Did business with them in the past 7 days. Came late, took advantage of us, did far less than they said they would. Very disappointing and quite sad that they can operate a business like this. We found them on craigslist, while they sounded good on the phone, the results they provided were unacceptable. Stay away like the plague, you’ve been warned. Note this is my first and only Unilocal review, I felt a duty to warn y’all to stay away from these guys.

terrible experience. could never get a hold of mike or murphy on any of the numbers provided. neither would return calls or emails so I didn’t know if the move was confirmed until about 12 or so hours before the move.
i had paid for three hours for a load/​unload and the movers were shocked after loading my truck that they would need to come to my new apt for the unload. After a bit of arguing they agreed to come to do the unload. the movers somehow managed to take about an hour to drive from pacific beach to north park– somehow they managed to go through point loma which couldn’t be more out of the way.
After their scenic drive which left me with one hour for the unload they arrive and begin to unload the truck. Dropped/​broke a couple items and major chips on my dressers. After finishing they tried to argue that I had only paid for 2 hours when in fact I had paid for 3 and the payment coupon from U Haul confirmed this. They refused to leave unless I would pay them for an additional hour despite them only working from 1230-​330. I tried to get a hold of their manager who conveniently was busy with another job (according to the movers with another company) and they had no way of contacting him besides the main office line which no one ever answers or returns calls if you leave a message.
Overall terrible experience, incredibly unprofessional staff and management, but on the plus side I’m glad that the whole move is over and I won’t have to deal with them again.

Okay… absolutely terrible. This must be one of those companies i hear about on Unilocal that have their friends or acquaintances bump the company ratings by writing 5 star reviews.
I contacted the company via the toll-​free number, left a message and waited a return call. A couple of hours later i received a text… «May I Help You». Huh? I thought who is this? Considering i do business with lots of people, I had no idea who this could possibly be. So i text a big fat «?» and waited for their head to clear. Warning #1
Then I received another text…(seriously you didn’t get the first hint) …” You phoned regarding some movers”… Oh… yes, there you go, now the synapses are firing. (Google it if you don’t know) Warning #2
A text indicating that «I will return your call shortly» or something along those lines, i can completely understand. But to text «May i help you», very unprofessional. Particularly since i may possibly have a few questions that would be extensive to compose in a text.
Now that he’s intent on having a lengthy conversation via text while I’m working and busy, I quickly text…“This is a legitimate company and your texting a response. That’s Ok, never mind.” Warning #3
Finally he gets the hint and phones. I figured okay give him the benefit of the doubt and throw him the bizz anyway. (Of course against my better judgement) So i give him the details, verify he’s good with it, and then go to the website to set up the move.
The following day I check for my «email confirmation». None found. Day two I check again none found. Thinking, Ok, he’s stiffing me since i was giving him a hard time. No problem. I send him a «text» since he likes to use technology, a reminder that i hadn’t received an email confirmation. Hours go by and after another text and phone call, still no response.
Needless to say i moved on. However, this was definitely one of the most unprofessional companies i’ve ever dealt with.
The really funny part is that when i spoke to
(me being a good customer of theirs) All N1 happen to be on their list. Perhaps if i went through them, he’d provide better service.

Thanks Murphi, Cody, and Ronnie! I couldn’t have done the move without you guys, saved me a lot of headache and backache.

I will begin by saying that while Murphy was very nice and pleasant on the phone… the actual moving experience was horrible! I have never used a moving company before so I read the reviews and this one seemed fine… on the actual moving day my 8am appointment became an 1130 appointment since they claimed to have had a computer glitch and I was never put on there schedule. .of course I was panicked because this was the absolute only day I could move. so Murphy assured me that he could send his movers still and get me moved. I was told that they have professional movers that will carefully wrap your furniture if needed and use professional dolley’s…etc. my professional movers turned out to be 2 guys they had picked up from the parking lot of Home Depot and I doubt very seriously that they were legal! I soon called Murphy and asked him if these guys were professional and he assured me that they were and that they use them all the time! By the end of the move I had at least 5 pieces of damaged furniture. 2 broken lamps. .and a broken sprinkler head! I am so disappointed with the service. I was offered a small discount to compensate and told that someone would contact me regarding the damage claim. I had to keep calling and finally was sent a form to fill out. the form was some random, generic form found off the Internet! Then I was told that I had to hire someone to come out and give an estimate of the damages and send pictures and receipts of all items… like anyone keeps receipts of the furniture through the years! Very unhappy customer. .would never recommend these movers.

