History

Established in 1993.

PostNet co-​founders Steven J. Greenbaum and Brian Spindel entered the postal and business center industry in the early 1980s, originally heading a consulting firm that developed more than 450 independent mail and parcel centers in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam. In the late 1980s, Greenbaum and Spindel decided to start franchising as a means to gain «strength in numbers» for their clients. The PostNet franchise program was launched in July 1993

I found June at PostNet to be a wonderful resource when it comes to all things printed, whether it’s business cards, flyers, or even banners. The work comes out beautifully, and it helps to have someone like June, the owner, be responsive with requests.

One star for bad customer service. The manager lady argued with me about one piece of paper. I accidentally sent my one page file to the busy printer. When i told her i don’t want to wait, she said «this piece of paper costs me money; it’s waste of my time and your time.» Wow…

I’ve ordered a few things from PostNet and they have always been great and on-​time. A couple of days ago I asked about some fliers I had ordered and if they would be in on Monday (a holiday), as I wanted to hand them out at an event. They weren’t going to make it (not their fault of course), so June printed out 50 fliers and met me at the event to deliver them.
Talk about customer service! This place is great.

The hours say 9am to 1pm Saturdays. Except that it’s 10:20am on a Saturday and I’m standing in front of a locked out lights out PostNet. Did you just not feel like opening today during your posted hours so you can smoke crack? Get it together.

I’m an attorney and I constantly need last minute printing/​binding needs. I’ve used PostNet many times and have never been disappointed.
Recently another attorney in my office needed to make copies of architect blue prints for discovery documents made the same day.
Will and June, the owners of this location personally came out to our office, picked up the blue prints and returned shortly with perfect copies.
I highly recommend PostNet to anybody/​everybody.

I will never go here again! I dropped off two large envelopes to be mailed via certified mail on Tuesday morning. After looking at the tracking, it wasn’t dropped off at the post office until Thursday night! It was being sent to San Francisco and as of today (Saturday) it still hasn’t been delivered! I’ve used the post office before and have had mail delivered across the country the next day! Why is it taking 4+ days (well that 2 day delay from when I dropped it off sure didn’t help!)

I recently ordered business cards from PostNet. Will and June Green were so easy to work with. They took my existing card and made suggestions to make it look and feel more professional. The quality of the cards was great and they were printed on time and exactly as discussed. I will definitely order from them again! I highly recommend PostNet for all your printing needs!

Postnet is the only print shop I consult in the downtown area. I have used Postnet services three times since they opened. I have had only good experiences.
My favorite things about Postnet is my ability to access my iCloud from their computer, the helpful and friendly staff, and easy to use equipment. I will visit Postnet again.
