We are a full service authorized dealer for Hunter Douglas, Century Blinds, Skandia Window Fashions, Graber, Comfortex, Kathy Ireland HOME by Alta, and Norman Shutters.

We provide a shop at home service including design consultation, professional measurement and installation. Repair service is also available on any existing window coverings. Bob’s professional status is continually improved by attending training seminars, certification programs and visiting the manufacturer’s factories.

He is heavily involved in membership affiliations such as LeTip, San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, Santee Chamber of Commerce, Friends in Business Networking group and The Chamber San Diego East County.

Awesome customer service and great blinds! It all happened so quick and easy. I try to do everything myself, but I’m so glad this is the one thing they took care of. I called them, and Bob came out next day. He took measurements, showed demos and it was fun just to chat with such a friendly guy. All the different blinds came in quick, and sweet Kim called for next day install. Todd installed everything with a smile on Christmas Eve day and Bob even surprised me with a big Xmas gift! Thank you, guys! Great job! My home is complete! I’m so happy it was quick and easy; good deal :)

Bob is a five star sales guy! I have used Bob for couple of times. He is always fast and quick. They also have great team member. One of the guy showed up 8pm late night and complete his job at 9pm. Wow, these guys work so hard.
Price is also very reasonable compare to other blind company. I once quoted with another blind company and it was so expensive. You don‘t really change your blind frequently so I would recommend to choose reasonable and quick response company. Bob is owner and he take care of customer very well.

This company gave me a rough quote over the phone which other companies would not do. Blinds were delivered ahead of schedule. One was damaged by UPS in shipment so Express Blinds did a rush for a replacement. All blinds ordered fit perfectly and installation was easy. Brenda was a pleasure to deal with. Finally got sick of my see-​through speckled blinds (or sunscreen shades as they call them) giving me a sunburn every afternoon. My office windows in Banker’s Hill face west so it can get toasty in the late afternoon. Today I finally decided to do something about it so I hopped on Unilocal and searched for «Blinds» and up popped ‘Express Blinds & More’ so I watched the video and decided to call. To my surprise the voice on the phone sounded like the voice on the video. He said «yes hi this is Bob and I’m the owner… I’m in early this morning before the rest of my staff… so I’m taking calls.» I booked the appointment for the same day and was able to get a quote, pick out the blinds and set an install date on the spot. Owner was very professional and showed up himself. Stand up honest guy. I highly recommend Express Blinds

We weren’t sure just what we wanted or needed in our new offices. I found Express Blinds doing a Google search and asked them and two others to give us a quote. One was too busy to make an appointment and one came out and wanted to give us low cost and quality blinds. Express listened and suggested exactly what we needed. The installers were respectful, clean, clean clean and did a really great job. Fair price, quality product and work.

One star for now… Definitely not «Express.»
I’ve had 2 men come out to assess my motorized blinds with no follow up. I keep being told that I’ll be called or sent the invoice but that has yet to happen. I have to be the one who calls to see what the status is. Will be looking at other companies so I can get this taken care of in a more expedient manner. Too bad because I would have used them for my new house too, not just my rental unit.

The guys who came out to do my measurements spoke very little English, but did say that I would have my estimate in 24 – 48 hours. Over three days went by and I had to call them for the estimate. By the time they got my order in, my tenants had already moved in and were not happy that the blinds were not up yet. Then when they did sent someone out to install them, he said that he hadn’t picked them all up by mistake and would have to come back the next day. No one ever heard from him again. I had to call and reschedule. By this time I was irritated and they did get someone out the very next day, but overall it was more stressful than it needed to be for me. And not cheap. As an out-​out-​of town landlord, I need to work with vendors I can trust to get the job done right and in a timely manner.

We just ordered our blinds today and I am already more than impressed with the amazing service that Bob (the owner) and Sonia (in the office) has given us. Both are very professional, yet warm. They are making this process very easy for us. Sonia even emailed me the invoice the same day that Bob gave me a written one in person. We can’t wait to get our new blinds. I’d been looking at blinds for a long time, but was unsure about doing it myself. I called Express and worked with Bob directly. He helped me pick out the best blinds for my windows. His experience and knowledge was extremely helpful. Once, they came in, Gus installed them for me and did a great job. Gus took down my old blinds, installed the new ones, and took the old ones away in only an hour. All in all, a great experience from this wonderful company. Thanks again Bob and Gus!

Did a good job putting up blinds in one of my rooms. Easy to set up an appointment. I’m not too picky about blinds, so I just let them use their judgement on the type as long as I picked the color. I got a nice wood style set, much better than the cheap aluminum crap I grew up with. Thanks Bob!

The blinds are great. I will start with that. HOWEVER, there were a lot of problems with the service. I chose this company due to the 5 star reviews. I cannot in good conscience leave all 5-​star reviews with the experience I had.
We ordered the blinds, and the installer called to set the appointment for installation. He told us the time and explained that he had nothing else scheduled at the time. We were given a specific start time. An hour later, no one has come. I call the installer, he is stuck on a job. Hmmmm. Call the owner, he apologizes, we move on. The installation is rescheduled. Takes 5 hours, because none of the slats for the blinds were cut to the right length. The installer was great. Took his time, did it right. But apparently did not inventory what he was brining to us as he was missing a top cover for a set of blinds and the entire set of slats for the verticals in my daughter’s room. Luckily, my husband was able to do a temporary fix.
I had expected a call from the owner to tell me when we would have the remaining items installed, but I had to call him. He said he would call the next day after talking to the factory. I called him 2 days later.
Finally, I got all of the blinds installed.
Again, happy with the blinds, but the whole experience left a bad impression.

Bob Sole with Express Blinds is AWESOME! He was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to picking out what worked best in our home, then the wait to install was short, yet the quality and and pride he puts into his job shows! Over two years later our 1 yr. old son decided the blinds were his favorite toy and some needed minor repairs. Bob came to my house personally the same day I called him and took the blinds right away to send to the manufactures and had them back to me not more that two weeks later during the busy holiday season non the less! Can’t say enough great things. Look no further!!!

As I opened my new business, I realized that our west-​facing exposure was creating a lot of heat in our waiting area. I contacted Express Blinds and Bob came on site to evaluate our needs, make recommendations on our various options, and put together a package that offered top quality at a fair and reasonable price. Their crew was back at the store within a couple of weeks and professionally installed our new roller blinds. Our lobby was significantly cooler in the afternoons this summer, particularly as we hit double digits in temperature. I’ve recommended Express Blinds to other business owners in our plaza, as well.
