Business Owner

Donald A. Vaughn, a native San Diegan, is one of Southern California’s foremost business litigation attorneys. He co-​founded Vaughn & Vaughn in 1997, and currently serves as the firm’s lead trial attorney. He specializes in civil jury trial practice and has been lead counsel at trial in more than 50 civil cases, involving employment (wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment) disputes, contracts, negligent and intentional conduct, personal injury, product liability, professional malpractice, partnership, corporate, and other business litigation matters.

Mr. Vaughn has personally tried more than 50 civil lawsuits to conclusion before juries and judges in both State and Federal courts. He has handled hundreds of lawsuits through arbitration, disposition on motion, and to favorable settlements on behalf of individuals and business entities. Mr. Vaughn is also an accomplished appellate attorney having briefed and argued cases resulting in numerous published opinions.
