This dental has the worst customer service ever! The girls at the front office are rude including Lubya, Tanya others I don’t remember. Seriously unwelcoming place. They will try to push the treatment they want to do instead of what you think is important or priority to you. The staff speaks in Russian in front of you which is disrespectful if you don’t understand. They will schedule you 2 month out if the cancellation is not done prior to 48hours no matter what reason it is. I would not recommend this place. Please save your teeth and money!

I have been going to Dr. Kaplan for over 10 years and have spent easily between $ 4000 to $ 5000 in customer pay crowns and other dental work. One of the crowns they installed cracked twice and fell off twice over a several year period of time. Needless to say, I haven’t been particularly happy about this and have been told by more than one person to find a new dentist. But no, I stayed loyal to Dr. Kaplan until my last visit. This was my third crown on the same tooth and it popped off the first time I had some sticky candy (about 1 and a half years after it was installed). It popped off so easily I believe it would have done that shortly after installation. So the cement they used failed or the application of the cement was done improperly. Either way, this was not my fault and my 4^th time in for the same crown. I was shocked when I found out they were charging me $ 100 for the re-​cement! But I was advised they were kind enough to waive the X-​ray fee!!! Reading some of these reviews I see this ridiculous $ 100 fee is common practice. Actually, it’s called «a cost of doing business» by doing the right thing and taking care of your client but they don’t get that at this practice. It’s all about the dollar. I even emailed them about my dissatisfaction on their website and no reply. Well, they just lost a life-​long client. Hope the $ 100 bucks was worth it!

Dr. Kaplan and his staff at Eureka Dental are great. I would recommend them to anyone.
Yesterday after work I was eating beef jerky and my crown on my upper right incisor completely broke off — as in no tooth there AT ALL. I called Eureka Dental and spoke to Ruth (who is amazing and sweet). She made me feel comfortable and that they would be able to fix my issue no problem. Mind you I’ve never been to this facility before. She scheduled me for the next day at 10am (talk about great accessibility). When I got there I was brought back quickly and Dr. Kaplan came in my room in no time. He explained exactly what he needed to do to get me back to normal. Then Ruth came in again and told me exactly what I would be paying. Dr. Kaplan also showed me the machine that was currently making my crown — way cool! Their technology is up to date and better than many other dental offices I imagine.
Long story short– cracked my took totally off at 5pm and had it fixed the very next morning. They explain everything they are doing every step of the way and make you feel very comfortable. Their prices are fair too. Go to Eureka Dental if you are in need of dental care.

A filing broke that Eureka Dental put in last year. I called them to schedule a replacement, but Eureka said they would only replace it if I agreed to a bunch of additional expensive services like full mouth exam, x-​rays, cleaning, etc. I cannot afford all those extra services at this time so Eureka is forcing me to find another dentist that is willing to just replace the broken filing.

I cannot comment on the dentists, since I declined to have the work done that they suggested. However, I had two visits with their hygenists (via a Groupon) and can comment on that. I used to clean teeth when I was in the military so know something about this. Neither hygenist measured my perio pockets. This is not only how you determine periodontal problems, but it lets you know where you should be brushing better. It’s important to track these over time. I won’t be returning there.

First off This place is amazing!!! The staff are very kind and the doctors there do a fantastic job. My sister in law seen Dr. Kaplan for a root canal and she said she wasn’t in pain at all next day! She was so happy! (Not saying you won’t be) lol
Dr.Ismatt is who I seen there and she was so caring and patient with me since I don’t do so well at the dentist she made me feel very comfortable.
I am defiantly coming back to finish my treatments. Oh and If you need a cleaning the hygienist are the best let me tell you Just so sweet and know what they’re doing.
Im in love with the place never felt so excited to go to the dentist till now.

The staff over there is excellent. Many bilingual employees. Make you feel like home. Will go an extra mile for you. A+

I’ve been coming here for already three years and I have to say I always leave with a smile. The hygienists are very nice and boy do my teeth feel great afterwards. For my deep cleaning I had no needles poking my gums to numb me but instead got the liquid they put around the gums and you don’t feel a thing. Dr. Kaplan is the best dentist I ever had, needed to have a crown done, oh and did I mention, I got the crown done in the SAME DAY!!! Yep that’s right, I didn’t have to come back in two weeks and had no temporary crown. The best staff as well very friendly and caring. Im proud to say that this is my dental home…

I am a new client starting 2013. My first visit i was impressed at Dr. Alex Kaplan’s attention to detail. What really impressed me was when he was working on my teeth i had his complete and utter attention. The tooth that he was working on at the moment was the most important thing in the world. I had another tooth act up and when i called to consult with the doctor they told me to come in that day and he would check the problem personally. Overall i really like Dr. Alex Kaplan, he knows what he is doing and cares about his work. He is the best dentist i have ever been to. I’m definitely coming to see him again.

Went back for my last dental treatment today. The staff has been very helpful through this whole process. I really liked my Dr and it was nice that he told me what needed to be done and was honest about what was not as important at the moment. Although I liked my dentist a lot, I must admit I’m glad it’s over! Just cleanings from now on :)

I took care of my annual check up and got a feeling at Eureka and I had a great experience. Everyone was courteous and informative. Most importantly, it was easy to schedule and get it all done without any hassles. Good spot!

