Brady came by my house this morning for an annual cleaning and as always I could not be happier with his services. He was on time (8 am start) and was quick to complete the job in a very professional manner. Brady pays attention to the details and really wants to make sure that you are happy with his work when finished. I would highly recommend Brady’s Carpet Care to anyone looking for their carpets to be cleaned right the first time. We also used him for a move out clean and he again did stellar work. You can’t go wrong with Brady’s.

Brady did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. Our carpets had not been cleaned in over 7 years and we have 2 dogs. He worked really hard to get out some very old and difficult stains. It looks better than we imagined it could. We will definitely be using this company for all of our carpet cleaning in the future. We would definitely recommend him. Also his pricing is very reasonable. He spent additional time on the difficult stains and did not charge an extra for it. We greatly appreciate the excellent work.

Bradys did a great job cleaning my carpets which hadn’t been cleaned in about 10 years. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is that they had to come back to take care of a couple areas I wasn’t happy with which they did and turned out fine. I will use them again and send them to anyone that needs a carpet cleaner.

Amazing job from Brady’s Carpet Care. We had not had our carpet’s cleaned in about 2 years, with exception to using our own steam vac here and there (although not professionally). Carpet looks just liked it did when we moved in — will definitely use Brady’s Carpet Care for future cleanings — I highly recommend them to anyone. How could you not use their service, with all 5 star reviews?

Brady’s Carpet Care is the best in San Diego! They do excellent carpet as well as upholstery cleaning. Today Brady and his son came to our home and they did not disappoint! They were on time, friendly, professional and hard working. We have older carpets, two cats, and two young children (with another on the way) and they made the carpets beautiful again! You can tell they take pride in their work and I especially appreciated their attention to detail. Also, if you call around you will find their prices are much lower than their competition. I wouldn’t use anyone else and I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We’ve used Brady’s carpet care a few times now and he never disappoints. Great results every time and he completed the job under an hour and a half. Highly reccomend his services and his prices and very reasonable.

Brady carpet care did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. There were no hidden charges unlike some of their competitors that entice customers with low priced coupons. Brady showed up early, finished in a timely manner and left our carpets without any stains. I would recommend Brady to anyone who wants their carpets professionally cleaned with no hassles over pricing. We will definitely use them whenever we need our carpets cleaned again.
Beware of carpet cleaning companies that advertise with coupons. They charge extra for everything. The price on the coupon is NOT what you will actually pay.

I woke up to a text from my neighbor that she couldn’t find her cat and could he have spent the night in my home? He did, and he decided to make my fiancé’s microfiber recliner his litter box all night.
I was frantic; this is my fiancé’s favorite piece of furniture and the only place he sits. I tried cleaning it but when that didn’t work, I started looking for professionals. I was referred to Brady by his competition, who was booked solid all day and knew the importance of getting to the chair ASAP.
Brady was lighthearted and friendly. He got to me quickly. One whiff, and he confirmed the recliner had been soaked with pee instead of just being sprayed – apparently there’s a difference that makes all the difference in whether you can salvage the furniture or not.
He also sniffed around (the guy has a great nose) and confirmed the cat didn’t go elsewhere.
He said he was certain he couldn’t save the chair. I hesitated. He offered to clean the chair but stressed again that he hated taking my money for no reason. Since he was there, I had him clean the sofas and rug while I pondered it. Eventually, I decided not to have him clean the chair because it would’ve been a waste of money.
I appreciated his honesty: He could’ve cleaned the chair and then said it didn’t help. I also appreciated how fast he came out, the great job he did with the couches and rug, and how sweet he was with my 3-​month old puppy.
I’d recommend him over and over.

Brady is great to work with, skilled and knowledgeable. He did our move out carpet cleaning. The landlord was more than happy with the result. Thanks Brady!

Have old carpets in a condo that I wasn’t expecting to come very clean but Brady did a great job. Looks great and at an awesome price. Will use him again!

Great job ! I called Brady a few weeks ago and he was very flexible with time and considerate of my budget. I had a great 1^st time impression over the phone. I was skeptical on booking a carpet cleaning service since the last time I pay for one a horrible job was done. Seeing the few pictures and reviews from other Unilocalers helped me to feel a little more comfortable. Brady was able to come earlier than our scheduled time, he called prior to make sure that was okay, and i definitely appreciated the courtesy. I left Brady and his worker to clean the carpet, rug, and sofa while i went to work. He did such a great job. He probably finish around 11am and by the night time (8pm) everything was dry (The last person left my carpet sooking wet) so i was very happy at the difference. I waited a few days to see if some of the traffic area stains would come back up and they didn’t. Brady is now my go to guy for carpet cleaning! I wish i would had taken a before and after picture. Definitely worth it!

I’ve had several companies clean the carpets in my home and none compare to Bradys. He makes our carpets look brand new. Also had him clean our couch and I couldn’t believe the difference. Don’t go anywhere else for your carpet needs!

Sunday morning I awoke to find my dog got sick all over my house (conveniently only getting sick on carpeted areas). Called another Unilocal 5 star carpet company. They were booked up for the next few days and recommended Brady’s Carpet Care. I called Brady’s and Tom (the owner) answered the phone. He said he’d be right over. Within 30 minutes he was at my house cleaning the carpets.
I also had some tall kitchen stools that needed the micro-​fiber cleaned. He did that too and they look brand new.
I had him over again today to do my couch.
He went the extra mile to help me out on a Sunday morning and did a great job. I’ll definitely be giving him my business going forward.

