Cloudbreak Films

We got married on ⁴⁄₁₈ (sorry for the late review!) and could not have been happier with Cloudbreak Films and Jerry! Our Photographer canceled just a month before our wedding and the company we were with would not let us out of our contract because they could find a «suitable replacement». We were worried we were going to hate our pictures so at the last minute we decided to get a videographer and we are so glad we did! Jerry was always responsive and the quality of the video is amazing. We absolutely love our video!!! Thanks Jerry.

We used Cloudbreak films for our May 2015 wedding at Scripps Seaside Forum. Jerry was fantastic to work with as our wedding videographer. He was nice and friendly but not in our faces at the wedding (in fact I barely noticed that we were being videotaped) and when the videos came out we were blown away by the quality and how amazing it was to be able to re-​live the day in real time. Also, when there were some pictures that the photographers weren’t able to get, Jerry was able to find the stills in the footage and we were very grateful for that. He is definitely worth it!

My daughter and her then fiancé did not initially want a videographer for their wedding. They were concerned over cost and intrusiveness, but I insisted. After watching the video with my daughter last weekend, I know she’s glad I did insist. Jerry from Cloudbreak Films was wonderful. He was very responsive to any and all inquiries, his prices were very reasonable and we were hardly aware of the presence of the videographers during the wedding and reception. We’ve watched the video several times and I know it will get seen many more. I am so very glad that we have this special reminder of such an important day. I almost forgot to mention that we received our video 3 weeks after the wedding, very fast. Thanks Jerry.

We are so happy that we worked with Jerry Patterson of Cloudbreak Films. We planned our wedding from out of state and didn’t even have a chance to meet Jerry before the wedding, but he was so friendly and and helpful that we were completely at ease. We just received our Blu-​Ray video (plus DVD’s and raw footage) and watched it right away. It was stunning. They did such an amazing job of capturing everything. We really didn’t have a chance to appreciate all the details on the day of the wedding because it goes by in such a blur, but with this video, we were able to feel like we were right there again.
The quality and clarity of the shooting was incredible. We showed our friends and family and they loved it too! I am so excited and happy that we have this beautiful reminder of our big day and we will be watching many, many more times! Thank you again, Jerry!

First off, let me start by saying, if I could rate Cloudbreak Films with more than a 5 star, I would! A week before my wedding I comepletely changed my mind from not having a videographer to having one. As you can imagine looking for a good vendor in such short notice was pure Chaos! I made cotacts to multiple vendors via email as well as phone calls, some of which didn’t even return my call or respond to my e-​mail. However, Jerry from Cloudbreak Films responded to me very quickly and from that point on, he and his team have been a blessing to our wedding! Not once did I have to worry about anything. Jerry was VERY responsive, flexible, understanding and professional as well as his team. My husband and I never felt uncomfotable with our decision. Not only did we get full support before the wedding but also after. We received our DVD’s quickly and I still can’t stop watching it. Everything was captured prefectly. Jerry is truly experienced in what he does. The quality was GREAT and we were also able to keep within our budget. WE ARE VERY PLEASED with choosing Jerry and his team!!! I recommend them 100%. You will not be dissapointed and there is only one way to find out.

