We are a San Diego based forensic firm that specializes in polygraph, forensically sound data recovery from mobile devices, and cell phone tower mapping/​plotting services.

With an arsenal of over 10 different forensic platforms including JTAG, we can recover data when other forensic firms cannot. We have conducted over 10,000 polygraph examinations and are experts in state and federal court. We are currently contracted with San Diego County Probation Department, U. S. Federal Probation, CDCR via HRSO contracts, and Liberty Healthcare who supervises the Sexually Violent Predator Population.

Darryl B.

Business Owner

Darryl Bullens is a former Special Agent for the Virginia State Police, Bureau of Criminal Investigation and former State Trooper for the Tennessee Highway Patrol with a total of over twenty years experience working with and for law enforcement agencies. Mr. Bullens graduated from the Backster School of Lie Detection and is a Full Member of the American Polygraph Association, with membership also in the American Association of Police Polygraphists, California Association of Polygraph Examiners, and the British and European Polygraph Association.

He was elected to the Board of Directors for the California Association of Polygraph Examiners in 2010 and Vice-​President of the association in 2013. He maintains certificates for continuing education hours required by the California Association of Polygraph Examiners and the American Association of Police Polygraphists and is a certified examiner through both organizations.
