Harbor Air Conditioning and Heating

Best customer service ever! My husband bought a new Nest thermostat for our A/​C at home and while he was following the instructions something went totally wrong and our A/​C went off and he couldn’t get it back on. He called numerous A/​C repair places to schedule an appointment for someone to come assess the issue. This happens to be the hottest day ever so everyone was swamped and couldn’t make it out until tomorrow with a minimum charge of $ 95.00 with that said he called and spoke to a technician at Harbor and that Man was amazing and totally walked my husband step by step on what it could possibly be that was causing the unit to not work… and just like that and $ 3.71 later it was fixed! It was just a fuse but this Man was honest and kind to help us out and for that reason they have a customer for life! Any Air conditioning or heating issues we ever experience we will call Harbor first because they have proven to be an honest company that cares about people and not just making a dollar.

Most amazing service ever! Mike is wonderful. Replaced my A/​C quickly, professionally, and Mike went out of his way to make sure everything was working great (my A/​C unit was 30 years old, so parts had to be replaced, breakers, etc.) He took care of permits, etc. Harbor Air was highly recommended to me and I could not be more pleased. Harbor Air has the BEST prices by far, best customer service, and their work is 100% professional. You will not regret having Harbor Air take care of your A/​C repairs or replacement. I give them the highest of recommendations.

Mike and Gerry are great. I had a leaking A/​C unit in the ceiling of my downtown condo late on a Friday. Mike sent Gerry out on Saturday, early in the afternoon. Gerry assessed the situation and had it fixed within an hour.
The problem persisted later that same day for another unrelated reason, and Gerry came back out that Saturday evening and fixed my A/​C unit, making sure all my needs were met. It is now running like new and I have Harbor Air to thank for it.

I am very impressed with Michael’s service. After several technicians who were sent to me by my insurance company were not able not even fix but even identify what was wrong with my AC unit, Michael located and fixed my problem for half an hour.
The price for his service was very reasonable. I wish I have called him 4 weeks ago and would never lose my time and patience with 2 crooked companies.
