Massage Bliss

I would recommend Massage Bliss for a great massage! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the hot stone massage! I’ve had nothing but great and professional service. They’ve recently hired Sean and while I have yet to get a massage from him to reviews him I am looking forward to my appointment! I highly recommend giving this place a try! Trust me u wont regret it!

I really feel bad when I have to write bad reviews, but was definitely not an experience I enjoyed. I purchased a couples massage groupon for hubs and I go to have a relaxing afternoon. I called and scheduled the appointment. The day before, they canceled and had me reschedule. Keep in mind I had to book it about 6 weeks out. They rescheduled me again for a week later. Then same situation happened, canceled and rescheduled again. By this point, I’m completely frustrated and didn’t even want to go to the 3^rd scheduled appointment. I realized that they were putting in new scheduling software and were running a daily deal, but not off the best customer experience.
We arrive to the location to in a office park. I walk in into a large office space and there are some partitions lined up. I almost considered walking out at that point. We go and get ready for the massage. My massage was not the best. About half of the time they used some plastic tool on my back. I could have done that at home!
Because of all the of the issues with scheduling they originally offered another couples massage no charge. Then when after our session, they changed the offer to just 1 person paying for the massage, but getting 2.
We never called back to rebook the session.
It looks like they have changed locations since our appointment, but overall not the best customer experience. Rescheduling 2 times and then changing the deal on the back end is not good business in my book.
