promotional items from Instant Imprints in Downtown! Thanks guys!

I came in on Tuesday with no idea of what I wanted and no idea if it could even be done by Thursday. But Brittney was so helpful and turned around my shirts so fast, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you!

They printed the wrong picture on my shirt. I went in with my own shirt to print a logo on it for my Halloween costume. I had two photos and after looking at both I decided on one over the other. When I went in to pick up my shirt that cost $ 40 to print, I saw that they printed the wrong photo on it. When I told the older gentlemen that worked there that, he agreed and asked «well what would you like to do».
Seeing that Halloween is two days away and I don’t have time to go to the mall to buy yet another shirt to be printed, nor do I want to spend another $ 15 on a shirt again, I guess I will have to take the shirt with the print I did not want. They did not offer me any sort of refund or apology. They admitted they printed the wrong photo and then just stared at me. I will never go back there. I am not only upset that I spent so much money on a shirt with a print I didn’t want, but that they did not have good enough customer service to offer me any sort of option to make me feel better about their mistake. Don’t go here unless you want really slow and incorrect service.

The PERFECT embroidery place. Called and spoke to Lisa and was able to get a quote on the spot after explaining what I wanted. I was getting tri-​monogram initials on a towel wrap for a wedding present. Overall cost under $ 15 for two 2″ script letters and one 3″ tall script letter. I was able to pick my color (from over 20) and pick my font from a book. There was no additional «setup fee» like other places try to charge you for.
Dropped off around lunch and it was ready before the end of the day. Couldn’t be happier. Love the fast service and pleasant people, along with consideration for even the smallest of jobs.

Instant Imprints is the best there is! I showed up in SD morning before a bachelorette party weekend with blank tanks. My roomie and I tried to do iron-​on to make the tanks and it didn’t work, so needless to say we were desperate. We called Instant Imprints and Shanle was so calm and ensured us that she could get the job done. We dropped the tanks off at the store and they had them ready for pick up about 3 hours later. She even sent us email updates as she was deciding different fonts/​designs. They were absolutely amazing and if I lived in SD I would use them every time I needed to have tanks made. As for pricing, it was relatively inexpensive and they definitely offer competitive pricing.

Instant Imprints did a great job on a poster print for me in a very short space of time. They’re very efficient and the manager and her staff are thoroughly a pleasure to deal with. I’d highly recommend them.

Instant Imprints was extremely helpful when I needed to purchase customized groomsmen gifts for my wedding.
