Went in on a Sunday after I had a family try to get my iPhone 6 at the Apple Store. After being told my phone couldn’t be fixed and I needed purchase another one. I decided needed a second opinion.
I called the Indiana Phones hotline and spoke Angela. She was as friendly and helpful immediately. I went from a 300 $ minimum for a new phone, to an easy fix on a Sunday.

My phone accidentally sat in a puddle while boating over the weekend. I was due for an upgrade, but unfortunately lost a few days of data that didn’t back up to the cloud. Indiana Phones was able to fix the screen on my old phone, so I could pull the missing data, at a very reasonable price. It only took 30 minutes, so you if you feel so inclined, you can always just pop over to In-​n-​Out for a quick bite :) I highly recommend them and they are very conveniently located!

Overall great experience. Very friendly, called them ahead of time to see if they would be able to fix my gfs cracked iphone screen, they told us to come by and we were helped immediately. Took about 20mins for them to change the screen. 100 $ total. I would recommend them to a friend and would certainly use them again.

They are so nice and gave me the best deal in town. It was done with in 30 mins & looks perfect! I highly recommend them!

Got my screen fixed here couple times and they are amazing! Fast and reliable service! Pretty good prices too!!!

$ 140 and my cracked iphone 6 plus screen was «repaired» or so I thought. The microphone didn’t work property after the repair, and two weeks later the screen began to pop up in two corners. Went back and the lady there said its a software problem even though my microphone worked fine before. I was told if you go to the apple store don’t talk or mention us, they say bad things about us. Went to another repair place in Solana Beach off the coast highway, they fixed everything for $ 150,microphone, new screen staying in place etc. Sure wish I went there first.

So far so good on the fix. Nice people and dogs, right next to in n out and car wash. I picked this place because of the funny name mostly though and they met all expectations (fixing phone)

Went to drop off my phone at Indiana Phones and they told me it would only take 10 minutes… it did! This place rocks! Highly recommend! If I have any more phone troubles I will be back!

These guys are awesome. Angie is a sweetheart. My speaker wasn’t working on my iPhone 5s. They knew exactly what to do to fix it and it was done in 20 mins for a great price. I got my phone fixed here today. I’ve had it fixed here once before and experienced the same level of excellence both times. I had a iPhone 5 repaired and they were on pace as far as prices as anywhere else you could go. These people here are awesome and super friendly. they made my visit fun and easy. They had my phone fixed in under 30 minutes. It’s located right off the I-​5 freeway in beautiful pacific beach and super close to an in and out where you can go and grab lunch while you wait for your phone to be fixed. It’s a smaller location and easy to miss but keep your eyes out for the awesome shack they have that has a Indian jones theme!

TERRIBLE COMPANY AND LIARS. I had my screen fixed last week. I dropped my phone ONCE with a case on after getting phone fixed. My «new» screen shattered and popped off. I was told specifically there is a 90 day warranty. They said they would fix my screen again for $ 100, $ 30 off this time. I just spent $ 129 fixing this screen last week, why would I pay another $ 100 for a weak, after market screen? She went on to say we have customers come back every month… Obviously because your product is cheap, fake, and weak. I will never be back here again. Terrible customer service and straight up LIARS. This company is terrible. The lady has a bad attitude and the 90 day warranty they try to lure you in with is a scam. Will never be back here and suggest anyone who wants to get their screen fixed to go elsewhere. There are plenty of places in PB or Clairemont.

I dropped a can of Pumpkin on my phone back in November. My husband said just go get a new phone. That didn’t make much sense to me since we are locked into a contract for another year and a half.
Just so happens that yesterday we were going to grab a quick lunch as we were heading home from downtown SD back up to Carlsbad. We stopped at the In and Out Burger in PB and noticed the little shack at the entrance of the parking lot. A sign said «if you can break it, we can fix it.»
I walked up and was greeted by the effervescent Angie! So sweet, so kind, so genuine. She introduced me to her husband, William and their 3 adorable dogs (they were dog sitting one if them).
Angie said she could have my phone fixed in 15 – 20 minutes… WHAAAT??? Are you serious? William went to work on my phone and as promised, my phone was finished by the time we finished lunch!

Indiana Phones is AMAZING! My IPhone 6Plus LCD screen was completely damaged and in less than 20 minutes it was restored back to its Original, even better than before, looking screen, CRACK FREE! Angie is the BEST! Her fast service, bubbly personality, and professionalism is what brought me to her establishment. Just blocks from the beach next to In n Out burger in Pacific Beach. Wandered by while getting a burger. No line fast service and Angie was so friendly I wish I had more phones to fix!!! I got my crappy plastic screen replaced with real glass one now looks like new phone. Really cute dogs too! Dog friendly grass area too.

