Horrible. Don’t come here unless you want to get ripped off. I’ve tried to continue business with them, but 3rd times a charm and I’m done. I went in, in the beginning of the year for a one time alignment. Once alignment was done he charged me for a 6months warranty alignment. I wasn’t to happy. He said you covered for up to 6months or 9,000 miles. Anything that happens or changes we have you covered he says. I purchased new wheels and I went to get re-​aligned and sure enough he wants to charge me for a new alignment. Even though he told me that I would be covered for anything. Since I paid $ 120 the first time. Wasn’t to happy. ****** by he, I mean the manger Rick or whatever his name is

Ok well ive been coming here for about a year and i keep trying to give these guys the benefit of the doubt. They are great but they are horrible with scheduling. Ive been sitting in the waiting room for 1.5 hrs for a dang oil change. I had an appt at 1p. There were customers that came in after me and left. Come on guys its not rocket science. Time management. Ill probably go somewhere else next. I only come here because they are close. Ill try firestone.

Came in today for an oil change at 4:15 told me they closed in 30 min. By watch they closed in 45 min at 5:00. Told me I needed to make an appt for an oil change for Monday! No worries I went down the street to Kwik Kar and paid 15.00 less for the same service. Oh and they close at 5:00 also but no attitude here… If I was Jordan I would reevaluate the my policies if I can’t come in 45 min before close and get an oil change perhaps you should change your hours to close at 4:00 but actually work till 5:00. I’m not sure what the answer is there but that was not good customer service.

Went in because i saw an ad on-​line for a cheap oil change. Found out they were an independent store and didn’t honor corporate promotion. They still had a low priced oil change but didn’t offer a conventional oil. ??? … I got there when they opened actually, 5 – 10 minutes before on a Saturday. One and half hours later I have proposed list of services totaling $ 1,200. I listened to their up-​sale pitch and declined all the services. Not going back again. Not worth the time and trouble trying to be up sold and on every maintenance service know to man. No Thanks.

Paid $ 100 for electrical diagnostics and they could not find the problem. I found a blown fuse that they could not find. Then they were not willing to adjust the charges or work with me in any way. THEY AREN’T ETHICAL!

Worst customer service experience with a mechanic ever! Called the night before to confirm price of oil change and set up an appointment for 8 am next day. Signed quote when the car was dropped off for same price. However, at about noon they called to say it was going to be an extra $ 40, for an oil change. Refused to match price quoted and signed for and said that «he did not believe in that kind of business.» Hope the $ 40 was worth loss of business integrity.
