Valerie will get you results!!! It is my first time with ladder and yes it burns especially near or during you time of the month ladies!!! Which somehow I managed to do 4 out of the 6 sessions. Not smart on my part. But anyway, Valerie not only got me results from the get go but also some pointers on how to reduce the darkness and bruising on my underarms. I used to shave daily, so then I stated to tweeze so it could last at least a few days up to 5 if I was lucky. But the tweezers left bruising and darkening of my underarms. So I stopped tweezing, only shaved, and of course laser treatment and not only are my underarms so beautifully clean and hairless but also smooth and clear of bruising and darkness.
I booked with someone else other than Valerie just once because of my schedule and I just didn’t get the best results like I was getting with Valerie. My hair grew back faster than usual, and by then I had 3 sessions done so I knew what to expect.
Everyone is friendly and all but Valerie was just great and she will get you your monies worth.
Can’t go wrong with Valerie!!!
If I need anything else I would go back to her for sure.

Bought a deal through Amazon local for 6 laser hair removal sessions (they are split up every 6 weeks) and just finished my last session. The hair is 95% gone and the little hair that does still grow back, is very fine. I was happy with my results so I purchased another 6 sessions for a different area. I don’t purchase the numbing cream, so yes, it hurts. But it’s worth it.

I bought a groupon from this store, 59 for 300 worth value of eye exam and a pair of glasses. Stuff were professional and patient, totally worth the money. Brian was very helpful through my glasses picking, he really thinks for the customer, very friendly. It was a very pleasant experience in this shop.

I bought a scar removal treatment on groupon for this place a few months ago. The actual treatment wasn’t bad (wasn’t great either), but the lady doing it for me was unbelievably annoying.
She talked nonstop while working on me and kept trying to sell me other services and beauty supplies. After a certain point I really almost lost it but thankfully by then it was already over. I went there to relax, not be sold more things when I just bought something. I wish I remembered the woman’s name who worked on me, but it was a few months ago. Never coming again.

The place is beautiful and Valerie the nurse was very nice, knowledgable, gentle and sweet. She helped me figure out how to best use the gift card I won off the radio. I was so excited to use it, and knew that it expired in June. I decided with the help of Valerie that Botox made the most sense as I have literally no body hair I would like removed and I had $ 125 on the gift card. She told me Botox was $ 199 and I knew that was what would be best. Valerie was so sweet and gentle during the treatment, however, when it was time to pay, I was ushered to an office across the hall. It was very strange. I walked in and who I assumed was her boss was sitting behind a desk. She showed him what we had done, and I handed him the gift card. Now let me tell you already this is totally weird. Why am I in a back office of a high end cosmetics spa paying mafioso style??? Anyway I digress. Next fun surprise, the «boss» tells me I couldn’t use the $ 125 gift card for Botox! Whhhat! I was shocked and embarrassed to say the least. I literally chose to come to this spa/​cosmetic office because of the gift card I had won… So??? I proceeded to tell him this and He still insists it would not work. Now I’m getting mad and march back to the nurse’s room and tell/​beg for her to help me out here. She and I walk back to the creepy payment office to plead with the mob boss and he of course is rude and embarrasses the nurse in front of me. (Great Professionalism) He then goes on — of course still in front of me — the customer… saying how it costs them money for products and that as his employee, the nurse should know the gift card can only be used for services (that don’t supposedly cost them???) not products (aka Botox). At this point I felt sorry for the nurse because she had been so nice to me. After arguing with both me and the nurse, the boss man decided to let me use the gift card and take a cc for the extra cost. He then explained to me that this was an exception and would NEVeR happen again. After payment, he asked me to sign up for a points system that their office uses. You get points for all of the products you purchase ex: Botox. He then goes on to show me another clients profile, and explains «See, this client gets Botox every couple of months, you can see everything they’ve done and you can track it». Um HIPPA violation anyone??? Holy Cow– he then tells me everyone has the same password– which is «Botox» BTW– he tells me to make my password «Botox» Just to keep it simple. Holy canole this was the worst experience I have ever had EVER!!! San Diego deserves better! Much better!!! Just a tip, the nurse should find a nicer boss to work for. Other places will treat her and her customers with respect! I’m sure this card was to bump up marketing through the local Clear Channel radio stations (how I won it) and they did an awesome job showing me how great the place is… Basically they failed. I will never go there again :(Steer clear if you want to have a nice/​not weird experience.

