I had several wool rugs throughout my house that needed cleaning. Stain Busters came and picked up the rugs (they had already been rolled up, except one), and even lifted a heavy bed frame and mattress to get up one of the rugs. Stain Busters would have rolled up the rugs themselves, but I had already done that not knowing this! They took the rugs away, and within less than 2 weeks the rugs were back at my house. Stain Busters delivered the rugs, set them up where they belonged, including moving furniture and putting rug pads back down. I elected to get the optional stain resistant treatment on 3 of the rugs that get the most foot traffic, and so far so good. The rugs look beautiful, good as new. Actually, better than new because now with the stain resistant treatment they will stay cleaner longer. Stain Busters is professional, I had no qualms about having them come into my home. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them highly.

I contacted Stain Busters because of yellowish-​orange stain on a wall to wall carpet that is under a Persian rug. What I appreciated was the time Dave spent talking with me about the stain. He was concerned that a pad under the Persian rug may be the culprit. He was quite concerned that the pad had indelibly stained the carpet and that Stain Busters would not be able to get it out. He gave me a process to try with white vinegar and said if it worked Stain Busters could get the stain out. If not, I would waste money on anyone trying to get it out. The vinegar didn’t work so I knew I had a real problem. While Stain Busters didn’t remove a stain or solve my problem I was very appreciative of the time spent with, e on the phone to diagnose the problem and suggest a test to see if the stain could be removed. I like the customer service approach.

After a ‘visiting’ dog did a liquid mess on my expensive area rug, a rug cleaning company I used recommended Stain Busters. (The first company did not handle stains.) Though Stain Busters gave me no guarantee as they took the rug away, the rug came back almost perfect. They even got out some small stains that a previous, well regarded company could not get out. My rug looks almost brand new (20 years old).
I dealt with two different men, on the pickup and delivery, and they were both professional and friendly. The only negative I can mention is that if you do use a credit card to pay for the service, they do tack on a 2% extra charge.
I hope I never have to call them again, but if there is another stain on a rug, they will be the company to call…

Stain Buster’s ROCKs! Dave, Jay, and Randall know their stuff! They don’t need a «groupon» because the are established and will be here tomorrow and beyond. Stable and professional. You get what you pay for; awesome service, knowledge, experience and integrity! So dammit anyway, my home got burglarized and tossed, badly! The CSI crew recommended I call a «real» carpet cleaner for the fingerprint dust, which was everywhere. Owner Dave arrived with the special equipment and potions to clean my carpets, upholstery, and everything else that had fingerprint dust. I found out myself that if you don’t know what you are doing, that stuff balls up into unmanageable boogers, I’m serious! So if they can clean fingerprint dust with their equipment and training, they can clean anything. Five stars*****!!!

Stain Busters just cleaned my living room carpet and a small couch. The carpet looks great. They couldn’t get all the stains out of the couch, which I kind of expected, since they were year old chocolate and red wine stains. I like Stain Busters because they are friendly, professional, and thorough, and the guy who came out (I think he’s the owner) is nice and non-​creepy. What I didn’t like was the price. $ 148 for a small room and small couch. Especially when several friends on Facebook told me I could have had the same thing done for less than half the price if I had used groupon.

Stain Busters has been timely and considerate every time we’ve used them. They did a great job on the carpets and were very professional and detailed. When they did the carpets at our house they moved all the furniture and put it all back where it was supposed to go, all without incident. They also followed up with us after the carpets were done which I thought was a nice touch. They did a great job on the carpets, but I think what I was most impressed by was how nice they were and how knowledgeable they were. They were able to answer every question I had about carpets, stains and cleaning and even gave me some good tips on the best way (and best things to use) for cleaning up pet accidents.
I’ve also had Stain Busters clean the runners at my studio and those were picked up and dropped off (nice touch!) in a very timely manner. Again, the carpets were perfectly cleaned and I was happy about that but the above and beyond service of picking them up and dropping them off was a major plus in my book since it saved me time.
I would highly recommend them and I know for sure we’ll use them again.

I actually could not believe it. After having two national franchise carpet cleaning companies to our house, I thought I was going to have to replace our carpets because the same stains would not come out. A friend recommended STAINBUSTERS and Voila, no more stains. I couldn’t believe it, the stains were gone, and have not come back. There is no better carpet cleaning company out there.
