for some reason goodwill is the drop off center for retard field trips. caregivers of retards will literally just drop them off here as if its ok!!? so not okay!!! do your job and look after your goddamn retards!!!

Went with a buddy to drop off his junk that he was paying $ 180.00 a month in storage fees! Lol. Donation center is in the back alley, no line and we were in n out!

This store has great customer service. I was waiting by the counter to look at some items. A sales associate asked me right away if I need some help, placed items on hold for me, and let me know about daily sales. As I continued to browse in the store, he informed me that if I needed any assistance carrying out items to my car, I could let him know, and he would care it out for me. When I was ready to checkout, the clerk provided me with a senior discount that the prior customer was not able to use. This was the most positive experience I’ve had in a thrift store in a long time.

I have been a longtime supporter of Goodwill until recently. Here’s the story…
On ⁵⁄₁₄ we donated a substantial amount of clothing and shoes to the Rowland Heights location. Our mother had passed away and we were in the process of donating her clothing. Her granddaughter, our niece, was emotional over a particular pair of multicolor New Balance shoes that she really wanted as a rememberance of her Nana. She went to the R.H.location and found the shoes already on display in the store. This was about 4 – 5 hours after they had been dropped off. Her and her mother explained the situation that the donation was a mistake… the death of her Nana… etc. Spoke with management… Apparently there’s a buy back policy. I understand policy but this was a cold cruelty! «GOODWILL» ??? HA!!!
And here’s another topper… the shoes originally cost $ 29.99 the buyback was $ 17.00 with a senior discount. And they were Very worn!!!

Lots of jeans and shirts to choose from here. Nicely organized and a large selection to choose from.
Their used books and housewares were a bit sparse but they had a nice selection of vinyls the day I went here.

Remember that super crappy and weird chit you downsized from your house last month? I found it! It’s literally right here. I can’t hardly believe how pathetic the stuff here is, but I am not sure how else to describe it.
Heck I don’t even think the debonair vagrants would wear much of the attire here. Let alone they have virtually no furniture that isn’t broken down, costume jewelry, or household goods. This place is honestly rather barren outside of crappy clothing.
The one exception to this is at Halloween. This store initially has some very awesome options for the costume elite connoisseur. But outside of Halloween this place falls flat on its face very hard. Especially with regards to men’s and kids clothes. There may be some acceptable ladies wear, but I don’t check that out.
So that super ugly coat you gave to good will, if you want it back, you can now go find it here for $ 3.00 +tax haha Regardless, they don’t have a ton of random crazy crap here. Outside of the clothes there is almost no organization at all to this location. So its definitely not high on my list for most of the year.

Awesome store great customer service! A+ good music to shop to. Valerie and Victoria very helpfull and courteous. and the management crew top notch. Great deals and always find a treasure. Shop here you’re sure to love it. Oh and you can clean out your closet and bring your donations before you shop for more treasures. E-​waste? Bring it here nothing is wasted at Goodwill.

This is one of my favorite goodwills! My bf and I drive out here all the way from Ventura County for this place. He doesn’t have much luck finding clothes here but I always find something cute. Dresses, tops, and sweaters! I am petite so they have plenty of clothes in my size to choose from. I gave it a 4 star because Colima Rd is always so packed!

When i visit hacienda heights, i go here! Ive been a regular for awhile now and I always find great great deals on many many things. the only CON about this place is that old creepy man, the manager~
–From a womens perspective; he will stare at you while you browse through the aisle. Making your expirience most uncomfortable! Please, stop doing that, it’s disturbing! I would like to shop here more often if it wasn’t for that man’s face.

You can usually find good items here but the employees can be rude. I went with my mom and when it came time to pay the cashier named Valerie did not seem hospitable and did not make sense. They had announced what color tags were on sale half off that day but she stated no you don’t get half off on these items even though they were the color of the day and she didn’t really explain why. My mom and I were not happy with her but what can you do I guess that’s the type of cashiers you get when you go to goodwill

I bought a really nice navy pencil skirt here with only $ 3.99. Really love the skirt!

Found interest in an item, found out consumers are allowed to hold items for 1 hr max. But apparently not in the case if it was the manager. Employees should not be holding items longer than 1hr even for employees. Too much shadiness here. Thank you for the laughs and improv stories lol.

