Great service. Dom was very informative and great personality. The furniture arrived as he had stated — right at 6 weeks after ordering. I even changed my mind a few days after ordering two couches and decided to go with a sectional and he was so accommodating. The sectional was custom made and delivered. Wish I needed another couch as I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Love love love this place. I had been looking for a couch for 4 months they were too expensive the wrong color too soft or too low and I got sent over two sofas for less and what a blessing it is. Dom is one of the nicest and most patient guys ever. I must have gone in there five or six times before I could decide and he never pressured me. He told me to take all the time I needed he wasn’t going anywhere and it was a big investment any wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. So I got the couch of my dreams, the right height, the right depth, the right firmness and I got to pick my fabric from a million different fabric swatches so I got just what I wanted and cheaper than any other place I looked for furniture at and it’s all made in America so if you ever need to replace the cushions or anything it doesn’t take too long, it’s inexpensive and they only have to get it from Sacramento. Personally I can’t think of why anyone would go anywhere else, my next purchase will be a reclining chair…

I needed to furnish my place quickly and inexpensively. I was new to the area and had no idea where to go. I ended up with a much nicer sofa than I ever expected. Dom gave me a really great price for a custom made sofa which is by far one of the most comfortable sofas I have ever had, had it made super fast for me, AND provided me with a free loaner sofa in the meantime. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Even my super picky 70 year old father loves sleeping on the thing. Great product, prices, and service. Can’t recommend them enough!

I picked microfiber so that it would hold up well with tenants and my own kids. I’ve had this sofa almost a year now and have been able to easily clean off any spills tenants have left behind. It still looks brand new!

Being a college student it is hard to find a quality couch that meets my budget. Had the couch for months and it looks brand new! Even with a cat in the house! Look for some of the showroom models for great deals! Also glad to be supporting a company that makes it’s products in California!

If you are looking to buy a new couch the place to go is custom sofas 4 less. My wife and I have been together for 15 years and we had never bought a couch brand new. With two kids we had to find something that could fit all 4 of us comfortably. Damian made our experience easy and enjoyable. He was able to help us create the perfect couch and chair with an ottoman to fit our living room space. He took the time to help us choose the fabric and style and color. He also explained to us why we should go for springs instead of foam and after having the couch for a month now I see what he was talking about. Being able to customize our couch and pillows was awesome and the couch fit in our living room perfectly. We love having a nice new comfortable couch to sit on while watching the Dubs or Giants or when it’s family movie night. Thank you Damian for getting us the couch we have always wanted. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! The customer service alone will keep me coming back for years to come whenever I’m in need of a sofa of some sort. That said, we purchased a sectional today, it is the perfect size, quality, and comfort we were looking for and all within our budget. I could not be happier. Honestly. I just purchased a sofa at the Rohnert Park store for my son’s new home in Roseville (made in Sacramento and able to deliver there). I bought a sectional last fall for our own new home here in the North Bay and have been extremely happy with it! This is the best place to buy a couch and I searched all over Sonoma and Marin Counties for two months. You can pick the style of couch and the fabric (over 600 or something crazy) and truly customize your couch. It took me weeks to decide and Dom was never pushy, he is extremely nice and professional.
The price is super affordable and the quality is great! We just received our new couch and it is perfect! I love that it is made in USA and truly unique to our home.
Honestly, you need not search any longer. I have sent several people in and all have been happy.

After moving from the east coast to California my girl friend and i looked all over for a new couch for our new apartment and came up empty or disappointed by the bigger chains and found no quality behind the furniture that alot of the north bay area furniture stores provided. Until we found this place.
Upon arriving, Dom which is as great as all the other reviews say he is greeted us and explained to us the process and the work that goes into creating a custom sofa. We were automatically excited about the idea of choosing a uniquely built couch just for us. After effortlessly choosing the style of couch we wanted along with the firmness and material we ended up with an amazing piece of furniture.

This place is absolutely amazing. The experience was a 10 out of 5 all the way from start to finish. We were a bit deceived by the junky looking parking lot but, but as soon as we went inside we had pretty much made up our mind that this was the place.
Dom welcomed us immediately upon walking in and was very informative, working with us to make sure we got just what we wanted. The prices are competitive compared to many of the other places we went, and they can even modify just about any sofa to however you want it.
The best part? They give you a loaner sofa for free until you get your forever one! I’m sitting on it now!

Went to visit this place last night with my boyfriend because he was looking for a new sofa. Dom and Ryan were there to help and did a great job making us feel at home and fully tended do. My boyfriend and I came back today bought the couch, picked out the color and two throw pillows that are all included in the price of the custom sofa price. This place is family owned and just a great place if you want to make sure you are taken care of. They pride themselves on being 100% American Made and assure you a loner couch for the time you are waiting for your new couch to be made!

I second what the other person said… is there a higher than 5 star rating? This place is a 10.
The only sad thing about this review is that the sofas I bought are such a high quality, I’m sure it will be YEARS until we need a couch again. I wish that every retail experience came with someone as honest, personable and awesome as Dom. Seriously. We love you, man! :)
I went into Custom Sofas 4 Less after an online search for custom sofas. I had been to about 10 different places looking for something and, after visiting here, went home and promptly told my Husband that this was where I wanted to buy my couch. End of story.
A few days later, my Husband was like «What? This little place?» But he was won over once he realized we knew Dom from his prior job, where he ALSO provided above excellent customer service.
About the showroom, here’s the deal: it’s just couches. It’s no nonsense, And I think that’s better. I don’t need cardboard tvs, crap accessories and fake plants to help my mind imagine a great product in my home.
We bought two custom sofas and had them delivered by some of the nicest delivery men I have ever encountered. They helped set them up, removed all the plastic, packed it up with them, put the pillows on nicely, and even helped us move our old couch to the curb.
If you don’t buy your next couch from these guys, you are wasting your money on not supporting Customer Service the way it should be. Seriously. And you won’t have gorgeous custom sofas (with free throw pillows!)

I can’t say enough wonderful things! Stopped here on a whim after I had a horrible experience at Ashley across the street. Dom was, nice funny (seemed to more than just tolerate my 3 yr old) I got an amazing sofa at a fraction of the cost. So happy with my experience I sent my parents there! Can’t wait for it to come in! I feel so comfortable with the staff they treated me like family, I really like that it’s a family business, local and made in the USA! Don’t hesitate to stop in, you won’t be disappointed!

My girlfriend and I had been looking for a couch for a couple of weeks through craigslist and places like Ashley’s furniture and valley furniture. But all the prices we were seeing were way out of our range and we felt like we never saw something we liked in our price range. Than we came across Sofas 4 Less and were greeted by Domyon (hope I spelled it right), and he helped us find our perfect couch at a great price. He was very knowledgeable about his sofas and if he didn’t have an answer he called his dad (who owns a few more locations) who would have an answer. They made sure we were set with a perfect sofa for ourselves that we loved. Sofas 4 Less has a big selection and has lots of different styles that you can look through.
