Massage Envy

I had a massage back in Nov and it was ok. Today I showed up and front desk told me that my appointment was canceled. They said they called me at the number that I canceled five years ago. What the foxtrot, no massage today :(.

I got a massage today and was very disappointed! The lady did not keep in contact and she was all over the place. The sugar foot massage was awful. She was scrubbing the top of my feet more than the bottom which did not feel so very good. I will not be back to this location.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for a few years. I often visit different locations in various cities. However this one has to be my favorite. I absolutely love Joe & Cookie. They are great masseuses!

I like Massage Envy and their monthly plan. I get a one hour massage for $ 50/​month. If I don’t use my massage that month then it rolls over to use later. You can tack on an extra half hour or hour massage and use up your prepaid massages. I think this is awesome!
I have used a few of the therapists here and it can be hit or miss. My favorite therapist is Janice. She doesn’t talk too much and always does her job well and I feel great when I leave. I have used others and sometimes they talk too much, but the massage is good. I have also had a massage where I left wondering why the hell did I tip this person. I’m not sure if the person was new or nervous or whatever, but it is disappointing when that happens. Not that this has happened often, only once. I’ll keep coming back for the friendly service and good massages.
