Hired Bobby of Mean Steam Carpet clean to service the sofa, love seat and ottoman that I have. I was very detailed in the description when i first called him and he told me that it was $ 75 for the whole job. He only cleaned the top surface of the sofa. He didn’t even clean the bottom side of the cushions and didn’t vacuum the pet hair on the sofa to begin with. When I asked him to return and complete the job he was charging me another $ 40 when he didn’t say anything in the first place before he actually started the job and was over an hour late for his initial appointment. Who would clean just the top surface of a couch and not clean the other side of the cushions? He also told me that the other side of the cushions are not normally cleaned because it was not seen?!? That defeats the purpose of getting it cleaned. Then, I made a second appointment and he never showed up! After calling him numerous times, he finally responds with a text message. I agreed to pay the additional $ 40 but he insisted that i pay him first before he does the job! He also told me in the beginning that he has been doing the upholstery cleaning for more than 15 years and later on when i complained, he admitted that he doesn’t do upholstery cleaning as much and it would be his last job doing furniture… This person is very unprofessional and incompetent! A complete waste of my time. Very disattisfied with the cleaning service and the customer service I got from him. I have never met a complete liar, incompetent, and a loser!!! I would stay away from this business… what a rip off!!! Not even worthy of a one star!!! There should be a rating of negative 5 stars and this incompetent fool would get it!!!