Cody and Murphy are good human beings, but NOT buttoned up as a moving business. They agreed to do a double move — one house to two apartments — 2 days before the move. However, did not communicate between the two of them so almost blew off the move on moving day. They wouldn’t answer my calls or texts, but when my boyfriend called, they answered — and he talked to them to follow through with the move.
I was under a time crunch to get moved and the stress this caused was over the top. The moves cost me over $ 1,500 with tips — and they were not what I’m accustomed to working with other professional movers. No wardrobe boxes — so I had to go buy those on my own at Home Depot — an extra $ 60 in cost. The hustle I have seen from companies like GreenMovers was not there. Too much talking on phones to arrange the next job, and general lack of expertise in the area of professional moving.
Again, they are nice human beings — but not what I was expecting at all from a communication follow-​through or professional move experience.

I hired All-​N-​One Moving to move my business office to my home last week. Scheduling was easy. Cody and Terry showed up right on time and were very gracious and easy to work with. I even forgot a piece of furniture and they went back to help me load it into my SUV. They also managed to stick to the 2-​hour time frame that I had on my Groupon. Fantastic value and excellent service. I would highly recommend this company for your next move.

After seeing so many people including a friend with horrible experiences with these guys, I thought I would write a review on my service that I had from last year. These guys are HORRIBLE. They showed up late, had some random guys with them to help move, DAMAGED MOST OF MY FURNITURE, including my newborn son’s furniture, and our brand new bedroom set. When moving our furniture in the house, they made a sizable hole in one of the hallways in my new home, and then took a measly $ 20 off the bill. When I called and emailed several times to both Murphi and Cody to make a clain and let them know so much furniture was damaged, neither of them responded to any emails or voicemails. I should have sued them considering my husband is a lawyer, though it would have been more trouble to go to small claims court if we had. All I can say is NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ALL N 1 MOVERS. They are sketchy, uncaring and unprofessional.

As my story goes I was moving and in need of movers. My roommate and I found a great deal on Groupon for half off of movers from All N 1 Moving for a 4 hour. Thought what a deal! Called on ³⁄₁₉ to schedule a move for anytime before the end of march. The first available appt was tuesday ³⁄₂₇. I was told that I would need to fill out a moving date reservation for with a cc for deposit purposes. I was emailed a copy of the sheet and emailed to the company 3 times before they received a copy. (This should have tipped me off for the terrible moving experience that I was in for.) I marked NOON as the start time for my move. I was emailed back and told that I was all set up. I scheduled this time because I had to be at work at 5pm. 4 hours should be plenty of time to move 2 bedrooms and a dining room and a kitchen.
flash forward 8 days… moving day…
My roommate and I have packed all of our things and are ready for the movers. The bell strikes noon and I begin my wait… my roommate asks where are the movers… I said I’m sure they are just around the corner we’ll give them a few minutes. At 1215pm I call AllN1 looking to get a status update on the movers… I get in touch with someone who gives me another phone number for the guy in charge. (I think his name was Cody). I call and no answer and left a VM.
1230p: I try calling Cody again and he answers and says that he will check and see where the movers are but that the movers were in north county and the moving times for the afternoon begin at 1pm. I mentioned that I had scheduled my move for 1200pm over a week before and he says he will.
Around 1pm he calls me back to say that the movers are finishing up where they were and that they would be to my place as soon as possible. I mentioned that I had to be at work at 5 and he said they would move things as fast as possible but they should be there within an hour.
Around 2 I called to find out how far away the movers were… he put me on hold and said that the movers were on there way but still would be at least 45 minutes out. He PROMISED to send TWO extra movers to compensate for the late arrival and I said ok… but get them here because I had to be at work.
3pm I call again because the movers still have not arrived. Cody puts me on hold and called the driver, gets back on the phone with me and says I will be receiving a call from the driver shortly. At 310p the driver calls and says that her is about 15 minutes away.
At 330pm the movers finally arrive and I see the driver who was wearing a shirt from the company and and two more guys (who looked like they got pulled away from playing their XBOX). I asked where the 4^th mover was and they all looked at me with a befuddled look.
By this point I didn’t call Cody back because I needed to get my things moved. It took over an hour to get the truck packed up. It seemed like the 2 other guys had no idea of how to move things. My roommate and I had to help move things to get the truck loaded up. I finally had to call out of work (losing a days pay) because I still had movers at my house.
It took the movers about 45 minutes to drive from PB to the new place (which is only 5 miles away)
The movers took almost 2 hours to unload and bring things from the truck into the new apartment even with some assistance from myself and my roommate.
My roommate and I noticed several items damaged. Our computer desk (valued at almost $ 100) has multiple scratches on the table top. My roommates dresser nearly fell apart due to the lack of care being taken when rolling it down the hallway by one guy when it should have carried by two guys rather than being rolled. The boxsprings and mattresses are scuffed and have a few tears from being dragged down the hallway rather than carried.
At 730pm the 3 movers (not 4 as promised) were finally finished moving our things.
That is 7 ½ hours after my scheduled move was supposed to begin. These movers were 3 ½ hours late. They were slow and took forever to move.
I called about 2 weeks later to ask to talk to a supervisor. (early to mid april). I was told by the girl that his name is Murphy and that he was out for the rest of the day (I called around 3−4pm) but that if I left a phone number and name she would be sure to have him call me back. I mentioned that I was calling in reponse to my move from the previous week.
As we sit here… it is now the middle of May and I have yet to receive a phone call, an apology or any response from anyone in this company including Mr Murphy, Cody, or anyone else for that matter.
I have never used a business or a service that turned out to be as terrible as my experience was with this moving company. I will tell not only them, but ANYONE that I talk to in San Diego that ALL N 1 Moving has terrible service and do NOT use them. They are a company that does not care about providing for the customer.
I am seriously considering calling the BBB on this company. I’m still frustrated nearly 2 months later.

