Kwik Kar Lube & Tune

I went here for a simple oil change. On the outset when I received the price quote, I was taken aback that it was $ 10-​$ 15 higher than local competitors. But since I was already there and there were no other customers, I thought getting in and out fast was worth the extra money.
I was completely wrong! After waiting a good 25 minutes and my car still not being done, I asked was the hold-​up was. The mechanic told me that they were out of oil filters and were waiting for one to be delivered. It would be another 10 – 15 minutes. I was livid! I told the guy if he would have told me when I first arrived (or before they already drained my oil) that they were out of filters and my wait time would have quadrupled I would have left immediately. Wasn’t that information I should have been told after being there 5 minutes, and have the option to leave?
He said he was «sorry». I told him sorry wasn’t good enough and it was completely unprofessional to not tell me sooner. Of course, I told him I would never go back.
Then once my car was finished the total price was $ 6 higher than he quoted me in the beginning. So I paid $ 49 and waited 45 minutes for an oil change that I have gotten elsewhere for around $ 30. Ridiculous! Never, ever again!

I purchased coupon used for oil changes, and they tried to push me to weekend early mornings. Bad attitude ever. I asked them to do tire rotation for me, but they didn’t. I figured it out when did alignment. Big fat liar, bad service. I went to another Kwik Kar in Spring Valley, pp there are so nice. Tried to have 10w30, told them but still got 5w30 after all.

I always take my car here. Fast friendly service… a little on the pricey side but worth it!