I just love how friendly, attentive and and warm everyone was with me.
Sure, I understand that this is a part of business — to be nice to customers.
But I feel that you took it to a whole new level, by being genuinely attentive to ALL my concerns, no matter how small they were.
For example I was afraid of the radiation from the X rays. You didn’t make me feel stupid about it and took 10 minutes to explain how new digital technology is safe, even compared to cell phones that we use.
As far as the dental treatment — it was a breeze. I fell asleep few times during the implant procedures (!). No pain whatsoever, fast, effective, great teamwork.
I could tell from how people communicate in the office, that your personnel is happy and relaxed. Made me feel relaxed too.
I never imagined that getting new implants could be so stress-​free.
It is a pleasure to write you this review, because you guys deserve it.

Looking at these reviews, I was a bit hesitant to go in. More importantly, I am absolutely terrified of dentists in every single sense possible. I decided to give it a try, and I was so glad I did.
I walked in and was immediately greeted with a sincere, warm smile — something that is so easily taken for granted today. I checked in, filled in the necessary paperwork, and within seconds of taking a seat in the waiting area, my name was called for my appointment.
Dr. Kaplan was the one taking care of me. He was very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable — a word I rarely use when it comes to anything Dentist related.
I had some x-​rays done, a routine cleaning, and later came back for teeth whitening. Before each procedure, I was told what was going to happen, how long it was going to take, and any questions that I had were promptly answered.
Throughout all of the procedures, Dr. Kaplan talked me through everything. I was completely calm, and before I knew it, the procedure was over. Dr. Kaplan and his staff are extremely professional, sincere, and really do care about every single one of their patients. I felt so well taken care of; a quality that is hard to find in a Dentist and his staff. My experience at Eureka Dental Group was fantastic, and I’m definitely coming back.

I just wanted to add, I have not gone back to Eureka Dental. I do stand by what I originally said about the business, but to be honest, the operation kind of rubbed me the wrong way. What I mean by that, to put it plain and simple, «they used the intimidation factor.» The practice had the staff pushing too hard… ruling with an Iron Fist.” Even the rest of my family felt this way too!
So, professional doctors, but too pushy!

I had to write this.
I went into Eureka because they were open on Saturdays. My appointment in ⁹⁄₂₀₁₀ was for crowns, posts, and Zoom.
They did their job and pushed a nightguard on me but I declined.
About a month later I was eating Hormel ready to eat turkey breast (which is soft) and my crown fell off. This was around 8 PM.
I saved the crown and immediately called the Eureka after hours. An employee actually got back to me right then and there and I was told to come in. Great response on their part.
So I got it replaced with stronger «glue» but they still charged me $ 100! It was my fault because I didn’t purchase the nightguard.
I also felt up-​charged like Jacque S. because I had insurance.
Had they put crown back on without charge I would have given them 5 stars and recommended this place to others. I guess that $ 100 is more important than doing what’s right.

Be sure to check your insurance coverage yourself before you go here! Basically what I don’t like about this offices is that had I gone in and not used my insurance, I could have had a cleaning, x-​rays, and teeth whitening kit for $ 69. Because I used my insurance, they want $ 93 from me. In addition to the $ 30 copay I gave them when I went in and the $ 112 my insurance paid them.
I canceled all future appointments. On the day one of the appts had been scheduled for, I got a message that I was late. I called back and told them I would not be returning and had canceled all appts. A few days later I got another message saying I missed my appt and asking when I wanted to reschedule.
I chose to try this dental office for a few reasons. They made my appt through email, they were offering free teeth whitening for life, and they’re very close to my office. I was very happy with my old dentist, but they’re a little farther away and don’t make appts online. I was also interested in the teeth whitening for life (which is only if you continue to go here for your appointments — so in my case it’s not for life).
I wasn’t overly impressed with my visit. Nothing really bad — I did have to wait past my scheduled appointment time by about 15 or 20 minutes and I sat in the chair for awhile before being seen — but also nothing really outstanding either. I’d given them my dental insurance information when I made the appointment. When I left the office that day I was assured everything was covered.
Several months later I received an email that I had an outstanding balance of $ 93. I couldn’t understand how this could be, since I’d been assured the entire visit was covered under my plan and I’d only owe when I came back in to have cavities filled (which I did not do as it was going to cost me double what it would through my old dental office). I thought maybe there was a mistake and they had billed me for the cavities even though I’d canceled my appointment. It turned out that the bill was actually for the x-​rays. They’d done full mouth x-​rays and my plan only covered this once every five years — I’d had them done two or three years prior. While I do realize I should have checked my plan in advance, I feel this should have been something noted by the dental office as well, particularly since they had my information before the time of my visit.
I’ll be going back to my old dentist who has always been very up front about what my insurance would cover. They made a mistake once and told me something was covered that wasn’t and didn’t charge me for it. The offices are very clean, bright, and I always feel very welcome.

Dr. Kaplan and Eureka Dental team are outstanding! I went in to get some cavities filled and could not have been more impressed with the speed, professionalism, courtesy and expertise I was treated with.
Dr. Kaplan was very patient and forewarned me about every step of the procedure, telling me what instrument he was going to use, what it did, and how it would feel. He made what should have been a frightening, painful experience a genuinely pleasant one. I had e few fillings done and was in-​and-​out of the office in just an hour! Very impressive.
I highly recommend this office, especially for those who fear (or simply dislike) getting dental work done.