So I was a little skeptical with all the filtered 5-​star reviews. I was thinking, «Okay, how many friends did they get to rate them high?» But I decided to call them anyway and ask for a quote. I talked to Murphi and he said he could give me a more accurate quote if they came by and saw what I had. Sounded good to me, so he and another employee came to take a look the following day. I didn’t have much and he told me about the special flat-​rate they had going on that month that included 2-​hours, gas, and mileage. And how nice was it that he said that he would include two wardrobe boxes for… FREE?!
Anyhow, on moving day they were running a little late but the guy (I think his name is Cody) that came with him to give me a quote called and said they’d be there in the next 10 minutes. To make a long story short, they knocked it out in under an hour and they were really nice guys. They hauled my stuff up to North County from Mission Valley and unloaded probably in about half an hour (I only had bedroom furniture, quite a few boxes, and a few other living room items).
Also, lucky for me, a friend of mine was moving a couple weeks after me and asked who I recommend. I recommended All N 1 Movers and since he went with them I just got a check back for $ 20. Pretty nice! My only complaint and maybe I missed it on the paperwork (I’m pretty sure I didn’t), is that there’s a $ 2 processing fee for using a credit card. Not exactly thrilled about it and I would have knocked them down a star since I wasn’t informed about it beforehand and the receipt I signed didn’t have the extra $ 2 included in the total, but I got $ 20 back for referring them, free boxes, and they were nice guys that worked hard – so that kind of makes up for it and I can’t really complain. I’ll be using them again on my next move shortly.

I chose All N 1 because Cody was so personable and approachable. I was very satisfied with the service and consistent pace, which included an extra drop-​off location.

My dealings with the president of this business has been most pleasant & professional! I recommend them to anyone who needs a mover/​cleaner!

I used All N 1 Moving to move from San Diego to Los Angeles this past Saturday (Feb 26^th). First of all, Cody was very kind on the phone before the move, answered all my questions, and gave great customer service.
They arrived promptly and kept in touch with me while driving over to my place. They took GREAT care of all of my stuff, wrapped everything that needed wrapping, treated it as if it were their own furniture! They were super kind and super nice.
I would recommend this company to EVERYONE in LA and SD, they are amazing, especially for the price!!!

I hired two men to come move stuff out of my pack rat container to my condo. They were so great and easy to work with! They did anything you asked with a smile! My next move will definitely include them! They had great prices and they dont try to rip you off in any sense of the word. They were very gentle with my things. If there were more than 5 stars they deserve it.

So, I have to say I was hesitant to use this company because I didn’t see any reviews on here. I called one other that had mixed reviews and wasn’t pleased with the attitude I got over the phone so since they were so friendly here I just went with it. I had a small amount of items to move but the 2^nd location was difficult because there were endless stairs… I have to say the 2 guys that came out were so incredibly friendly and sweet… even to my 3yr old who was bombarding them with questions while they were trying to work. From beginnng to end the experience was positive. I felt like my money was well spent and I’m cheap! I would most definitely use them again and recommend them to others. They also have other services-​so I guess its like a one stop shop for getting the moving process done quickly.
