Jennifer B. Anderson was named to Realtor Magazine’s 2014 National «30 under 30» and in the previous two years she participated in over 50 residential real estate transactions. She has continued in her family’s 30-​year tradition of real estate service, committed to offering the same unparalleled customer service and professionalism to the Del Mar, CA and surrounding San Diego residential market.

Jennifer and Nancy MADE my home buying experience! From our initial consultation to the day I got my keys — I knew I was in good hands and that no detail would be overlooked. My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jennifer and her team. This was our first home purchase and Jennifer made the experience of dealing with hundreds of documents that needed signatures and other mandatory California disclosure documents that I seriously doubt had anything to with home purchase, seem like a walk in the park.
Jennifer was the bright light of our home purchase experience, and showed up in person at every single step of the purchase experience, including a middle of the day spontaneous trip to the HOA management company, to extract the requested HOA documentation, from an unresponsive manager.
I highly recommend Jennifer, and will be looking forward to working with her again, once we need to move on from our starter home.

I was introduced to Jennifer and her team by a friend who had also won the Realtor Magazine «30 Under 30» award. As an out of area, first time home seller I wanted to make sure the team I chose would be able to handle all the details on my behalf and keep me informed. Among the many steps in preparing for market, over phone call she took me through an offer workshop to help me understand the paperwork and how we would be negotiating. Her team helped move my tenants out and coordinated everything required to bring my home to market– which made selling my home easy on me! In addition to our going communication, we touched base weekly to cover marketing results, showing feedback and market activity in greater detail.
The building my condo was located in was under going litigation and Jennifer took the extra time to ensure the buyer we selected would be able purchase and close on time. There were points in the negotiations where the buyer and their agent took a firm stance but Jennifer was able to keep everything together and bring us to a successful close! Jennifer and her team are proactive, knowledgable, creative problem solvers — it was a pleasure to work with them!