These guys are awesome! I brought my iPhone 5s in after I dropped it in water. I thought it was for sure a goner, but a friend referred me and thought I’d give it a try. They got it to work! I can’t believe it works lol. Definitely recommend bringing your phone to them. They’ll be honest about whether or not they can fix it.

I came to Indiana Phones for a completely destroyed iPhone 6. They are completely gutting another phone, and soldering my old motherboard into the new phone. It’s an intricate job, and they’re giving me a great deal. Although it’s not done yet, they’ve kept me up to date with the progress and I couldn’t be more pleased. I was a little hesitant to come here as I was pressed for time and money wasn’t able to get a quote over the phone but I went because I was desperate, and the Unilocal reviews speak for themselves. This shop is perfectly placed right next to in n out in pacific beach, that way you can eat a delicious burger while getting your phone professionally fixed. Angie and William were on point and super helpful. They fixed my iPhone 5s screen in record time and the LCD makes the phone look brand new. The prices more than fair for the quality you receive and time they save you. Will definitely come back!

I have had my phone repaired twice at Indiana phone repair. Both times I was impressed with the great customer service. Not only did they give me the lowest quote of all the repair services I called, when it was discovered that my phone was missing the main button at the bottom of the phone, they ordered the part and replaced it free of charge. If you do business with them, you won’t regret it.

I had always seen the Indiana Phones shop every time I go to In N Out, but never thought much of it since I had never broken my phone before. Then one day, in my rush to get to class on time, I dropped my phone on the sidewalk, screen facing down. I almost cried when I saw the cracks that streaked across my phone screen. I frantically searched for phone repair shops nearest to me and Indiana Phones came up. I called them and a very friendly woman named Angie picked up the phone – she told me to come to the shop the same day so she could take a look and see what repairs needed to be done.
I have a Droid Turbo, and apparently both the screen and the display needed to be replaced. They said that they would have to order the part, wait 3 – 5 days for it to get delivered to the shop, at which point they would call me to set up a time for me to come down and get it fixed. Unfortunately, the part for my phone is rather expensive compared to the cost of an iPhone screen replacement, but after telling Angie the story of how I broke my phone (one of the most inconvenient things to happen to a busy college student!), she was generous enough to give me a discount! Angie was so kind and professional, reassuring me that my phone would be well taken care of. It was a Wednesday when I broke my phone, and I had it repaired the following Monday! They even put some clear masking tape over the old phone screen so that the cracks and glass shards wouldn’t irritate my skin. Shout out to William for doing such an efficient and thorough job on replacing my phone screen – so far, so good!
What I really appreciated in addition to a newly repaired phone was that Angie called me two days after I had gotten it repaired to follow up and make sure there weren’t any issues! She is so thoughtful and provides excellent customer service – she even asked about how my classes were going! Hopefully I’ll have learned my lesson and will be more careful with my phone from here on out, but at least I now have a place in San Diego for phone repairs should it ever happen again, to me or my friends. Thank you!!!

just WOW! She fixed my shattered screen really well. ON TOP OF THAT while she was fixing my screen, she got my home button, which hasn’t been working for months, to work again without any extra charge! Service was very good as well. Great service. Angie was very nice and quickly fixed both my iPhone and iPad screens (it was a rough week, later that day I was moving lumber in my car and broke my windshield). She had the parts in stock and just did it! Less than a month earlier I had my iPad fixed at another location and she explained why the earlier fix was incorrect and therefore caused the screen to crack a second time.

Great service! I called last week and spoke with Angie (I believe) and let her know I was looking to replace the charging port on my iPhone and that I was shopping around. She immediately asked what the lowest quote I got was, said she’d be willing to match it, and that I could get the repair done immediately that day. We showed up and by the time I was done eating some yummy in-​n-​out the phone was fixed! They were fast, friendly, and did a great job. I highly recommend.

Called on a Sunday morning and Angie told me to come on in later that afternoon. My iPhone 6 finally bit the dust after a fall at Disneyland and this was with a tempered glass cover and phone case intact. Angie was very friendly and efficient. Dropped my phone off, drove to the Wells Fargo down Garnet to get cash and my phone was ready to go by the time I got back. Total repair was $ 130 for some quality work. Parking can be kind of a pain as the lot gets packed from In-​N-​Out but there is some street parking along the side as well. Only thing that’s kind of odd is I’m now reading other reviews saying they paid $ 120. Nevertheless, I’m happy with the service and happy to support small businesses. Thanks again Angie!

