I’m Frank Megura, President of Complete Builder’s, Inc. I have worked in construction for over 25 years. Born and raised in Connecticut and relocated to California in 1990. I founded Complete Builder’s Inc. in 1997. I am a single parent of twin boys and enjoy living in beautiful San Diego.
