Subway

my favorite subway restaurant. always clean, fresh ingredients/​bread and friendly staff. i work nearby and visit this place often. i can comfortably appraise this subway above its counterparts.

My favorite one is their Veggie Delight sandwich! I get a kid’s meal, and receive an Inside Out lunch bag. The apple slices are healthy addition. I am happy with my $ 5 deal!

Worst aervice I have experienced at a Subway. They made me stand and wait to pay while they made three more sandwiches. My toasted sub was cold by the time I sat down to eat it.

I kno i said i wouldnt come to this one anymore but i had no choice, omg this time they had footlong white bread but it seemed partly raw then last time i was here the register restarted itself while i was paying, but this time wen i paid it went vack to the total amount like i still owed and didnt pay anything! OMG!

OMG, this place is the tightest on the tuna! They use a little scooper, and only give u 2 tiny little scoops, there was hardly any tuna on my sandwich! And it was closing time, u would think they would b generous since it was just about to close! Never again will I come to this one!

The people are very friendly but this place is not very clean at times. Also, it gets very crowded. Some male employee kept trying to fill up the condiments as 5 girls were trying to make the sandwiches. He kept getting in the way. Not sure if he was the manager or not but as they were trying to move fast he kept telling them to do stuff and then he would do it. They were already doing a good job. it was stop .go.stop.go. When he interrupted the female who was making my lunch… he sneezed and continued making my sandwich. I told him to make me a new one and to change his gloves. He thought I was insane. I did say out loud that you sneezed all over the station and that’s when everyone turned. He did so. unwillingly but I ended up throwing it out.

Over all this subway was the worst one I have been to wanted to order 2 of the new flatizas but was told they only had flat crust si settled for 1 pizza thingy .
so I got the broccoli soup the lady was scraping the bottom of the of the pan to get 2 extremely skimpy servings to make a sale the containers were not even ½ full but got charged full price overall experience was a 2 I will NOT be returning to this location and will be contacting the franchise owner
Ok it’s official I got the runs from your food it was the only stuff I ate all day and now 3 hours later out it comes other dinners beware don’t go here if you valu your health

This place gets really packed at certain times amd does not have the staff to serve everyone. The chicken chipotle is very good.

Very friendly employees! They are always so nice to me when I walk in and I would say I stop by here pretty often. I always get the Turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich on the jalapenon cheese bread. NOM! However, one thing I find somewhat ridiculous is the pricing of the avocado. You pay $ 1.50 for half an avocado. I mean, I get that avocados are expensive, but common. $ 1.50. I might as well just go next door to Walmart to buy a whole avocado for a dollar and shove that in my sandwich.

Friendly, fast workers here. Not dirty or ridden with flies like some other Subways I’ve been to. Never seems to run any specials though, so can’t give a 5star.

I rarely post review unless service is REALLY bad or REALLY good… today at this Subway store it was REALLY GREAT!
I visited the store on a tight schedule today. When I opened the door the line was 20 people long (right in the middle of lunch hour). Being in a hurry I turned around and walked out. About 5 steps from the door I ran into Surendra, the owner/​franchisee of this location, and he said «Sir, if you are in a hurry I can help you.». I thought to myself, yeah… right. I thanked him and said I was fine and that I needed to be on my way. He insisted that he wanted to help and that I wouldn’t have to wait.
Surendra walked me in and took my order on a sheet of paper… he then went back and made the sandwich right on the spot. He walked over and handed it to me so that I could pay the clerk at the register…2 minutes and I was ready to go!
Wait, it gets better, as I was filling up my cup at the beverage counter he walks up and hands me a free cookie and thanked me for choosing his store… WOW!
Surendra is not only a nice guy, but a smart businessman, as I will tell all my friends about this great experience.

Good service. I walked in and I was greeted by two members of the staff. When I placed my order, they associate had no problems hearing which toppings and other selections. Toppings looked good, nothing that would alert the health inspectors to come running at the door. I came in the morning so the store was filled with scent of fresh bread. The location of this subway is nice with plenty of parking. I’m not sure how this place does during rush hour, but I’m satisfied enough with my experience that I would come back to this location.

I’m here every week since I work nearby. The service is always friendly. Even though there’s always a line during lunch, the staff is fast and efficient. The food is aite… it’s light, relatively inexpensive, and satisfying.

Subway’s 6 grams of fat or less subs are my preferred post-​workout food when I’m looking for something healthy and fast to restock my carb and protein stores. I’m addicted to the flat bread and even toast it further in my toaster oven at home!

By far the CLEANEST Subway I’ve ever been to! They always make my sandwich so pretty, haha. I can’t stand it when Subway workers make my sandwich fall apart –_–

Nothing says good like a healthy non-​fast food sandwich like Subway!
I love that it’s near Wal-​mart! So if you get hungry. ditch the McDonalds inside and go for Subway!!! =x
Umm. what can you say about Subway. I’ve never encountered bad customer service before out of all the different locations I’ve been to. Plus, if you didn’t like the sandwich, its your fault! You made it! LOL. I’m jk, that’s a little harsh, but sadly kinda true? Haha.

I really enjoy a good ol’ Subway sandwich… and usually I don’t expect much from the art of sandwiching…
However, this location has crappy service. A gentlemen that was helping us there wasn’t paying attention to our order, got it wrong twice, and kept talkin’ to another employee in the back kitchen area, about something that wasn’t really related to the job.
Still we didnt get the right order, one toasted, the other not toasted. How hard is that? and even when we tried to talk clearer to him he got kinda loud back at us. RUDE!
it was kinda frustrating and when you dont expect much, its always comforting that maybe you can still expect the bear minimum, which is mediocre customer service…
they totally failed.

subway… why do your cookies have to be so good?

Since it’s opening I’ve been a VERY happy customer.
After moving to the new home, I had to drive very far to the Subway I grew up eating at. (The one at the Big Lots & Staples Plaza on Valley) So when this one opened I was very excited that I wouldn’t have to drive so far anymore :)
–Employees/​staff: very kind. Most of them are female and they always have a smile on and are very welcoming. Follows instructions without giving any attitude or least amount.
–Location: it’s located at the mini corner where Wells Fargo, Panda Express, GameStop and Red Ribbon Bakery is. AMAZING parking. Very spacious.
–Interior: clean. Good amount of seats.
I love this Subway! I always come here and will continue to do so until I make another move that is :)
