Pay attention on the out-​of-​pocket charges. Make sure you call your insurance before doing so.
I don’t know the amount in correct or not, but it’s too much for me to deep cleaning, they will charge me more than $ 1200 out of pocket. Without insurance cost is more than $ 3600.

I have nothing but good things to say about this dental office. The doctors and staff were great and did a excellent job on my teeth, I couldn’t be happier. The office was very clean and organized as well.

This is a great team all the way around. Joanna, who manages the front office, is amazing and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to dentistry and insurance. Dr Yella is a super star, — in my view the exact right mix of skilled dentistry, artistry perfection, integrity, and gentle care. I highly recommend.

NO STARS-​SCAM OFFICE!!! (the actual reviews for this office are horrible-​too bad I didn’t see those before this). I am a HUGE Unilocaler. I like to check the Unilocal reviews that people have whenever I go somewhere new. I have been looking for a dentist for some time now. I got my braces off two days ago. Luckily, I was able to make an appointment at Eureka Ridge to get an exam and cleaning. The lady on the phone was polite. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was also polite-​think it was the same person. I had gotten regular cleanings throughout the duration of having my braces (3 years). I sat down in the chair and so far the experience was pleasant. The doctor came in, said hello, and began the exam. After the exam, she informed me that my at-​home dental care was really good, and I had no dental issues-​just a couple spots to watch. Ok, great!!! Cleaning time or so I thought! The doctor told the lady at the front desk that I needed a deep irrigation (Fancy cleaning?) and fluoride treatment (This is optional!!! This cannot be a forced service!). I was confused by that but whatever. The lady drew up pricing… drum roll, please… She said for a deep irrigation and fluoride it would be over 300 dollars. Um, what?! So I asked what my insurance covered. The lady proceeds to tell me that my insurance (Delta Care USA) is a discount service (WRONG, it’s insurance!) and that this cost is out of pocket because that is what the doctor diagnosed. I asked why I couldn’t just get a routine cleaning because the doctor said everything looked good. The lady said I couldn’t diagnose myself for a cleaning (bahahaha!!! Such a load of bull). If a person has no issues-​just needs a routine cleaning, because that’s what they have gotten even while in braces, why the heck can’t they just get it!!! This office is a money scam. They will «diagnose» you with services you do not need to get your money! I am going to keep track of what my insurance is billed, because if this office tries to say they provided cleaning services, I am going to call them out on it. I would have more respect for the doctor if she was HONEST. She told me I had no issues, but then I can’t even get a cleaning. Wow… whatever.

Dr. Yellamanchili’s office is spectacular. I feel extremely comfortable there and always have my needs met. She did a beautiful job on my veneers and made it as easy and painless as possible. I had a short window of time that I could make an appointment due to work and vacation and Joanna worked hard to squeeze me in and called me right away when my veneers arrived.
Dr. Yellamanchili and the dental assistants talk to you during the entire exam and ensure that you are comfortable and not in pain.
I would highly recommend this office for any dental need!

FRAUD!!! CRIMINALS!!! PATIENTS BEWARE!!!
This place is horrible. Just got off the phone with my fiancé in tears because the way this place treats their patients. They are criminals and will try to get you to do more than what is needed and pay more than what is needed. They have scheduled appointments for us without our consent twice now and try to charge you for cancelling it. They even tried quoting her a price for a procedure then when it came time to do it they said they had to add procedures and raised the price of the quote nearly three times the original amount and told her if she didnt do it now her teeth will fall out… seriously she has great teeth who tells their patients that. Felt like i was in a used car dealership. They were rude and unwilling to help correct this and got into a shouting match with her on the phone. They also use fear to try and sell you more procedures… very dishonest practice. We will go out of our way to make sure anyone we have referred and any future patients are aware of the fraud this place practices. They also promised me teeth whitening numerous times for referrals ive sent and never have time to do it. every time i go in for a procedure they say oh we will do it next time we dont have time today.

Absolutely wonderful! The office itself is gorgeous! Joanna, Dr. Y, and the whole team were very sweet and helpful. I love being able to fill out any forms they need on the ipad. The equipment is all state of the art, and they give you $ 100 in credit if you refer new patients! I left the office after my appointment smiling and happy! Who leaves a dentist happy? Awesome!!!

I couldn’t say enough words to express how insanely happy I am to be a new patient of Dr. Y’s! She is absolutely brilliant, friendly, smart, and easy to talk to. I also can’t speak highly enough of the staff! Joanna answered my emergency call at 4AM, when I was in the worst pain of my adult life, and informed me she could squeeze me in a few hours later at 11:30. She then called me back at 9am, and offered me an even earlier time, knowing how desperate I was. She had paperwork ready for me when I Arrived, and within 10 minutes Jonathon was already taking my X-​Rays! The cost for the work I needed ended up being more than I could cover on the spot, so Joanna and Dr. Y came up with a couple of different options for me, so that I could hold over until I had the funds! The Doc thoroughly cleaned out my teeth, and even went as far as setting me up with a temporary filling, so I would be pain free! Genevieve was also AMAZING in calming my nerves as I was obviously freaking out! Dr. Y is so gentle, and this was the best dentist experience I’ve ever had!

I go here with my sons and I must say they are wonderful! The staff is great with the boys and they had easy and carefree dental experience with Eureka Ridge. I would most definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Thank goodness for Dr and staff !!! I had an accident and chipped my toot in half… I left with a brand new tooth in about an hour and my smile is better then when I went in. I now how a new dentist! Thank you

Plain and simple: I love Dr. Yellamanchili.
I have spent a lifetime (more than half a century) experiencing severe pain at dentists. I must have very sensitive nerves in my jaw because even with fairly simple dental treatment (stuff that my husband wouldn’t even notice), I feel a lot of pain.
Dr. Yella (as she is usually called) has always taken the time to really talk with me and listen to me about my pain level, then do her utmost to minimize it. Most of my past dentists never really seemed to believe me when I told them what they were doing was painful. Dr. Yella really takes the time to work carefully and with great concern about what a patient is feeling. She even replaced two of my crowns without me experiencing too much pain, which was a huge relief. When the crowns were first put on 25 years ago by another dentist, it was excrutiatingly painful and traumatic, and I could hardly bring myself to go back to a dentist again.
My husband and I have both been clients of Dr. Yella for several years, and we wouldn’t want any other dentist. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
