History

Established in 2009.

In 2009 the «big» architecture firm I was working for was down to 20 people. They weren’t paying us on time, they weren’t paying attention to their customers or their employees. It was time to move on. I started this service with customer service in mind. This is your house, this is your wallet, it is a very serious investment, and I am here to help in any way I can. Typically the designer /​drafter is one of the first people you hire to get started. You are going to want someone on your side who is honest, freindly, and informative.

Drafting houses in cad is not the hardest part, I’ve been doing it for 15 years. Dealing with the city and playing their games can be challenging, but the real service is all of the help you’ll need from start to finish. Your project needs to be guided through the phases from concept to permit. Drafting the plans is just one phase. Whether I am explaining your options so you choose what’s best for you, or I am taking certain steps to get you through the process efficiently (save time and money), customer service is the most important part of this service, and that is my best quality in this business.
