I purchased a deal through Groupon for the tile and grout cleaning. First off, the phone number via Groupon was «incorrect» so for days I called a number that lead to a voicemail for Pristine with no call back. After finally googling the number I reached another voicemail that did end up with a call back from a woman who set the appointment for me the following Monday. I provided my address and all my info during that call (I live in Elk Grove). On the day of the scheduled appointment just an hour before they were supposed to arrive, the woman calls me back to tell me that they won’t be coming because Elk Grove is too far for them. The Groupon and their website both clearly state that they DO service Elk Grove, and if it was too far couldn’t she have told me that when I set the appointment and provided my address? Whole situation was a complete joke.

Pristine did an excellent job on my sectional and vacum my carpet. They were very professional and friendly! !!!

Cleaned the whole house. Had couple spots that we left dirty was told they would come back but never did. Therefore not the full 5 stars, but the house was cleaned pretty good.

Did a great Job at a fair price. Took time to answer any questions. Ray was very nice and polite. I would give him a chance if you are looking to get your house cleaned.

I am not one to write reviews– good or bad. Mom and Dad bought new carpet 15 months ago, then dad became very ill. He had been living on a hospital bed in their living room the last months. Something LEAKED. Stained. Mom had tried to clean the carpets. nothing. care giver tried cleaning. nothing. Dad died may 28^th after a year long illness. The very next morning I arrived to get the house clean, remove the bed etc. we were expecting a ton of people in the following days. I called Pristine and they came the next day. The carpet was damaged. Ray was able to splice in a new piece of carpet where the carpet was stained/​damaged. I was blown away to see that you could not tell– looks amazing. professional. Thank you Ray. you may not know it but you saved the day– when it was really important to us.

They cleaned our whole house. We had some spots from our dog and the previous owners cats. There was an area in our hallway that smelled of cat urine which they removed and now the smell is gone. The owner showed up on time and cleaned our carpets quickly and efficiently. Really not much else to say. For a few hundred they cleaned our place and got it back to what we wanted it to be.

Just turned down another company because a big difference in quotes over the phone vs. onsite (Please, I did not say «false advertising» or «bait and swtich», just devil in the details. I assumed (and «making an ass out of u and me») if I, or any customer, want to clean 4 bedrooms, living room, family room & dining room, why would the hallway & bathrooms, and stairs, if any, be skipped? Really?). Still fumming because we took couple days to move things around — lots of clutter — and prepared for this expected cleaning — and not getting done. Then looking again at reviews of lots carpet cleaning companies, all have 5 star ratings. Whom to pick?! Pristine advertises «$ 179 for whole house». That differentiated them & caught my attention. I called, not expecting to pay $ 179 to clean my house, of course, but more. Thank you Anna for taking my still quite irritated voice (not at you, but at my just finished expereience) and gave me a «firm» quote, after I gave as much detail as I possibly could (like mentioning this is a 2,600 sq ft house!). Ray came and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Pristine twice and each time I have been very happy with the quality of service. Ray pays attention to trouble spots and goes above and beyond.

Absolutely thrilled. Ray cleaned all my rooms and I could not believe how good my over ten year carpets looked. I found Ray to be very conscientious, He took the time to remove some very difficult stains, he tied up my curtains to make sure they did not get wet, and made sure my furniture was not damaged. He even removed a couple of stains from my sofa, without charging me extra. I will definitely be using them again, and I strongly recommend them to others.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Ray did an awesome job at my mortgage office and went out of his way to make sure everything was the way I liked it. He came at a time most convenient for me even though it was at the end of a long day. Wonderful service that I will continue to use for years to come.

The other Unilocalers are right… Ray and Anna of Pristine are great to work with. I had a large rental home that needed move-​out carpet cleaning, and time was limited. Ray showed up on time, was very professional and got right to work. He did a thorough job and made the carpet look new again. Excellent and fair price on top of wonderful work.

I did a Unilocal search for carpet/​tile cleaners near me. I found out is a family owned and operated business, which I love. They scheduled my service immediately and were prompt, professional and clean. Ray was kind and definately knew what he was doing.

Amazing. I got a specific time (9:00 a.m.) when scheduling. Ray called to tell me he would be there by 9:00 a.m. the day of service. This has NEVER happened with other carpet cleaning places. It is always «somewhere between x and x» and then the day of I have to track people down.
Ray did a great job on my horribly stained carpets and my futon looks and feels new.
This is a family owned company and it shows. Thank you for such amazing service.

Ray did an awesome job on cleaning my couch; he actually did the back, sides, bottom and both sides of the cushions. When my sister has her couches done, they will only clean the top of the cushion. Having children my four year old couch was looking years past it’s age. He took his time and was able to get every stain out, plus he was able to get me in with little notice. My couch looks brand new again.

We have a rental and after the tenant moved out we thought about cleaning the bedroom carpets and stairs ourselves with our Hoover. We decided that they were so soiled that we should have them professionally cleaned. I came here to Unilocal and read such great reviews about Pristine Tile and Carpet Cleaning that we decided to give them a try. We called to set up an appointment and from the very get go the service was amazing! This husband and wife team are true professionals! Ray came out on Friday evening and was in and out within an hour!!! We had 2 large bedrooms and 12 steps. The carpet came out looking like new! We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in any of our future needs! If you are looking to get your carpets cleaned; LOOK NO FURTHER! A +++++++++++
