Clean, bright and safe, Speed-​Dee Wash is the nicest laundromat in southern Marin County. Our machines are in great shape, and (important.) they are always working. We have large-​load washers as well as standard machines and traditional top-loaders.Our 18 Express Stack Dryers means no waiting. We have several places to sit and relax, and a store-​length mural of local flavor makes Speed-​Dee easy on the eyes. The laundromat is cleaned twice daily. We have created a bright environment we hope will make your experience doing laundry more pleasant. We have four tables with electric outlets that receive lots of sunlight for eating or working, seating benches out front, long folding tables, and a store-​length mural of local flavor. The store was repainted and had a new floor installed as recently as 2015. Our cleaning crew has serviced the store for over 20 years and knows it well. We have many 50 and 60 pound high-​capacity washers, and all our machines are high-​efficiency and among the newest in Marin County.

We know we can’t make doing laundry fun, but we can make it easier and help people do laundry in a better environment. We entered the business with a commitment to make the environments in our stores better than other Laundromats.

This has included adding a credit card and mobile payment option, comfortable seating areas, new machines, and general improvements (like painting and restoring or replacing floors).

Our high standard of never having more than 4 out of 40 machines down has met a reality: replacement parts take time to arrive, there are only 10 good Laundromat mechanics in the entire Bay Area, and some customers put out of service tags on working machines. We have trained someone to handle basic repairs who goes through the stores on most Saturdays.

We use cleaners who have worked in Laundromats for over 20 years.

Otherwise, we are a normal family raising three young kids, we do laundry too, and we want to do the best we can for our customers. Thank you.
