I just used this company yesterday on my move out clean. I am so pleased and grateful to have such a clean carpet!!! I can now leave this house with the landlord in great condition. I will definitely use this company in my new house to keep up with the white carpet i now have. Jim was a professional and worked efficiently. He had some high powered tools. Thanks again for a job well done!

FANTASTIC service. I called in hopes for a same day or next day cleaning which I didnt expect it to be possible. But He made it happen! He came within hours and saved the day for us! I had a great experience with Cisco, and specifically, James. I wanted to wait to give my review, because sometimes carpets look great right after the initial clean, but stains come back in the next few days. I got my carpets cleaned in the beginning of May and they still look great. And my couch looks amazing. I bought a beige microfiber couch almost 5 years ago and have gotten it cleaned once before Cisco (2.5 years ago). He made it look SO much better, not completely new, but considering I have a 4.5 and 2.5 year old, that is a major accomplishment! And, it still looks good a month later. James was quick to respond to emails, a great price and arrived 10 minutes early the day of the cleaning. I definitely would recommend!

Professional! Nice! Great company by far! I wouldn’t use anyone else besides Cisco Steam clean for my carpets. Trust me, I have 2 little girls and having a clean home is very important to me. Most other companies the dirt and stains come back after a week or 2 but Cisco Steam clean they are gone for good! Anything less than 5 fives would be a total lie. I would give 10 stars if I could. My office on the fourth floor… no problem! I’ve had Cisco clean my carpet four times within the past few years, and have been completely happy with the results each time. Jim is punctual, dependable and hard working. Great company, great service.

I had this company go back to a carpet clean that they did a poor job on the first time and then they billed us again on the second time out at the property. Would never use this company due to not willing to go back to clean the carpet properly. The cost was exactly the same on the second invoice and there was no addiitonal services requested at all but rather did a poor job the first time and forced to pay a second time.

Cisco Steam Clean has been in business for a few years now & all of my friends & family use this company & are extremely satisfied after every visit. Having kids around I like to get my carpets cleaned 3 times a year & they make them look brand new. Until the kids next spill of course. Very professional, curtious & great company to get your carpets cleaned.

These guys are professional and does what they say they’ll do plus more! Had them clean our carpets before moving out and was pleasantly surprised what a great job they did. We have dogs and kids and I didn’t think anyone could get the stains and grime out of the carpets but they did! Jimmy (the owner) was awesome and you could tell he really cared about customer service and not ripping you off with add-​ons. Very honest and did everything he said he would do. Cisco Steam Cleaning is the best! We’ve recommended Cisco to other family and friends and they tell us that Cisco did a great job for them too.

Jim cleaned my carpet and sectional today and did an excellent job. He had extra time and cleaned the grout on the kitchen tiles for the same price. Everything looks super clean. His prices are very reasonable. Check him out!

This review is a bit late– Cisco Steam Clean did this job in June.
Jim showed up exactly on time, as scheduled. He was friendly in a professional way and most of all, made me feel at ease instead of embarrassed about all of the varied stains on my carpet. I was surprised by how quickly he did the job and that even after he finished cleaning the carpet, he took the time to go over some very tough stains again and again –vomit someone had covered up and hidden that had solidified and turned black, red KoolAid!, and puppy stains that no amount of hand scrubbing could remove.
I was very satisfied with the results and service.
I’m hiring Cisco to clean my carpet again this month when I move out. I referred the company to my cousin who has hired them to clean his three bedroom today.
I will post before and after pics so that you can see the kinds of stains they’re able to remove and the quality of their work.
(By the way, Cisco had way more reviews on here which is why I chose them in the first place, but apparently Unilocal removes reviews whenever they please if your company doesn’t sign up for Unilocal’s services. What’s up with that? I thought Unilocal was a free service that allows the community to post reviews on services, restaurants, boutiques, etc. Several reviews are missing on other businesses as well. Tsk tsk Unilocal.)

James came to my rescue after my 11 month old peed on the carpet over the weekend. He was affordable, friendly and FAST! I reccommend him to anyone that wants their carpets cleaned professionally by a reliable company.