Please for the sake of your community, stop donating your things to this Goodwill location.
because your things will put on sale at this Goodwill store at a very unreasonable price as at a very higher price; because the manager of this Goodwill believes no matter how high he marks the price, there will be someone stupid enough to buy your donating things. How could this Goodwill store makes profits on your donating things when Goodwill is a nonprofit organization while receiving funding from State of California every year. If you do not believe me, you can go to this Goodwill store to find out about its pricing system, you will be outraged to see some of your items are priced.
I have nothing against Goodwill since it is helping many others, but I cannot stand this Goodwill store manager who prices your donating things up to the roof. I have found out some of the fake items are marked very higher price. This makes me sick as the manager of this Goodwill store who believes that someone out-​there is stupid enough to buy your donating things anyway; no matter how high he prices.
Please let your friends and relatives know stop buying someone’s donating things at this Goodwill store unless the manager of this Goodwill store changes his pricing method and his believed. And yet, drive to another Goodwill location to drop off your donating things.

Im torn, i probably go here like every week and theyre super nice and i always find something but idk, when it comes to personally priced items like the shoes or purses or nintendos without connections $ 40 is more than over priced for any goodwill for an falling apart dooney and burke purse from the 90s or gucci heels with completely worn out heels, c’mon really?

I no longer LOVELOVELOVE this Goodwill.
They took out the kids section and rearranged/​resection the books area.
I use to come here thinking, «I hope I probably find something today!»
Now I come here when im super bored and need to kill time.
Employees are still the same– kind and helpful.
They also added a small section in front for sunglasses and reading glasses. All new with tags from Goodwill.
But still, i’m going to go to the Goodwill that’s off of Brea Canyon now. They have a lot more stuff than this location.

I Didn’t know what to expect at this place. I wanted to come in a few times before with my boyfriend but every time he refused! SO today, I was alone and decided to stop in and see what GOOD WILL is all about.
I heard a lot of good feedback from GOODWILL shoppers, how they have found textbooks for $ 3.00 or found BRAND new top’s for $ 4.00 …
I walk in and IMMEDIATELY there is an unbearable stench in the air!
IT SMELLS like a HOMELESS Who’s been living in an attic for A LONG TIME.
90% of the staff here look as if they just got out of prison, and the other 10% are 60+ y/​o
I walk around the store and the floors are SO disgusting. theres Black markings all over the floor by the shoe racks. the SHOES they are selling are soooo disgusting and they are selling some OLD ass Nike’s for $ 8.00– REALLY?
My family has donated LOTS of personal items over the past 20 years to give TO THE less fortunate AND I’M SORRY BUT I JUST DON’T AGREE with this organization.
They are making profit off poor people who deserve this stuff for free!
They are selling OLD ASS TOPS FOR $ 3.00, it looked as if it was… well FREE!
They are selling picture frames with someone’s REAL picture still in it!!!
I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, AND Next time I will find an organization to donate my items, and where I know they are giving to families in need for Free!!!

Overall very clean store and good selection. I’ve found two real Louis Vuittons here for $ 100 each!!! They were both vintage but in great condition. Sad part is they believe every knock off is real, so you have to look often and look closely before the big purchase!!!
The staff is one of my favorites! Everyone is eager to help you to your car and assist you throughout the store.

Donated some stuff to do my year-​end cleaning. When I parked at the front donation door, a guy greeted me with a hello and a smile. He helped me with my bags and got my tax deductible ticket.
It was a good feeling and was done quick with ease.
Kinda makes me wanna go back home and clean up some more donation goods.

Pretty big. I usually come here to get some clothes to make a costume. I got a red long sleeve shirt for $ 5.99 that I think only marked down by $ 2 because I know Target sells the same shirt for $ 7.99. :P But oh well, I was in a hurry. But come on. You would think they’d make it cheaper.
I love the color coordination. It’s really organized by color. So that is very helpful for me to find a red shirt (for my Rafiki outfit).
The other stuff was kinda unorganized, but I wasn’t looking for that stuff.
I am going to come back here for any costume stuff. This is second hand stuff… you would think it’d be cheaper: P

I love consignment shopping … it makes me feel like I’m helping reduce waste in the world. Ah. positive energy!
I wanted to stop by here to check out if they had vintage frames on the cheap and possibly any other weird thingamags for home décor ideas. =)
… While their clothing section was well organized and even color coordinated… I can’t say the same for their shoe, purse and other miscellaneous section. The back of the store feels like they threw stuff together wherever there was space. It makes for a difficult time to sort through odds and ends and not feeling like you’re making any progress.
I’ll probably stop by again but having to traverse Colima makes me feel x_​X sometimes. Plus… there’s another Goodwill close by in W. Covina that’s much more accessible, well stocked and a tad more more organized.
