This boba teas are the best. Plus if you don’t like your boba they will exchange it for another one for free. I just wish there was one in Pico Rivera. The atmosphere in the location is very hipster and youthful, however every restaurant should offer a clean restroom and this location does offer that. That is why they get 3 of 5 stars.

I love honey boba and since it’s Memorial Day today I made sure to call before showing up. I called 8 times! They never answered, called a different honey boba and guess what? THEYANSWERED! Told me all Honey Bobas are open today. I drove my ass here, and I placed my order of 6 drinks. while I sat down to wait I decided to call their phone to see if it rings and of course. it rings and the people ignore it !! They purposely don’t answer the phone. Guess they don’t care bout their customers. The guy on the register was just standing there with this blank look on his face ignoring the call. Smh oh and plus they don’t have Boba today! Not surprised. Stupid Honey Boba.

Came here two years ago and when I walked in I immediately felt like it was not the same. There was a huge line, restrooms were terrible, and After getting on Unilocal to read some reviews to find out what has been up with this place, I didn’t even buy a drink. Such a disappointment if you’re looking for quality Boba. This place used to be awesome and I would always tell people about it, but never coming here again.

Love the drinks but the restroom was not clean so I wonder how the ‘kitchen’ area would look like then… hmmmm When I am at the cash register to the left you will see they use Ghirardelli chocolate and caramel surup– yummyyy Also I took mine to go so they gave me a nice sturdy bag to put the drinks and straws. These cups are massive and I can’t wait to drink my almond — coffee smoothie(they use a non-dairy creamery– which will help the lactose intolerance peeps) This is my first time at this location because I wanted to go to Walmart and it was next door.

Good quality drinks, bad service. Why is there 4 people behind a counter, a line& no one attending to them? And no barley milk tea?! Never again to this one.

I love honey boba but this location disappoints me because of the wait time. It’s not even busy and like 30 minutes wait time for one drink??? It’s either their workers are slow or they need to hire extra people. I rather drive somewhere else than keep waiting . Warning: boba from this location almost killed me !!!: I was sipping on my boba when I felt something stuck in my mouth. It was a freaking black plastic thing. I was lucky to spit it out If not I would have probably chocked on it!!!

In the same plaza as the Super Walmart, Wells Fargo, Panda Express, Subway & Sprint store… I remember when this place opened it & everything was brand spanking new. However, over the years, it just kinda fell downhill. It used to be pretty packed on weekends but wandering in today, there was hardly anyone in there and the number of employees working were just as bare. Drinks are pretty decent and you can now inform them of how sweet you want your sugar level in your drinks now. Their cup sizes and shapes are similar to Half & Half. Parking: ample, as it has it’s own parking lot as well as the next lot over for Walmart customers. Store Location: Opposite corner of the Walmart occupying the store at the end of the U-shape directly facing Wells Fargo. Watch out for the drive-thru entrance for the Panda Express. Seating: Outdoor seating as well as indoor with booths, high table tops and counters. There are large TVs inside usually showing the latest American movie or cartoon. Process: Walk in, check out their menu, order and customize your drink to your liking and wait for your number to be called for drink pickup. Does not serve food obviously(similar to other locations). The stamp card rewards program has also been removed effective 1÷1÷2016.

BECAREFULWHENDRINKBOBA FROMTHISLOCATION Here is my story! I bought a large cup of honey Boba for my five years old daughter. When I got home I give a cup for my daughter to drink a moment later see hand me a little piece of wire mesh and told me that see pull out from her mouth because she feel there was something weir from the Boba. I notice right away when I’m looking at the piece of wire. I was so mad so I called the place. A girl named Nancy was answer the phone I asked her can I talk to the manager she says that the managers not in. I told her what’s going on with my Boba and she admit they use it to clean pot that make boba. I left her phone number so the Manager can call me back. But until today I never get any call back, so I decide to post it up for everybody can see it. Please take a look at a picture that’s I post on there. I deserve an answer if I don’t get an answer I will contact the health department

I am a fan of this place because its close to home and there’s parking everywhere. This place is open late but does not serve food. I think they have been trying to sell food for about 2 years now haha!!! I usually get the Jasmine Milk Tea w/boba because i like the bitter sweet taste of it. On cold nights, and your nurseing a running nose or a sore throat i suggest you get a Hot Honey Lemon Black tea. It will warm your tummy and heal your throat. Trust me I’m Asian

I’ve had the original Honeyboba in Arcadia but decided to come here right after shopping at the Montebello Mall. I have got to say… this is a really smart location for a boba shop because jeez, there aren’t that many around in this area. I came here on a weeknight and there was not a wait. The service was good and the workers were really nice. This is not comparable to Half and Half because they have a more tea-y flavor for the«ice» drinks while Honeyboba is sweet overall without the tea taste. I only get the«ice milks» at these kind of boba shops because I have learned that honey boba does not mix well with a lot of tea drinks… therefore I just go straight for the milk and boba combination. I am giving this a four star for location-location-location!

This place is really close to my work, so I come here if I need a quick and close grass jelly fix. I usually order the honey green tea with grass jelly at 75% sugar and less ice. Overall, it works. I find the grass jelly here lacking consistency(not as firm). Also, the honey doesn’t always dissolve into the tea, so I always taste mini-chunks of honey. With the plethora of tea options in the area, this Honeyboba is more of backup option for me. Plus, those large cups bug me.

