Today was my final walk through with PRPM. It was handled by Becky in a professional manner same as we started our relationship. We discussed and documented the closing, no surprises here. The property that I leased was most likely at the upper end of leases. Private golf course including all the amenities. I humbly make this statement not to impress the reader but to qualify PRPM as a quality property lessor. During my residency all calls, emails and texts were handled in a prompt and professional manner. An additional note I was never interrupted or imposed upon by any management of staff to visit or oversee me. I am grateful for Becky and the Management team at PRPM.

I tried to call the company and left two messages during regular business hours. No one answered or called back. Finally I got call from someone but missed it so I called it back and Diana was rude and told me no body called me. Umm I’m pretty sure someone did call me since I had a missed call. Good luck trying to rent out your houses I will not be doing business with you or your company

I wish there was an option for zero stars. WORST company to deal with ever! They do not return phone calls or emails, and are generally rude. I own a home in a community they manage– they REFUSE to notify homeowners of who current board members are, they REFUSE to inform HOA members of the times and locations of board meetings and they make major changes to the community without consulting homeowners. They are required by law to provide us with this information but they still refuse. If you ever are lucky enough to get a person on the phone they will hang up on you. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I am writing as a tenant, so I am not sure the experience as an owner. The owner of our rental condo stayed with PRPM for the entire time we were renting, so he must have been happy.
I have rented from PRPM for 5 years. Over the course of that time, they have been fine in answering service calls when needed. They do not bother you as a tenant, as long as you take care of business with rent and everything else you are supposed to do. As a tenant, my worst memories are of owners and managers who come by unannounced and let themselves in or just snoop around. Its so invasive! I remember one summer when they did go the extra mile for sure — our AC broke in the middle of hot as hell August, and even though every service company in SD had a wait list, we had someone out within 2 days. The rent stayed fairly stable over the course of time and we did not have any crazy or unexpected hikes that would force us to move out.
They have an online portal for payments, and for requesting service. They were very kind and accommodating on our move out date, as we had just purchased our first home and needed a flexible move out date. I just moved out and think I will be treated fairly for disposition of my deposit. Additionally, Becky is going above and beyond by picking up any stray mail that may have been delivered there still and allowing me to pick it up at the office. Overall, service has been great through this period of time.

I wish there were an option for giving ZERO star for this company.
I leased a property through this company for more than 3 years, and the property had mold problem in the bathroom repeatedly. Every time they would send a guy over to paint the wall, however, this was only a temporary solution. The biggest trouble came after we moved out. They kept all of our security deposit $ 1350 plus charges for cleaning the wall. What is even worse is they did not provide me with any invoice/​receipt to back up the charges. Some of the charges were just ridiculous:
$ 300 for cleaning the wall to prepare for paining (4 hours labor with the insane hourly rate $ 75/​hr) — (Given the fact that I lived in the property for more than 3 years, I should not be charged for wall cleaning any more!)
$ 75 for replacing the microwave handle (what’s the price for a BRAND-​NEW microwave nowadays?) — they never sent me receipt for this replacement.
$ 30 for towel bar plus $ 45 labor (I don’t think it could take even 2 minutes to replace a broken towel bar!)
I had to file a law suit against PRPM at the small claims court in San Diego. The judge was lopsided to my disadvantage, because I was not able to attend the hearing — I called in for the court hearing. Finally I was able to get some of my security deposit money back.
PRPM is a joke, and the service is subpar. What is even worse is their business registration has been forfeited on the California dept of Business website, I don’t even know how the company is still in operation!!!

Its like paying HAO for absolutely no service. Too bad the condo we own doesn’t have options on who we can use. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in any type of business in southern California. If you are planning on buying a home using this service THINK TWICE!

I would give a 0 if it was an option. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Horrible business etiquette, Manager Alma has not once ever returned my phone calls, messages, or emails regarding any matter I want to discuss or question I have. They have regulations, policies, and rules that are outrageous and extremely disregarding for any kind of providing service. Not sure what my HOA payment is going towards besides gardening service and trash removal because these people are detached from reality on how to treat their «customers». Not sure how they are still in business.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! We use them for our HOA. Worst customer service ever. The secretary Sabrina is absolutely useless. She gives incorrect information and makes excuses for their incompetence. The rest of the staff is just as bad. They lost my check and didn’t even apologize. Worst company ever! Do not do business with them!

Avoid any property managed by this company. They are rude and unprofessional. No customer service number is listed on the bill. I had to google this company just to find their number. When someone finally answered, they had the worst attitude and try to make you feel like you’re wasting their time. Avoid working with them at all costs if you value good customer service and common courtesy.

This place is GARBAGE!!!
Have had so many issues! Not to mention they leased us a place without a working heater (illegal!) and it took 7 days for them to even send someone out to look at it! House was not cleaned properly when we moved in, still had a broken window and toilets that didn’t work.
It is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. When you do, they are rude and very unprofessional. I even called the manager once and left a message, which he never bothered to return.
Not a good Management Company!