So I came home to find that my dog had an accident all over my livingroom floor. Tried cleaning it myself but was not coming out so I called a few places I found (on Unilocal of course) and Brady’s was the cheapest I found and they were able to come out that afternoon. He came in the time fame he said he would and I must say he did an excellent job. All of the pet stains came out and then some. I will definately call Brady next time I need my carpet cleaned and hopefully it’s not because my dog had an accident.

So I have total «Wedding Brain», at least that is what I am calling it. Everything is being dumped from my brain to make way for nothing but wedding details. That being said I totally forgot about getting my house ready for my guests! Turned to Unilocal to pick a carpet cleaning service. Found Brady’s Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning with 50+ 5 star reviews and figured I would call. Called Tom and said «HELP!». He came the next day!
He gave me a 1 hour window that he would arrive. I’m thinking, «Yeah, right… we’ll see if that really happens!». He arrived right in the middle of the window! Even with traffic from the rain he made it! Brownie points!
Told him that I just needed the stairs, front entry way, and area rug. They quickly got to work, it only took them an hour and 10 minutes to get it all done. And they even did a couple other spot treatments without charging me. More brownie points! They got all of the stains out and my carpets look amazing! They charged less than Stanley Steamer would have charged for the stairs and entry way alone.
Brady’s Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning will be my go-​to for carpet cleaning from now on!

Bradys Carpet Cleaning did a GREAT job. I had pet stains and grandchild stains that I thought would never come out of my carpet, but they did! They took the time and effort to do the job right. I would recommend them to everyone, they are so friendly and have awesome prices. Thank you so much for a wonderful job!!!

I am so sorry this review is long overdue! I was fostering an elderly dog until his new parents picked him up. Unfortunately my canine guest had gotten sick in the middle of the night and because he is blind and suffers from a neurological issue that makes him pace and walk in circles continually my poor carpet took a tragic blow. It was everywhere! I was so upset and overwhelmed. Luckily Brady, owner of Brady’s Carpet Care and Cleaning Service was able to come the same day and save me in my hysteria! Brady does a fabulous job and I’m confident that he is the only one that would have been able to save my carpet. I will use him again and again. He is my saving grace!

Where to start?!!
Well, I suppose I’ll start at the beginning. =)
I am the proud owner of two pampered little pooches. And by «little» I actually mean massive, slobbery, hairy, poopy beastlings. I came home yesterday to a very special gift from our German Shepherd on our brand new CREAM-​colored carpet (AHHHHH WHYYYY?!!). Apparently it had been left the night before in our guest room and I hadn’t seen it on my way out to work in the morning.
Being pregnant and hyper sensitive to smells I positively gagged and stared in shock and awe at the massive pile of dog sh*t that had been completely absorbed by the rug. How can one, sweet puppy commit such an atrocity? It was runny, and had gone deep… deep in the carpet.
*Sigh*. So I got to working. I TRIED to clean it up, but it was so absorbed into the carpet that when I tried to pick it up with paper towels, I just got runny crap. REALLY?!! I worked at it for about 30 minutes but it stayed the same color and looked like I hadn’t even made a dent. By this time my legs were aching from squatting over this nasty hot mess and eyes were burning from the stench of fecal matter mingled with the ominous odor of multiple cleaning products. Frustrated and on the verge of crying (remember, pregnant) I resigned myself to the fact that I was just not going to be able to clean it up.
So I frantically called my husband and he found Brady here on Unilocal.I sent Brady a truly ridiculous email about «finding a poo» (yes, seriously) and freaking out and somehow this incredible man called me within an hour of the email being sent. I knew from his first sentence «Is this the poo lady?» that he was just freaking awesome and he proved that immediately by dropping everything he was doing to come over RIGHT THEN!!!
By then I had resumed trying to clean up the dog’s detestable droppings but still hadn’t made much progress. Instead of a dark brown it had faded to a sort of Indian-​curry yellowish/​brown, with a hint of milk chocolate swirl. But luckily Brady was on his way — yes!
He arrived super fast and managed to get EVERYTHING out of the carpet in no time at all. I don’t even know how he did it. He is like a freaking carpet genie. A magical, whimsical wizard of carpeting. The enchanter of all things «rug». This was a huge pile of crap. And remember, CREAM carpet.
Brady cleaned it all, disinfected it, the whole nine, and now you can’t even tell there was once a huge puddle of runny German Shepherd dung everywhere. Brady is AMAZING, and we plan on using him for ALL of our carpet-​cleaning needs.

I’ve been using Brady Carpet Cleaning for the past 2 years now. He’s my go-​to guy! Once I call him, he’s able to make it out to my house within the next 2 days. Great for emergency situations!
Since I have two dogs, I always like to keep my stuff clean and dog-​smelling free. I have hard wood floors so when he comes over; he cleans my sectional couch, couch pillows, and all my area rugs. He gets it all done in 30 minutes! I love that. It makes it convenient and hassle free– you don’t have to work your whole day around it.
