Established in 2009.

Coastal Premier Properties was founded by owners Amy Green and Susan Meyers-​Pyke in 2008. After many successful years in real estate, Amy and Susan decided to open their own office. They wanted to provide a different kind of real estate experience for their clients. Their goal as realtors has always been to provide great service, while utilizing out-​of-​the-​box thinking to sell homes and help their clients purchase their dream homes. This strategy has allowed them to prosper, despite market fluctuations. Now that Coastal Premier Properties has grown, they focus on hiring not only the best real estate agents and property managers by the numbers, but also the kindest, most professional, and most hard-​working people in the industry. After years of working for a national real estate company, long-​time realtors, Amy Green and Susan Meyers-​Pyke, wanted to bring a more personal and collaborative approach to real estate. In March of 2009, they opened the doors of Coastal Premier Properties to fulfill their dream of being able to hand-​select the best agents that share their same values. They listen to their client’s needs and identify what is most important to them, whether buying their first home or moving across the country for a job relocation. Their out-​of-​the-​box thinking, networking, and years of experience combine to deliver the highest quality service, knowledge, and resources to every client so they get the outcome they hoped for and beyond.
