Great prices, tasty brews, chill atmosphere, friendly people, and they have TRIVIA!!! «Geeks Who Drink» on Wednesday nights at 6 pm and Saturday nights at 8 pm, and you can win free beer! So fun!

Although in a strange location this is a really cool brewery. The staff are very friendly and helpful. especially the tall bald guy(wish I got his name!) The brews are awesome. Got the sampler for $ 10 which comes with 6 tastings! Love the del mar, oc IPA and the hula bay the most although the snivel was really good too. They definitely need to invest in some kind of food though like a sandwich maker or something cuz when you’re drinking and not eating it can turn into a big problem!

Great local beer! The tasting room serves drafts and flights if you want to taste everything. Tucked away from the main drag but definitely with a visit.

Left coast is our favorite spot to hang out, relax and decompress after a long work week! The staff is always wonderful, they really make us feel at home here! We are always greeted by name, with a smile when we walk in the door! Other than the service, the beers are delicious and we love trying the different brews as they are released. Definitely recommend this tasting room to anyone who wants a chill spot to hang out and have a beer! It’s also always a great perk when there is a delicious food truck parked outside!

It was my first time yesterday, and I wish I had ventured there before. Theron and Kim were behind the bar and their service, warmth, and beer knowledge was spot on! They are both amazing. I will certainly be returning, and quite often!

We went here on a Saturday afternoon for a special event– Adopt a Dog, here are the pros: 1. it was close to our home 2. had the cutest dogs walking/running around in the parking lot 3. we like to partake in local breweries 4. won a couple of free beers by playing«can you tell which one of these black dogs are Labs»? 5. did I mention cute dogs??? Cons: 1. the music was too loud 2. bare bone environment 3. food is offered via food truck outside Would come here again if they have another special event.

They have about a dozen kinds of beer. Just for IPA, I found 4 kinds and I really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that the beer was good but it didn’t stand out to me(I visit breweries quite often).

Super good food and good vibes! The beers are delicious, the service is great, and the atmosphere is perfect for drinking lots of good beer. I would recommend this place for anyone trying to chill with some tasty brew.

Great beer, casual environment, food truck outside. They let you pick the beers in your flight, and Theron is extremely knowledgable and easy to talk to. Several great IPAs

This was our second time here while visiting family. We liked it so much the first time we decided to come back and see what they had to offer. For $ 10 you get 6, 5 ounce pours. You do the math… not too bad. If you decided to get a glass of your favorite, the prices are super reasonable. It sits in an industrial area with loads of parking. There are high tops and regular seating with a fairly good size bar to sit at. Waitress are friendly and the owner is usually there. He will come around and ask where you are from and if you have any questions about his brews. There is a flavor for every discerning beer connoisseur. Ask a bowl of pretzels. Cheers!

Cute little place. Its in a secluded area but theres plenty of parking. i tried the flight which you pick 6 different beers. I heard the almond beer was good but they didnt have it the day i went. My faves were the pumpkin dead and del mar. They give you pretzels and I heard some days they have a food truck as well on site. it was a really small place and I would for sure comeback to grab a drink and chat with friends. Attire is casual and the staff is nice.

Our party of 7 arrived for tastings on a Saturday afternoon. The computer system was down and the cashier was unable to serve anyone drinks unless they were cash only. We waited for approx. 45 minutes for the computer system to come back online, but still no dice. During our 45 minute wait, we trying flagging down the cashier to let him know we would pay cash, thus allowing us to purchase tasters. The cashier looked like a deer in the headlights and didn’t even acknowledge us. Let me make this clear again, we are trying to give the casier money to buy beers but he was just washing dishes and cleaning the bar. Fortunately a manager came and assisted us after our 45 minute wait, but this single cashier is totally incompetent. Solid beers but horrible service.

I’m a bit torn about this place. While the beers here are pretty dang good such as the Almond blond, voodoo stout, and Raspberry wheat, the situation we ran into while checking this place out was a buzz kill. It just so happens that while we were visiting, the computer systems decided to crash. Not too hard to workaround this common problem right? Nope. The young male bartender here had absolutely no idea what to do. You would think one would start a «cash» only purchase or start a written tab so that when the computers finally come back online, you’d be able to pay by card(the lost art of a pen and paper). Reasoning was out of the question and he simply ignored us for the next 45 minutes while we stood in line, all the while serving patrons sitting at the bar. Can you imagine how irate we got after noticing the«selected» service? The manager was able to sort things out after he arrived, but the experience was already soured like a sweaty armpit. Great beers, horrible experience. The beer alone is worthy of 4 stars… too bad.

Left Coast is a cool little operation. Their bartender was very on top of things and friendly. He was attentive and really made a lot of effort to clear tables and used glasses. I was less impressed with the beer especially the juicy raspberry wheat beer. The prices are low so picking a mediocre beer is not a big deal. Points to LCBC for ample parking, seating, and having a TV.

Owner John and brewer Dave and bartender Dave were super cool. Made us feel right at home and educated the crap out of us relating to local brews. You can bring a pizza or something to munch on, they have no issue with that. Other than beer nuts and pretzels there is no food available

I’m reviewing Left Coast with enthusiasm at the risk of letting people in on my new«secret cool place».(The place is not new; it’s new to me.) Left Coast Brewing Company’s Tap Room is kinda out of the way, hidden in a business center. Places located like this tend to not get too crowded, and those places are increasingly harder to find. Workers and patrons there all seemed really friendly and low-key. By the way, it is a brewery tasting room and NOT a bar. Big difference. Example of big difference: while we were there, an interesting mash-up of yoga and beer ensued on the other side of the Tap Room partition with one of their Bend and Brew series classes. Namaste, indeed! They have tasting flights, which the patron selects. All varieties available for that day — flight or otherwise — are posted on a board at the bar. Between us, we tried eight different beers. The favorites breakdown: Two members of our party thought Asylum was best, one thought Hop Juice was best. I loved the Bowers Project, which is an Anaheim Chile flavored IPA. The chile’s all subtle flavor and bouquet, no heat. Even Mr. Dawn D, for whom even ketchup can be too spicy, found room to admire the brew. We will SO be back, and soon.