Worst Honey Boba location ever! Ordered the milk tea with honey boba and egg pudding. The taste was okay, but I just can’t ignore the poor service! The girl taking the order wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there, and the order was soooo slow… or was it? We’ll never know because after waiting a while for our order, we looked at the counter and there sat a lonely unassigned drink. We asked her if that was our drink and we just got a blank stare; then she searched through the trash order reciept pile and find ours. I don’t understand why you would have a drink ready, not call the customer(we were waiting really close by), then throw away the order reciept. Whyy? Who knows how long that drink has been sitting there? There were only a few customers in there so it’s not like the order got lost in a hectic atmosphere. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my short time there and didn’t feel welcome. I would recommend you get your boba fix elsewhere.

Our drinks were good. The boba is nice a soft, but still chewy. It is a little warm, and they get harder as the drink cools it down. I tried the frosted milk with boba and pudding. It’s tasty. My only complaint is my hubby ordered a milk tea, but they gave him a frosted milk.

I had dropped by Honeyboba after shopping at Walmart and I expect that this is how the majority of their customers come by, because they want to satisfy their boba cravings and it seems nearby. I ordered a simple Honey Green Milk Tea with boba. I have been to the Arcadia store before and had never been a fan. Honestly, I was not expecting much from this one as well and it did not disappoint. It was watery, no real tea taste, and the boba must have been old or something because it certainly was not fresh. But I knew. It may be cheaper and bigger size than other boba shops but the quality is not worth it. Try to repress that boba craving and drive the distance to your favorite boba shop.

First time here tonight. Service was ok… cashier was a typical high school student. Moody expression. You could tell she kinda just wanted to be done with the night but tbh who doesnt when you’re working the night shift. Lol! Anyway, i ordered a Milk drink w/pudding, coffe jelly & caramel… a jasmine green milk tea… and a strawberry smoothie with lychee jelly. The milk drink is very bland. There is no flavor… i got more topping than anything. I basically paid $ 5 just for toppings… The strawberry smoothie was… eh…not good but wasn’t horrible. Very powdery. They either didn’t mix it well for me or thats just how they make their drink. If thats how it usually is then its like drinking watery flavored baby powder… gross. As for the jasmine green milk tea. That was bou4for a friend and she seemed to have enjoyed it. So i have no comments for that drink… Overall, will not be returning… not worth the money.

When I first tried Honeyboba, I wasn’t crazy about it. Then I went with my boyfriend who got the honey milk tea and I fell in love. Their honey milk tea is really good! So is their Earl Grey. Those two are likely my two favorites. Pretty clean boba shop. There’s plenty of parking considering it’s in a huge Walmart plaza. Only thing is this place takes a little longer. Not sure why, but sometimes it takes up to 20 minutes to get 2 – 4 drinks. We never get their thai tea because it’s too sweet but their lemon iced tea isn’t bad. I usually get lychee jelly or aloe vera with it. Good boba shop but it’s the 626. There’s a boba shop on every corner.

For those who have been to Half and Half, this is practically the same thing. However I do prefer Half and Half a bit more, but I’m still satisfied with Honeyboba. Like Half and Half they have the big choke cups. So prepare your hands to freeze because they will not fit in your cup holders. The boba here is cooked perfectly! It’s the perfect chewy consistency and very sweet. I got the milk frostie with caramel, pudding, and honey boba. The pudding is tastes great and is extremely filling(especially since the cups are so big).

I think the only thing special about the place is that the cups are huge, and the prices are decent based on the sizes. They’re more like bowls than cups. Other than that, I think it’s just like any other boba place. The boba doesn’t really taste any different from others, and the drinks aren’t any different either. They ran out of the«crystal» drinks when we ordered at like 8, so if you want to get those, get there earlier. Also, if you’re lactose intolerant or something and you’re getting something new from here, ask if there’s milk in what you’re ordering. I ordered a mint iced tea, which I assumed was just regular green tea with mint infused in it, but when I got it, it was a milky green. I’m a little bit sensitive to milk, but not extremely, and I didn’t really feel uncomfortable afterwards, but the milkiness of it kinda threw me off. It also takes a long time for the drinks to be made. For us it took 20 minutes. I’ve been to places where even though there’s a long line with a bunch of people in front of me, I would still get my drink within 5 – 10 minutes. I don’t know why it takes so long, especially when they told us that the frosted signature milky was premade or something. Speaking of which, the frosted signature milky is basically milk. Don’t pay $ 4 of a cup of milk, get something else. The girl at the counter was very friendly and she tried her best to accommodate us regarding them running out of the crystals. I just wish that service was faster for simple drinks. Other than that, it’s average. Nothing really special about it. I would come back here but it’s more if other people wanted to hang out here.

My usual go-to tea place was closed on Tuesday night, so I had find an alternative to satisfy my craving — enter Honey Boba. I was hesitant after seeing all the reviews for the long wait and poor service, but decided to give this place a go anyway. Lucky for me, there wasn’t a long wait and the service was decent. I have to say though that the menu is so TINY! If you’re standing in line, it’s pretty hard to see the menu from the back of the line. Honey milk tea– the flavor was just ok Passion fruit pineapple ice crystals– fancy name for slush and very sugary sweet These drinks didn’t sit well with my husband and I, so I don’t think we’ll be making a second trip.