I had to add an update to this review because they truly go out of their way to ensure that their customers feel appreciated and are happy with the service. I left a message after hours the other day just to say thank you once more for staying open past closing to repair my phone (and we all know how after a long day at work all we want to do is close up and go home, but not them! They definitely saved my day by staying open to fix my screen!) anyhow, shortly after leaving a message Angie actually called me personally to thank me. I have worked in customer service for over 13 years (recently lost my job due to downsizing), but I can definitely say that out of every business I’ve ever done business with that Angie goes out of her way to make you feel confident in their service! Not only that, she is the sweetest person! I’ve already sent one person to get their phone repaired there and they are more than pleased! Thanks again to Indiana Phones and to Angie who is a sweetheart with exceptional customer service skills!!! Even if their prices were higher than most, which they definitely ARE NOT, their service definitely makes up for it!

Called them about 30 minutes before they were about to close tonight and spoke with Angie. I asked her about the pricing on repairing a cracked iPhone 6 screen and she let me know the pricing, which was $ 120 (very competitive and pretty much the same at every other place I’ve researched since cracking it two days ago), not only that they beat any price if you can find it cheaper and it can be confirmed. I actually found a place (not naming any other names in this review because I prefer to only promote this particular shop and the fantastic work they do) having a sale for their anniversary for $ 89.99. While they couldn’t beat or match this price, which I completely understand due to cost of parts) she did offer to do it for $ 100. She also let me know that they use the highest quality parts, a six month warranty (longest warranty I’ve seen and believe me I’ve checked out nearly every repair place there is in San Diego). I found that to be awesome. They also just signed a lengthy lease on their little store front shop unlike all these mobile «come to you» repair places… so you have that feeling of security knowing you’ll be able to get ahold of them if needed instead of having to track down these other mobile repair guys who seemingly always disappear or stop answering your phone calls or text messages once something they repaired fails or if they damage your phone while making the repair. By this time I was about 15 minutes until their closing time of 6:00pm, but since we were staying just across the street she offered to still allow us to come in to have it fixed for a flat rate of $ 115 out the door! We arrived about 10 minutes prior to their closing time. They were done fixing the phone in the time it took us to drive next door to the McDonald’s drive-​through and back. I’m estimating that it was 15 or so minutes.
I’ve had my previous iPhone 5 screen fixed after I had cracked it multiple times in the past and I have gone to multiple places due to problems with the digitizer after the repair, as well as from dropping and cracking the screen a few more times… and I’ve never been anything other than disappointed… but Indiana Phones on Damon Avenue did an amazing and quick job fixing my cracked iPhone 6!!! I will definitely come back (although I hope I never crack my screen again and have to), as well as recommend this place to all my family, friends, and any other people or persons who need their phones repaired!!!

Indiana phones is for sure the best phone repair in town. I went to get my cracked phone screen fixed on my iPhone 6 and a lady named Angie help me and got it done THAT DAY for a great price. I was also able to sell to them my old iPhone 5s for a good bit of change (it’s in great shape by the way) so that was really helpful. I’m content with the service provided for sure!

I have an iPhone curse and thus have spent many hours with them. I cannot count the amount of hours of work Nick has put into troubleshooting my phone and has not charged me a penny. He only charges for replacement parts and if he cannot fix your phone, he won’t charge you.
Nick is truly the Indiana Jones of phones (I missed this cleverness the first couple of times. Notice pun) :p He would even follow up with me in the evening via text to make sure everything was working okay and I was pleased. He genuinely cares about his customers. And Angie is just a breath of fresh air, helping anyone and everyone around her. One day I was there and she was helping an elderly man in the parking lot, completely separate of the business. These two have hearts of gold and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the work performed.
Please support this small business as they grow and look no further for any Iphone, Ipad or Samsung repairs. It’s often CHEAPER than going through your INSURANCE and you don’t have to lose any of your info (contacts, photos, apps). Those alone are many times PRICELESS.

Being a restauranteur, it is imperative that I have my phone in excellent working condition. Dropped my phone late on a Friday night and called to make an appointment and got in the next morning, Nick not only fixed my phone within minutes but also put a brand new glass screen protector on it for me! My hero! I will be back! I have an IPAD that could use a new screen too! :-)

I’ve had the pleasure of using the Indiana Jones service twice, both times on my iPhone 5S. Once i went to the shop by In n Out and once they same to Starbucks by my work for a mobile repair.
Both times, the service was super fast, WAY cheaper than what Verizon quoted me (and I HAD insurance, which I subsequently cancelled) and local which is the best!
I would recommend anyone with a broken phone to come here, and even if your phone isn’t broken, they can sell and install tempered glass covers to save you later!
