She was able to use her knowledge and familiarity with this market to quickly identify properties that matched the criteria my wife and I had for our first home. She gave honest assessments of each property we viewed which was helpful to first-​time buyers like ourselves. She was on-​time and organized for every meeting throughout the process from our first meeting to our last walk-​through. She returned emails, texts, and phone calls promptly and was a strong advocate for us during the sale negotiations. She provided us with trusted contacts for inspectors and electricians which was very helpful during the process.

Laura is fantastic! I had set out on my journey of purchasing my first home in February of 2013. We used a friend as an agent and she was terrible and finally had to pull the plug on that.
