From the depth of hell to rock star stardom came Rock Rebel™. John Olander has been in the streetwear industry over 15 years. He created trends through belt buckles and invented the spinner belt buckle. His innovative products are featured all over the world, from magazines, to big budget Hollywood movies, to rock star videos. He is featured in big chains, such as Hot Topic, Journey’s, Pac Sun, Zumiez & No Fear … This has been his style forever and he probably will be buried in it.

History

Established in 2003.

Since 2003 Rock Rebel has been designing accessories and clothing for audiences from Rock n Roll, Punk Rock, Rockabilly, Psychobilly, Tattoo culture and Pin-​ups all the way to comic book collectors, monster fanatics and Horror film lovers. Beginning with belt buckles, John Olander, «The Buckle King» and the originator of the Spinner Buckle, has branched out using his creative ideas to design jewelry, belt buckles, handbags and children’s clothing. Through his licenses with Universal films, Chaney entertainment Bela Lugosi and Luca film, Robe Rebel has been able to incorporate apparel and accessories representing Frankenstein, The Bride, Wolfman, The Creature of the Black Lagoon, Phantom of the Opera, The Mummy, Dracula and many characters in the Star Wars series. Rock Rebel is authentic, original and unique in our diversity to make apparel and accessories for the individual and collector in all of us.