Everyone is very friendly and I got in and out super fast. It is supposed to take 2 weeks to get your glasses but I got mine in 6 days. Come and get your eyes checked here

I came here with a groupon for laser hair removal and I love it! They’re soooo flexible with times and dates and everything runs so quickly and smoothly. I always feel so welcomed when I walk in the door and never have to wait more than a couple minutes after I arrive for my treatments!

I have purchased a couple of groupons for this location since I was so pleased with the service here. Valerie, my preferred aesthetician, is simply lovely and does a great job! The location is ideal and the interior is high end chic but comfortable at the same time. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for cosmetic treatments and/​or eye glasses as there’s an optician there also.

I had LASIK surgery completed on Jan 9^th. The staff was friendly and was ready to answer any questions. Overall, I had a great experience there and would recommend their services for LASIK.

Once again! I have to tell the world about this place! I visit Global from the Bay Area, it’s the ONLY place i will go. Bob is ALWAYS making accommodation for my visits with a big smile. I can spend all day talking with him! Val S. and Dr. Y did my last procedure. I am an athlete and loose mass in my face. They made me look at least 10 years younger! NO PAIN! Val and Dr. Y have a gentle touch. If you want the BEST, go here! Im a doctor, trust me!

First I live about 150 miles away and my trip on a Saturday was well worth the drive.
I had my surgery three years ago. I moved out of the area and did not receive all of my post surgery eye exams. I called and they accomodated. First, Dr. Y. has state of the art equipment. He cross trains his staff. The surgery finance guy did my exam and was very quick and efficient.
So… what prompted my very late post visit was blurriness of the vision. Dr. Y. told me early on that this surgery is corrective and does not stop anything degenerative. I wear reading glasses according to a local eye doc.
«WHY» was Dr. Y.‘s question. «You’re too young».
He told me after much eye specific, scientific break down that I have chronic dry eyes.
He put my drops in my eyes and had me redo my exam… magic.
Those awards on his wall are legit. This guy is the real, intelligent, knowledgable deal.
I have since referred two people there as I write this on a Monday evening and my appointment was Saturday.
He needs to be supported. More should practice like him.

I got a groupon for six sessions of laser hair removal. They didn’t ice the area or numb it w/​lidocaine and it hurt like. B&)(&@! I bought some cream that I’ll put on the area prior to my next run.
The people were really nice and the office is clean and professional looking, but I def prefer Laser Clinique. I’ll use up the test of the sessions I’ve already paid for and probably won’t go back after that
Also– to use the bathroom you have to walk outside the office to another part of the building– if you were leaving the cosmetic waiting room, then you can’t go straight back the way you came– you have to go through the whole office again. Not really a bid deal, but definitely annoying

I got a laser hair removal groupon for 6 treatment for a small area for $ 139. Parking isn’t too bad and the place was very nice. I didn’t realize that they did so much there! I filled out some paper work and about ten minutes later a young lady called my name and took me back. The young lady that I had for my consultation was very nice and answered all my questions; I was very impressed! The actual laser treatment was ok, I was a little taken aback by the smell of burning flesh when she did my under arm but it didn’t hurt or anything just that one little thing. The nurse I had was very pleasant and made sure I had a follow up appointment.
After that I went to speak to one of the Doctors working there about Latisse since they had a special and I have been wanting to try it to see if I can grow my lashes. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed to purchase the product which I really liked. I have five other treatments but from my first experience I really like this place and glad I got this deal!

I paid $ 99 for a groupon for 6 laser hair treatments. I wanted to do the whole brazillian area so they charged me an additional $ 200 which I was not informed of until after I had already purchased my groupon. Then on top of that I had to buy a $ 50 bottle of numbing cream from them. (If you go to Dermacare Rancho Bernardo they provide numbing cream for you free of charge — see my Unilocal review there.)
My experience with the staff was meh ok but the treatments were done so quickly that it was not sufficient enough. I had to go to Dermacare and complete my treatments and that place is waaayy better!