Absolutely loved Cloudbreak!!! I wasn’t sure I even wanted a videographer for my wedding but after looking at some of Jerry’s highlights online I was hooked. He captured every moment of our wedding day and edited into a highlight that seriously makes me cry and laugh every time I watch it :) He is so easy to work with and always got back to me right away with any questions I had. Jerry from CloudBreak Films filmed our wedding day this past August 11. And I am soo happy because now we will forever remeber our wedding. My mother and I met him about 9 months before the wedding. He took a video of a wedding he filmed about a month before we met. I felt like I was at the wedding. I laughed and cried throughout the whole thing. He explained all of his packages and answered all the questions we had. We signed the contract with him that very day. We choose the package witht the bride and groom prep. We had a female photographer with the bride and the girls and a male photographer with the groom and the guys. They were both great and filmed all the fun that happens before the wedding along with capturing all the details. We had the photographers at the church filming the ceremony. After the ceremony. One of the photgraphers stayed with the bridal party for the photo session while the other went to the reception venue to film the cocktail hour and the details of the venue. All the videographers were great. we had a lot of fun hanging out with them before the wedding and during the photo session. Having a videographer was the best decision. I knew that my husband and I would be so overwhlemed with excitement that we would miss all the little details. Now thanks to Jerry and his staff, we will forver remember our wedding and be able to share it with our children and family that could not make the wedding. We are hapy that he will also be capturing my brother’s wedding in October. Cloudbreak Films is the company to use for video!
And as we just recieved our video a couple of days ago. The video of our wedding is AMAZING!!! As we watched the highlight video, we laughed and cried the entire time. Jerry does an amazing job at capturing all the details. The details that we did not catch on the wedding day because we were just so over-​whelemed with excitement. It was so great to see the expressions on the faces of our guests. Jerry captured the entire event so beautifully. The best decision we made was getting Jerry as our videographer. If you are looking for some one to capture your wedding and give you a memory that will last you a lifetime, Jerry from Cloudbreak films is the way to go. it is the best investment you will ever make. I will refer Jerry to my family and friends and family.

I can’t believe I never reviewed Jerry. After our original videographer bailed on us, I found Jerry after tons and tons of google hours. He was amazing from our first meeting on. My husband deployed a couple months after we were married, and even though we’ve been together for a long time, and this wasn’t our first separation, having the video of this day, captured so well, was invaluable to me while he was away. I watched the ten minute quick summary about a million times during the deployment. Seeing his face see me for the first time as I walked down the aisle was what I needed when I couldn’t talk to him for a week or two at a time. Jerry was better and less expensive than most other videographers I saw. If you’re wavering on a videographer, go with Jerry! He’s awesome. I got married in August 2011, and I still love the video and think it was worth the money.

Jerry was referred to us by our wedding coordinator who has worked with him many times. Hiring Cloudbreak films was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The professionally edited video captured everything perfectly and with many different angles; and I hardly noticed the cameras the day off! Our wedding video is priceless and will help us to always remember the amazing day, more so than photos can ever do. We also got copies for our parents as gifts. Plus the cameras captured moments and details we never saw during the day. Jerry is very professional and very kind. Hiring a videographer is highly recommended. Getting a videographer was one of the best choices we made for our wedding, especially to capture the wedding vows, wedding party speeches and first dances, memories which you cannot fully capture with pictures alone. We are so grateful we hired Jerry, he is reliable, very talented, and affordable. He’s really good about keeping his distance and we are amazed at how well he captured everything. We were so surprised when we received our fully edited DVD 3 weeks after our wedding day including copies that we sent to our parents. Everyone in our family was also so impressed with Jerry’s work. After having a videographer, we now tell everyone to get one for their wedding day, and I highly recommend Jerry at Cloudbreak Films!

Jerry was the videographer for our wedding in May 2010. We loved his professionalism and how great he was to work with! His love for his work was obvious, plus had a smile on his face the entire time! We asked for several very specific things in our wedding video, and very specific songs, etc, but we also asked him to be creative… and we couldn’t believe what he came up with! He took everything we said and made such a beautiful, creative, fun video! We are so very impressed… He sent us a «highlight» video within a few days, and then the completed video a couple weeks later… we received it right after we got home from the honeymoon. So fast! We used Cloudbreak Films for our wedding. We initially didn’t budget for a videographer but decided to hire one as we wanted to have a highlight video of the ceremony edited the same day and shown at the reception. (We had a smaller intimate ceremony and larger reception.) I’m so glad that we found Jerry from Cloudbreak Films. We absolutely loved the videos he created for us. He was able to provide a 10 minute fully edited video of the ceremony (and bridal prep) just a few hours after our ceremony that was played at our reception. We could not believe what he was able to do in such a short amount of time. Everyone loved the video. Jerry also provided us with a fully edited version of the ceremony (and bridal prep) along with the highlight video 2 – 3 weeks after the wedding. The videos are amazing and Jerry captured everything that we could have asked for and for a great price. Not only did we love his video work, but we appreciated his professionalism: he was very quick to respond to my questions, he arrived early to the ceremony, and he didn’t eat dinner (we provided to him at our reception) until he finished the same day edit. We valued his dedication and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a videographer.
