Glassman To The Rescue! serves Sacramento and its surrounding areas, including Roseville, Woodland and Davis. Our headquarters is in North Sacramento, but Glassman is often rescuing property owners and renters in South Sacramento, Rancho Cordova and Elk Grove. Glassman has over 25 years of experience providing top-​notch work at a reasonable rate and the customer service of his rescue team is some of the best in the business.

We are happy to work with property management companies and serve many owners of rental properties. We work directly with tenants and their schedules so repairs are convenient, efficient and reasonably priced for both landlords and tenants. Family owned and operated, Glassman to the Rescue! was established in Sacramento in 1999. Our company has over 25 years of experience providing ethical, professional, fast and friendly service to our customers for window and door glass repairs. We operate on flexible hours around your schedule as well as on Saturday for no additional charge. Our glazier is a 1989 recipient of the Employee of the Year honors from Pella Windows. Carlos has been a glass cutter and glazier for over 25 years. While employed by Pella, he worked in their «Special Design» Department and was named «Employee of the Year» in 1990. He is a journeyman glass cutter and field glazer with expertise in all styles of windows from the historic wood frame putty windows to the new dual pane models. Excelling in his field, Carlos and his wife are the duo behind Glassman to the Rescue! He stands behind his reputation of honest, thorough glass repair work and looks forward to serving you for all of your glass repair needs in the Sacramento area.

Glassman definitely came to the rescue for us. Due to an accident at the house, our front window broke. We live in a rental and wanted someone to do a good job at minimal cost. We also live in a vintage house, with antique windows so this was a consideration.
Nancy is an excellent office manager. She got Glassman out the same day, he did a great job and the cost was in our price range. And, lower than expected!
We love the new window and cannot say enough about the company. When a window is broken, you really cannot have a delay. The window exceeded our expectations. Thanks again, Glassman!

My vacant house is on the market for sale and when the buying realtor stopped by 2 days before the appraisal and inspection, a pile of glass was found on the laundry room floor. I live in the Bay Area, so I could not be in Sacramento to assist with the repair and it needed to be done FAST.
I called Glassman to the Rescue because of the rave Unilocal reviews. Nancy was courteous, calm, and accommodating. She was able to get her guys out there within hours to measure the window (a single pane in an old 1950s wood door).
I was told the repair would happen the next day, and it didn’t! It happened the same day! They were able to squeeze my job in. I didn’t have a check there for them, so she trusted me to send it in the mail. An invoice was promptly emailed to me, and another email was sent when she received my check.
As Nancy said, «we really excel at these types of emergency fixes.» And she was right. They responded promptly, professionally, and also with applicable humor.
I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Broke a friend’s window before flying out of town the next day. I called them up after I landed and they were out within a couple of hours to fix it. They communicated directly with my friend for arrangements to access the window and any questions they had about it; great to not have to be the middleman, especially when out of town. It took them only 20 mins to replace and was a pleasure to deal with.

There are no words for how thankful I am for their services. Last night was horrible… a family member fell through a window, after a long exhausting night in the hospital I opened the yellow pages and started calling for quotes. My second call I spoke with Nancy who was very kind and helpful, she told me they would be able to fit me in today! A blessing considering I have animals in the home I was worried about escaping. Within 1hr of my phone call Carlos was here installed my window within 30 minutes! 28.5×57 single pane $ 115. What a deal. I hope I never have a need for services again… but if I do I will call no one else! Thank you! You really did come to my rescue!

I broke a window in the late afternoon and called these guys. Carlos was at my house an hour later to measure (he also cleaned up the old window without being asked) and installed the new window the next morning. Carlos was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He even charged $ 20 less than the original estimate. I will be a returning customer if the need arises.

I called Nancy at Glassman at 8:30 a.m. Carlos arrived by 10 a.m. Carlos took measurements of the window, asked if he could take the frame out and put the glass in at the shop and he would have it back to me by 3 p.m. Carlos is very friendly and very professional and I had my window back by 2 p.m. The price was reasonable. I’m very pleased with the service and

I’m a local Realtor and earlier this month we had a break in at a property that was closing escrow in just a few days. I called my usual glass repair company and they told me that it would be the next day before they could get out to the property just to give me an estimate. Obviously this wouldn’t do, as we had an unsecured property. I called Glassman and was told that they would have someone out to the house to repair the window before the end of business the very same day. They came out, they fixed the window, they cleaned up most of the broken glass (this was NOT part of what they had been asked to do) and they were even able to repair the damaged screens and have them reinstalled before we closed escrow. Oh yeah, and the price was more than fair, considering their speed and quality.
This will be my go-​to glass company from now on.

I’ve never written a Unilocal review, but Glassman to the Rescue provided such incredible service that I was compelled to write my first review. I needed one window replaced, and I contacted five companies to obtain estimates. The bids varied from $ 198 to $ 280. Carlos and Nancy provided me a reasonable bid of $ 214. Nancy also provided excellent customer service, and her professionalism exceeded the employees from other companies that I contacted. I elected to go with Glassman because of the price, as well as the fact that they were the one company that was able to actually visit the site and obtain the correct measurements on the very day that I called. Two days later the window came in, and I received a call from Carlos notifying me that he could replace the window on that day. He cut and installed the dual pane window in 25 minutes. If I ever need a window replaced (knock on glass), I’m calling Nancy and Carlos.

I want to thank Carlos and Nancy of Glassman to the Rescue for fixing my two windows. If I would have known it was going to be this cheap and easy I would have fixed them a long time ago. I tripped into and broke a house window in a house built in 1915. After two weeks of waiting for other people, Carlos came right in after a glass company and a «noted contractor» turned it down. Glassman to the rescue was true to their word. I needed to have a window repaired before going into work at 10am and I called them at 8:30, 30 mins later Carlos was there just like they said he’d be. it took him all of 30 mins to measure, cut and install our window! It was $ 120 cheaper than the estimate I was given by Glass West, and it would’ve taken them two days to get the job done. day one to measure and collect the deposit, day two to come out and install. I was amazed by the speed of service. I would defiantly recommend glassman

We recently moved into a new property that had the seal blown out in one of the dual pane windows. Shopped around in town and bit and finally stumbled upon Glassman To the Rescue. They did not have many Unilocal reviews, but decided to call and see what they had to say. I called Friday evening and he was at the property the following morning. The quote I received was VERY competitive as compared to other glass shops in the area. He was very knowledgeable and quick. Told us that the window should be ready in 2 – 3 days and was punctual for the install.
Overall, we are very happy to have given Glassman To the Rescue a chance. If needed, I would definitely use their services again.

Glassman to the rescue lived up to its name & definitely deserves the 5 stars.
After having a breakin and needing the window replaced Carlos from Glassman was there within an hour. He put in a temporary window until the tempered one was ready.(2 days) .What a great experience during a stressful time. Also very reasonable rates.
